Great vet brilliant care and treatment of my pet. The vet was open and transparent regarding my pets health treatment and costs and was very approachable friendly and professional. They're been superb at putting my pet and me as her owner at ease and gave me confidence Lilly was in safe hands. They entirely removed any idea that they might in any way be treating for treating sake they only did what was needed and they did it well. I was highly impressed

I've been going to this clinic with my cat Ofelia since I moved to London 4 years ago. By far, this is the best veterinaries I have come across. Recently my little one was taken in for surgery. The planning, the follow up, the heartfelt care, all if it splendid. I needed some extra information beforehand and asked to talk to the staff and it was granted. And on the day, the pre-surgery chat with the nurse was so good. The day after, both the veterinary herself and the nurse called, both checking in with medical check list and with real care. These professionals are in it because their hearts are in it. Cannot recommend the clinic highly enough. So glad Ofelia can keep coming back to the Highgate Clinic.

I don’t often leave reviews but I felt compelled to do in this situation. My dog has had a plethora of issues over the past 9 months, which has resulted in various tests, trying new meds, diets etc. It was truly a horrible experience to endure. The entire staff, and most notably, the always upbeat and incredibly intelligent Dr Nina Bolger have been exceptional in the care and support provided to get Archie back to normal and putting my mind at ease along the way. Thank you all!

Amazing vet, looked after Oscar with the utmost care, with lots of treats to calm him down. Simple explanations to what was wrong with Oscar and great advice, guidance and reassuring information.

Cannot recommend them enough. We took our little Rat Ronnie in as she had issues with her eye, despite being given a full check over and some treatment, she was very unwell and had to take her back yesterday where unfortunately we had to let her go. Both vets we saw were brilliant, really caring and empathetic. Kim was particularly amazing yesterday, going through all the options we had, not pushing us to decide right away, and when we made the difficult decision to say goodbye, she was patient, caring and gave us plenty of time before and after. The receptionist was equally lovely and made what is an awful experience a lot easier and more comforting. We’ll continue to use them as needed, and are so happy we found them.

Very friendly, clear with options and accommodating. My two pets have been very well treated by the various vets that they have seen. Be aware that they are in a School Area, however they can issue you with confirmation as regards an appointment so you can park during these times without a fine.

Neil and his team of veterinary nurses have been amazing in looking after our boy Disney. There has never been any time pressure whilst in the consulting room and never any pushing of any unnecessary operation or expensive drugs. When after 16 years of owning Disney the time to say goodbye came Neil was just wonderful. As difficult as the decision for us was, Neil put us at ease throughout, came to our home, with a lovely colleague, and made the process such a peaceful and humbling experience. We are lucky to have such an amazing vet. So empathetic and caring. Thank you.

A very easy visit with my two cats. Kept well-informed when there was a delay in being seen. Neil was lovely and my cats were not too upset by the visit, in fact one of them almost purred! Highly recommend

We have been coming to the Wyatts Lane practice since we got our Cockerpoo, 4 years ago - on a recommendation, which proved to be well deserved. We had her spay done here, which went very well, and more recently we have used the practice to get Olive ready for travel to NZ, which has all gone smoothly as well. If you can get a place here, do so. We have been dealing mainly with Neil, who is great to deal with and his care for Olive shows. The nursing staff have been excellent too. Highly recommended. I recently took my happy and friendly Pomchi Coco to Vets Waltham Forest for her annual vaccination 24 September at 8am, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The appointment ran on time, and the vet was incredibly compassionate and attentive. They gave her lots of cuddles and attention, and even treated her to her favorite liver paste, which made the visit enjoyable for her. Despite having to wear a muzzle, she showed no anxiety, which speaks volumes about how comfortable the vet made her feel. I really appreciate the level of care they provided for my fur baby. Highly recommend this vet!

Just picked up my cat and dogs flea and worm treatments. i can not believe it’s all inclusive in my animal monthly care plan with them. I am saving money while my animals are covered. Great service Great staff and Great Value.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough! Our cats absolutely adore Dr. Iria. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a remarkable way of explaining everything in simple, understandable terms. Her gentle demeanor makes our cats feel at ease, and it's evident they are calm and comfortable in her care. Today, we had the pleasure of being assessed by Poppy, as Dr. Iria was unavailable. Poppy was just as gentle and knowledgeable, quickly identifying several potential causes for our Russian Blue's condition. She patiently walked us through each possibility, eliminating them one by one, which really helped us understand what might be going on. Thank you, Poppy, for your thoroughness and compassion! If your pet tends to be anxious or easily frightened, I highly recommend booking an appointment with Dr. Iria. Her gentle approach and calming presence work wonders for nervous animals. I also want to give a special shoutout to Ahmed, who is always so approachable and helpful. He remembers all the little details about our pets, which makes each visit feel personal and special. Overall, a fantastic experience every time! Your furry friends will be in great hands here!

Took my reactive lurcher here today for a health check and vaccine booster. The place is clean and has a divider between cat and dog waiting areas. The staff are professional but kind and friendly. They made sure I was able to keep my dog at a distance from other animals and in the past have called me when it’s my turn if I choose to wait outside. I definitely recommend this Vetinary practice

We have been taking our 2 year-old dachshund to this vets since he was a puppy. Our experience has always been positive. The vets and staff are very caring and explain everything clearly and in detail. He recently had to have surgery and the vet was very compassionate and I know that they took great care of him during the surgery and have been thorough in making sure that he's ok during his follow up visits.

I have, or rather, James, my cat has been with Pets Clinic for eight years now. The care has been consistently excellent and delivered with compassion. My cat is thriving thanks to Mihai and Vasile. Thank you.
