We had our cat spayed there, we were very happy with the care we received, and communication on Whatsapp. Better experience than some other vets.

We recently joined Kitten to Cat. We are really happy by how knowledgeable the vet is and we were amazed by how well they handled our cat, who is usually very scared at the vet . The staff is very friendly and personable and the practice is very clean. On top top of that they are much cheaper then our previous vet. We just wish we had joined them before.

Excellent cat only vetinary surgery. I have been taking my cats here for over 10 years, and despite changes in staff members over the years I have always been happy wih the care and level of expertise of the vets, nurses and support staff. My most recent visit was testament to this and I felt that my cat was given great care and affection which was so reassuring. Highly recommend.

For transparency, I am associated with Pet People, as I work closely with them as a canine behaviourist, with surgeries out of their Richmond branch one day a week. But I just have to comment after a brilliant appointment today. Firstly, it’s fantastic to be able to have appointments on a Sunday, and at the same prices as any other time. It has really taken a weight off my mind to have seen a vet today and got tests done- and I should get results today too! The whole team, Customer Care Advisor, Tom, Vet, Amy, and Nurse, Lauren were thorough whilst being thoughtful and kind with me and my dog. They walked the talk about making the experience as fear free for my dog as possible, really taking my thoughts on board about how she would best be handled. When you’ve had a tough, emotional week with your dog’s health, a listening, kind, open-minded, professional vet makes all the difference to how you feel. It’s incredible to get blood test results the same day, on a Sunday too, and beyond what I was expecting.

I would happily recommend Pet People to you. Ian and the whole team went above and beyond to take care of our little ferret Squashie. They had the most friendly reception team we have dealt with to book her in and greet us. Our vet, Ian, took the time to explain the pathology and care options available to us. We felt reassured and comforted by his approach. The tech and equipment on site is impressive, with their own CT scanner. We were walked through the initial findings within an hour of her consult.

From the moment we brought Benji home, Pet People has been our go-to. I was searching for an independent vet, and their personalized care is truly outstanding. The entire team is incredibly kind and compassionate and Benji truly enjoys going in for his checkups!Their family plan with unlimited consultations has been incredibly valuable allowing me to easily address any concerns I have about Benji's health, no matter how small. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. 10/10, would wholeheartedly recommend this beacon of exceptional pet care!

I had gone in to see the vet for a recurring blood blister and happened to mention the groomers thought my dog had “a couple wobbly teeth”. Upon closer inspection, Paloma confirmed severe dental decay and infection and performed emergency dental extraction of 13 teeth! My dog is 12 and behaving like a puppy again. I had no idea how her teeth impacted her health and highly recommend Grove Park vets to give your dog a proper and safe dental check. I also would not recommend the teeth brushing at the groomers as they may be scraping off enamel for the teeth to look clean while ignoring the decay and disease behind the teeth. Thank you again Paloma and team! I’m positive you added years to my dog’s life.

My sweet kitten Reign had a tear gland situation pop up (literally) in his eye randomly one day, which obviously sent me into a total panic. The entire team at VV Brook Green were so quick to accommodate us, check him and fix everything. I was incredibly impressed at how nice everyone was, even Reign started purring the minute we arrived which calmed me down too. Can’t recommend this place enough. We’re so lucky to have you guys in our community 🤍 Reign and I love you!!!

Kerri-Ann at Village Vet in Brook Green is absolutely AMAZING! Very professional, yet so caring, kind and supportive! Our new puppy was unwell on a Saturday morning, and Kerri-Ann arranged for us to be seen urgently by the doctor. She walked an extra mile to help us by arranging further care at a local hospital. She is so knowledgeable, experienced, and she genuinely loves animals. I am very fortunate to have met her at such a difficult time. Thank you Kerri-Ann and Rania for your ongoing support. This is our local vet, and Puzzle absolutely loves coming here. He won’t let me walk past without trying to drag me in (even after hours) 🤣 The staff are so kind and attentive. Highly recommend.

Without a doubt, the best vet clinic we have ever visited. After bringing our bloodhound in as an emergency, they cleared their schedule, performed a life saving emergency procedure and have supported us through his recovery. I can’t recommend Village Vet in Chiswick enough! My dog, Cookie, has always been exceptionally well cared for by the entire team. After having some truly awful experiences with other clinics in the past, finding Village Vet has been a blessing. From the friendly reception staff to the dedicated nurses, and especially the amazing Rania, I have complete trust in their love and care for my furry baby. Even after moving away from Chiswick, I continue to bring Cookie back for any issues, no matter how “minor” I might think they are. Don’t be swayed by some of the fancier clinics that seem more focused on your wallet than on genuine care. Village Pet truly stands out for their compassion and commitment to your pet’s well-being. This vet practice is brilliant. I always feel like the vet genuinely cares about animals. She's great with the chaos of my 3 dogs, and I always leave fully understanding what I need to do treatment wise. Just wish I could have a whole year where 1 of my dogs didn't need to see a vet, but that's what I get with 1 old dog and one drama queen dog.

My dog is a patient at the Ealing branch, but on a couple of occasions we've been referred to the Chiswick one instead and on both situations we've come away feeling extremely grateful. The the vets, surgeons, nurses and receptionists at this practice are truly knowledgeable and extremely kind and patient. From making you a lovely cup of tea to explaining costs in great details, nothing is ever too much for them. We've very lucky to be local to them.

Everything about my experience was good. They found the problem almost right away. Fixed it and we were home the next day with our pet. I am so grateful. They saved her life.

I brought my dog in for a procedure under general anaesthetic. The nurse was so kind. He took lots of time to explain everything and for me to ask questions and voice any concerns not only about the procedure but about any other health issues I might be worried about. So reassuring. Similarly when I collected my dog, he went through how the procedure had gone, how my dog was doing, invited questions and was so very kind and caring. I would give more stars if I could!

Great team with that friendly and approachable attitude. We are good we registered both our little kittens with them. They've never made it kittens feel apprehensive about being at the 'vets' and so far addressed all minor and one slightly major issue (injured paw) with fair ease. Highly recommend for all pet owners.

Going to the vet is rarely a fun or relaxing experience. Paws in the City made this stressful situation so much easier. Super friendly staff at reception. A really clean and calm space for pets and then Dr Vet Ellie was so wonderful with our cat. I’ve been coming to Abingdon Vet since 2009 and although I was very sad when the previous owner vet left, I have been happy with the current vets so far. Every staff is friendly and professional, too. I think the resident vet, Jose, is so knowledgeable. He got to the bottom of my dog’s illness and she is now stable with the right treatment and doing well. I have moved a bit further from the practice now but I’m not changing the vet any time soon!

Great first time visiting this Vet. He explained everything really well and seemed very knowledgeable. The 2 receptionists ladies (Karlae and Huma) are wonderful! Very helpful, sweet and chatty. I cannot thank the team enough for their services during what was one of the most difficult and stressful times of my life a few months ago. All of the staff were super helpful and went above and beyond, (big shoutout to the ladies on reception who are all superstars) and I am particularly grateful to Helen for everything she did for my cat, ultimately saving her life. Their services, professionalism, and dedication really goes above and beyond anything I have experienced - not just at a vets but probably at any establishment! Wonderful experience throughout! My dog Bella was referred to the clinic by our vets. She’s very anxious so I was quite stressed about the appointment. The staff were welcoming, friendly and kind from the receptionist to the consultant. We saw Dr João Loureiro who is simply wonderful. He clearly explained Bella’s diagnosis and all the necessary steps to manage her condition. He treated Bella with patience and kindness. I’m so so grateful and happy about the experience. Thank you!
