I would happily recommend Pet People to you. Ian and the whole team went above and beyond to take care of our little ferret Squashie. They had the most friendly reception team we have dealt with to book her in and greet us. Our vet, Ian, took the time to explain the pathology and care options available to us. We felt reassured and comforted by his approach. The tech and equipment on site is impressive, with their own CT scanner. We were walked through the initial findings within an hour of her consult.

I have a difficult breed and they found the perfect tone and way with him within seconds and managed to easy my and his stress perfectly. We are not afraid to go to the vets anymore, infact we look forward to it - no stress for our Hendrix and no stress for our pocket :) Great follow up pre and post op!

For transparency, I am associated with Pet People, as I work closely with them as a canine behaviourist, with surgeries out of their Richmond branch one day a week. But I just have to comment after a brilliant appointment today. Firstly, it’s fantastic to be able to have appointments on a Sunday, and at the same prices as any other time. It has really taken a weight off my mind to have seen a vet today and got tests done- and I should get results today too! The whole team, Customer Care Advisor, Tom, Vet, Amy, and Nurse, Lauren were thorough whilst being thoughtful and kind with me and my dog. They walked the talk about making the experience as fear free for my dog as possible, really taking my thoughts on board about how she would best be handled. When you’ve had a tough, emotional week with your dog’s health, a listening, kind, open-minded, professional vet makes all the difference to how you feel. It’s incredible to get blood test results the same day, on a Sunday too, and beyond what I was expecting.

LB very much enjoyed his visit to Pet People to see Dr Spiro. Spiro is very knowledgeable and friendly, he gave LB lots of attention and I felt reassured that we were in safe hands. The separate cat seating area is great, the practice is clean and the reception team were lovely. Thank you all. Ellen & LB

From the moment we brought Benji home, Pet People has been our go-to. I was searching for an independent vet, and their personalized care is truly outstanding. The entire team is incredibly kind and compassionate and Benji truly enjoys going in for his checkups!Their family plan with unlimited consultations has been incredibly valuable allowing me to easily address any concerns I have about Benji's health, no matter how small. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. 10/10, would wholeheartedly recommend this beacon of exceptional pet care!

Mina is the best vet in London! She doesn’t do this for money but really helping the animals! 😍 For the rest of the local vets our friends are simply a business but not for her! We visited her with my Spooky for his vaccinations, neutering and other issues and she was always ready to book and seen us soon even though she is extremely busy! Thank you!

We just registered our dog Paddington at Aylmer Parade and the difference with the local Medivet is stark. Josh is calm, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. If the apocalypse came tomorrow and the only person with medical training available to treat your gunshot wounds or zombie claw marks was a vet, you'd want it to be Josh. Sorry, I know that's a weird thing to put in a review of a veterinary surgery but I just watched The Last Of Us and it's front of mind. You can't be too careful these days!

We walked in off the street with our unwell dog. We were welcomed and registered in no time and Josh squeezed us in between his very busy schedule. Josh was amazing and it was the least scared our dog has ever been of the vet. Josh took his time with us and fully explained his advice and treatment. We'll definitely be going back. Highly recommended.

I've been a client of CT Vets for about five years now and I honestly don't know what I would do without them. We see Martina regularly as one of my dogs has an incurable condition that requires medication and blood tests - and with Martina's help she's now in the best health she's ever been. Martina is a brilliant vet, the absolute best.

They’re brilliant with our rescues Kate and Jade who are extremely anxious dogs. Reception staff are also amazing, quick responses and always so lovely. Just lovely people in general. Highly recommend. Thank you to Stefano, Martina and team, you guys are amazing.

My dog Enzo and I are lovingly looked after by CT Vets and all their staff. I needed their instruction to travel with my dog to bring him to Italy. And they prepared all the necessary documents and the required vaccinations impeccably. Their attention and professionalism go beyond the work of a vet but denotes great attention and care for customers. In addition, they always remind me via email when I have to give the dog his vaccinations and if I forget (as often happens!) Jasmine or Michaela send me a new reminder. Furthermore, I recently had a serious health problem with my dog and they were so good and literally saved him! they gave him the best care possible without leaving anything out and in the following days they called me every day to check on the dog's health conditions until he was completely healed. I have lived in different parts of the world and have dealt with different vets, but honestly I have never found anyone as excellent and professional as them. And also with great humanity and love for animals. I strongly recommend everyone to rely on Ct Vets! They are number one! 🙏🏻

Martina was fabulous with our 12 year old Labrador retriever who was in obvious distress with a blood filled ear. Martina's expertise and experience was evident in the way both in the way she treated Callie and in her kindness to us the distressed owners . It is wonderful to have a vet who is genuinely concerned and empathetic and not just interested in selling you drugs and services that you don't need. ctvets pricing is excellent for central London and I would say Martina was more than generous toward us . I cannot recommend them highly enough .

I've been a customer of CTvets for years now. They've always taken great care of my Pepper. He's almost 14yo, and there have been so times I've needed their help urgently, and they've always come right away. I can't thank them enough. I'm sure he wouldn't be doing as well as he is if it weren't for them. Just recently, they tried everything to make sure Pepper didn't have to go through a surgery, and they succeeded! I highly recommend them.

Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Our dog Charlie has been a patient here for almost 4 years now and we always feel welcomed, very comfortable with the team and Charlie has been always well taken care of. As a French bulldog he gets all sorts of issues and I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of knowledge that Dr K has. Starting with diagnosing a very rare autoimmune condition 4 years ago and finishing off with recently having a tooth extracted. The amount of care, empathy and attention to details from Dr K, Hina and the rest of the team is something that we never even dreamt of. Thank you on behalf of Charlie 🥰

I can’t recommend Snoots Vet enough! Even though it’s a 50-minute drive for me, I would choose them over my local vet any day (and my local vet is great!). Snoots just has such a homely atmosphere, and the staff go above and beyond to be helpful and kind. I highly recommend Snoots Vet to everyone. One of the main things I love is how clean the clinic is. I've had an excellent experience with the practice (and so have my cats!)

I first discovered Snoots while searching for a local vet for my first pet, Samuel. On a particularly hot day, I was welcomed with a refreshing offer of water. The clinic's cleanliness was impressive, and there was no waiting time as I had arrived on schedule. Despite my initial nervousness about taking Samuel to the vet for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Dr. Rachael was amazing; she reassured me that I was doing everything right and that Samuel was in great health. She conducted a thorough examination, calming Samuel when he got a bit anxious. He even received a treat for his good behavior, and though he was ready to head home (walking into his carrier on his own), we both left the clinic feeling more confident and relaxed. Samuel had clean ears, clipped nails, and a positive health report. Snoots is a subscription service, and Dr. Rachel was incredibly patient in answering all my questions. I left feeling completely confident that Snoots was the best place to entrust Samuel's care during his first year with me. The overall experience at Snoots was exceptional. Samuel had a good old nap afterwards.

I recently brought my greyhound, Winnie, to Hello Vet for dental treatment, which involved the removal of two teeth. As a dentist myself, I was particularly impressed by the level of care and professionalism shown by the team. The team took excellent care of Winnie throughout the process, ensuring she was comfortable and well looked after. Communication was prompt, clear, and effective, which made the entire experience stress-free. I also really appreciated the two follow-up review appointments offered, as it showed their commitment to thorough post-treatment care. Winnie is now happy and healthy, and I couldn’t be more grateful to the team.

I recently brought my dog to Hello Vet, and the experience was outstanding. My dog can be a bit unsettled in new situations, but the team went out of their way to make him feel comfortable & safe, catering to his needs with consideration & care. The environment was calm and welcoming, which made a real difference for both of us. The staff were not only friendly but incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain each aspect of my dog’s care without oversimplifying or rushing through details, and leaving me feeling listened to throughout the visit. Having had dogs and worked with dogs my whole life, I’ve seen a variety of vets. Hello Vet truly stood out in their thoughtful approach. Another thing I appreciated was that there was no pressure to opt for expensive procedures or medications. The team provided honest, tailored recommendations that prioritized my dog’s well-being, not upsells. The service was efficient yet thorough, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. Overall, I highly recommend Hello Vet to anyone looking for caring, trustworthy veterinary care.

It's so wonderful to have found a local vet that care as much about our pets as we do. Having lived in the area for over 20 years I have struggled to find a vet I felt I could trust - my last one I vowed never to go back to! I first visited the London Fields branch of Hello Vet to register and was extremely impressed, but was so pleased when the Columbia Rd clinic opened as, for me, so much more convenient. From the moment you enter you are greeted with a friendly smile, care & attention and an obvious love of animals. I cannot recommend Hello Vet enough and I know Gus will be taken care of in the best possible way should he need anything. I'm very very happy.

I’m very happy to be one of this vet’s first reviews. What an absolute breath of fresh air this company is. The spaces are wonderful and light and airy with touches like the scales built into the floor. You think this is trivial, but when you own a dog who knows that stepping onto the scale at the vet might be followed by an unpleasant experience, then just making that step of the process gentle makes such a huge difference … So far, nothing is anymore expensive than any other vet I’ve used in London over 20 years of owning a dog. The staff are lovely, the vets are knowledgeable and have helped me sort out a tricky injured claw on our dog. We live around the corner from the Clapton office and am looking forward to being part of the Hello Vet family. Hopefully we don’t have to use the London Fields office for anything serious and we can just pop in around the corner when needed. Welcome to the ‘hood, Frida Dog and I are excited you’re here.

We have recently moved to Hello Vet’s Clapton practice after hearing wonderful things from friends, and it lived up to expectations at our first appointment! Communication is great and getting an appointment is super easy (within just a few days). The clinic itself is beautiful and calm - everyone was so kind and welcoming, making it a real positive experience for my dog. The vet, Hannah, made me feel listened to and taken seriously, and like we had plenty of time to be seen with patience and not rushed through. All the options were discussed so I was confident with the treatment plan, and I got clear written notes via email afterwards. My dog loved it because she got a special bag of treats with her name on to take home with her and everyone gave her lots of attention! I’ll definitely be recommending to others.

We had a great first experience with Hello Vet: really great to be able to chat to them over WhatsApp before coming in, and we were able to get an appointment on the same day. All of the staff were really friendly and the clinic is very spacious (and doesn't smell like a vets), which was great for our slightly nervous dog. Once in the consultation, the vet took the time to make our dog feel relaxed and was able to treat his ear infection with almost no fuss which is a first as he hates having his ears looked at. Treatment options and costs were explained to us so we could make a decision on what was the best route, and it is helpful to have the treatment plan sent over after the appointment too. All in all, a really great experience. We'd definitely recommend Hello Vet to anyone in the area.
