Absolutely the best vets I’ve ever been to. I took my Ferret Coxinha there to get spayed. They went above and beyond for her. They all adored her so much that for the check up I brought in one of my other 5. The care and service was outstanding. I’m 100% going back. They made sure she was loved and not stressed the whole time. I without a doubt would recommend them. A great team they have.

I cannot recommend this vet enough! Our journey started when my cat had an unexpected emergency and had to go through a surgery. The team was fabulous and so sensible with the whole process. They even took pictures of my cat and kept me updated of the whole process; this showed me how much they care for their patients. Also, a special thanks for their app which I think is a game changer and makes communication so easier and handy. Thank you so much and I am glad my cat has such a good veterinary care in Creature Comforts! ❤️

I had a terrible experience at Sainsbury Hospital London with my 2-year-old Pomeranian. Weighing 2kg, he was experiencing digestive issues and had diarrhea. The veterinarian suggested hospitalization for treatment, costing between 1,300 and 1,500 pounds. I was extremely disappointed and sought a second opinion. Thankfully, I found creature comfort and the Doc. David ! who provided excellent care for just 122 pounds, including direct treatment( injection ) and additional vaccinations for my other dog. They were understanding and provided the care my dog needed without unnecessary procedures. I’m delighted with the service and grateful to have found a trustworthy veterinarian. I m so happy that I found this clinic ! ♥️ thanks so much! I forgot to mention that from the moment we arrived, they warmly welcomed us. They were very gentle with my dogs, petting them, and even gave them treats. It was a really nice touch 🧡

Excellent treatment from start to finish. Reasonable and fully transparent pricing structure. The staff really do their best at every turn. My dog recently had a long dental surgery; it went brilliantly and he still loves to visit Creature Comforts. Special thanks to Evie for her patience and care.

My cat had bacteria infection around gum area and I went to see vet in this branch. The medicine they gave me worked well on my cat. During this consultation, they suggested to do a dental surgery to clean my cat's teeth. During this follow up treatment, nurse called me urgently and suggested to remove one tooth as well. Although removing one tooth came as a surprise, overall the treatment went very well and my cat recovered quickly. Price is reasonable in my view and clinics helped me claim from insurance afterwards in a timely manner. Vet in this clinic is professional in my view and all medicine recommended are very good ones. The only improvement is that a trainee nurse perhaps should not mention Medivet health plan during an urgent call in the middle of my cat surgery. However, it is a very small point. Overall, I recommend this clinic as staff are friendly, professional and caring your furry friends.

I have always had such a great experience with medivet temple fortune. The staff are just amazing everyone so friendly. Appointments are easy to get and I feel like my dog is always in the best hands with them. My dog also loves the sofa :) Could not recommend more!

I recently took my pet to Roundwood Vets, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided. From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making both my pet and I feel at ease. The clinic has a warm, comfortable atmosphere that immediately made me feel confident that my pet was in good hands.

Dr. Jo is by far a phenomenal vet. I’ve had an ongoing issue with my dog and she’s shown compassion and professionalism. All the staff are lovely too, I’ve moved home in the past year and couldn’t bear to change vets!

All three of my cats are seen at this vet practice. The staff are welcoming kind and friendly, very helpful too! My cat recently hurt his leg was infected, I called in the morning was offered an appointment in the afternoon my cat was seen on time and we were back home in half an hour! Exceptional service, so glad the practice is 5 mins away from my house☺️

Sadly our cat Alison had to be put down and we opted for a home visit. The whole process was very supportive and the vet Dr Clark really put everyone at ease. Although a very sad moment, I’m glad we choose Roundwood, many thanks to the team

I cannot praise Triage Vets enough. The vet is exceptionally knowledgeable and clever and never fails to return my pets to good health. The receptionists are fantastic too and give their customers a truly efficient, friendly and personal service.

Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Our dog Charlie has been a patient here for almost 4 years now and we always feel welcomed, very comfortable with the team and Charlie has been always well taken care of. As a French bulldog he gets all sorts of issues and I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of knowledge that Dr K has. Starting with diagnosing a very rare autoimmune condition 4 years ago and finishing off with recently having a tooth extracted. The amount of care, empathy and attention to details from Dr K, Hina and the rest of the team is something that we never even dreamt of. Thank you on behalf of Charlie 🥰

The entire team of Triage Vets is amazing, friendly, well informed and highly considerate. The reception is so kind and have such good knowledge. Nurse Hina is really sweet, smart and quick. Dr K is the best vet, who listens to every single query patiently and suggests the best approach. Overall its the best place and my cat has never been dramatic here as she was at the previous vets.

I can’t thank the team enough for their incredible care and professionalism. Dr. K is truly amazing—he genuinely cares and takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how many I have. My dog absolutely loves Dr. K too, which says so much about how kind and gentle he is. The entire team is so polite, kind, and caring. Their dedication and compassion make all the difference, and I am beyond grateful for everything they do. Highly recommend!

Amazing Vet Nurses and outstanding chief vet, Danny Parry, without whom we would not be using the practice. We are blessed with another dog, following the passing of our previous girl last year, and throughout the last 15+ years, Danny and co. have been brilliant, compassionate and caring.

I have nothing but praise for Danny and the team at Village Vet Garden Suburb. Danny looked after my golden retriever throughout his life and as well as being an excellent vet, Danny has always been kind, caring and friendly. Thank you for a fantastic service.

Both Cade and Sue who are the first point of contact always make sure you feel heard. Over the last few weeks I have had some challenges with my dogs and Cade in this instance has helped me tremendously. Village Vet is a wonderful place. I've been with them for years and I've always received exceptional care for my pets. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. When I temporarily moved to another area I was disappointed with the service at the local clinic. Neither my cat nor I felt the same level of warmth attention and kindness that we've always experienced at Village Vet. I returned to Village Vet even though it meant a longer commute. Thank you for all the years of excellent care you've provided to me and my furry friends.

Wonderful team! I can't praise Venus enough. She is always so helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient - I feel like she is two steps ahead of us and knows what we need even before we do. Everyone is so nice, warm, welcoming, and approachable. They answer all our questions with such detail, you can tell they are passionate about what they do, and there is always a smile.

very polite staff, explain things well. When I go with my cats I'm always seen on time or even earlier in some cases. I also appreciate the 24h phone service Village Vet have for emergencies.

We had such a hard time with our senior cat, Porky. Mill lane were such great support and gave porky way more time than really was expected and even with her eventual end of life they were expectational. Excellent, caring service with a very sensitive approach toward budget. Our beloved, and uninsured, cat Albert had persistent, mysterious health issues throughout the last few months of 2018. Sheldon provided incredibly thorough care, whilst always being mindful to do diagnostic examinations in stages to be respectful of our budget - never doing unnecessary examinations until all other options had been eliminated. Albert received top notch medical care the whole way and is now in full health again. Many thanks to the team at Village Vet Highgate for constantly going above and beyond to deliver the best care. My original review in early 2018: Had to take our cat Albert in for a haircut and some dental work. The vets were lovely and did a fantastic job - he's a new man since having 3 rotten teeth removed, a much happier chap. The whole process was handled fantastically at Village Vet Highgate, with us being kept constantly updated by phone on Albert's progress. He's had a few complimentary check-ups since the procedure to ensure all is healing well, and because he had dental work he now receives complimentary 6 month dental checks for the rest of his life. Great experience all round. Thanks!

Thank you for all your love care and attention for my French bulldog Lola. She had a challenging life right from the start, with two families giving her up before she was 18 months old. Over the years she needed multiple spinal, nose and ear surgeries. Village Vet were there supporting us throughout, and I will be forever thankful.

I had an emergency on Boxing Day and was welcomed by a lovely nurse ( sorry I forgot to ask your name, blond young lady) and seen by a vet called Laura. My dog is quite difficult to handle but Laura was very understanding and handled her with love, compassion and with great professionalism. She went even further and book me an appointment for surgery the day after to get my dog out of pain quickly. I can say that I agree with some of the other reviews as some other vets there are not so great or compassionate people. Thank you Laura and nurse on duty today to keep PDSA score high 🙏🏻❤️

My dog was thoroughly checked scanned diagnosed and treated by a caring responsible vet. The prescription was made easy to understand and administer. The best care and after care my dog has had.
