Top service from Tom! He was out within 30 minutes of me calling him (I’d locked myself out of my flat - d’oh) and did a great job. Got me back in and with a new lock on my door quickly and easily. Really reasonable pricing and nice guy too.

Couldn't get into my safe after a leaking battery damaged the circuitry. Contacted Tom who came over within a couple of hours...and the safe was tougher than expected with a locking system that was different than the run of the mill and tough steel (so a good safe!). Despite the difficulty, Tom persisted and won! Friendly, knowledgeable and a good chat too. Would highly recommend him!

I locked myself out the house on a Saturday evening, it happens to the best of us! I phoned Tom and he arrived in 10 Mins, he was fast, efficient and a delight to talk to! They were fabulous! I messaged and arranged for them to come the next day with the price being transparent throughout which is always appreciated. They also were happy to help with an additional spare key that needed to be fixed which was great so I didn’t have to purchase 2 complete new ones. I was kept up to date on arrival time and it was a seamless process from there. They were efficient and quick! Would highly recommend!

My issue was a Iosted key for a heavy duty steering wheel locker, the man had to remove the locker for me to be able to drive the car! Very good job! Highly recommended! The guy who came same day diagnoses a problem the AA and a garage couldn’t solve (ignition switch and key issue). He worked on it quickly and explained this issue well. Was honest about the other issues I might face with the car going forward. Price was good. Really recommend.

I called Anthony to help change some locks for a recent tenant eviction with a bailiff we had booked. Anthony was absolutely brilliant - not only did he arrive on time and ready for action, he was also not fazed with dealing with a difficult tenant who refused to open the door. Having problems with my elderly mother's kitchen door, which had a jamming locking mechanism. Arranged for Anthony Taylor to come to her house, and he provided a first class service throughout. He arrived promptly, took time to diagnose the problem correctly, and when it became clear that obtaining replacement parts would be difficult, suggested an alternative fix which worked perfectly. Professional and polite throughout, Anthony gave useful advice on preventative maintenance and improving security further. Charges were very reasonable and I would not hesitate in recommending him to others.

We called Anthony when we needed to quickly change our lock as he had done some previous work on the flat that we were happy with. He responded quickly, advised us on the best (and most cost-efficient!) solution, and did a swift but thorough job. He not only swapped but upgraded our lock. I could not recommend ASL Security Locks more! The service I received was nothing short of exceptional. After having another company give me a lead time of 6 days, ASL were able to get out and provide and fit a new door the very next morning, having spoken late in the day. I needed a brand new door after having the old one knocked in. John reassured me this would be no problem and completed as soon as possible. The master craftsman Henry, who came the next morning to do the work, was also exceptional – a true expert. This was not the easiest job on the top floor of the building, but sensing how vital it was, it was completed that day. He found a way to make it work. He was polite, knowledgeable, and most importantly, amazing at his job, a true perfectionist. He completed the job and left us feeling secure again. Amazing work.

Spent several hours on a Monday morning looking for my car keys to no avail. Couldn’t risk not getting to work again so contacted auto locksmith. I really can't recommend these guys enough. I called on the Thursday afternoon needing the locks changed on my new house and was booked in immediately for the Friday lunchtime. Rob arrived exactly on time, did a great job and was so friendly and helpful. He also gave me loads of tips on home security which were much appreciated. I won't hesitate to call them next time I need a lock changed.

The lock on my back door wasn't working and i was leaving the country in two days. I was in a bit of a panic. I sent the firm photos of the doors, locks and hinges. They came round within 2 hours. It took them 45 minutes to repair and it is working better than ever. The guy doing the work was five star pleasant. Only drawback is that it was a little pricey but I did know that in advance

I have had two brilliant experiences with this business. Once when we were victims of a burglary and they came quickly to fix our door and add a new lock. Amazing and so understanding and also very reassuring after what was such a scary experience. Secondly, Rob just helped me over the phone- for free- to fix my window which wasn’t closing. Thank you so much to the two lovely staff at G K Locksmith who helped my daughter this afternoon. The clasp on her gold chain necklace had been jammed tightly closed and, despite many attempts, we had been unable to prise it open. My daughter has had keys cut at G K in the past, and they’ve always done a great job, so on a whim, we ducked in there to see if they could help with the recalcitrant clasp! The gentleman and lady in the shop couldn't have been nicer and, within minutes, they'd manoeuvred the clasp open. This was a big relief, as my daughter is getting married tomorrow and will be wearing a different necklace! The staff refused to take any payment either - they were such lovely people.
