It's so wonderful to have found a local vet that care as much about our pets as we do. Having lived in the area for over 20 years I have struggled to find a vet I felt I could trust - my last one I vowed never to go back to! I first visited the London Fields branch of Hello Vet to register and was extremely impressed, but was so pleased when the Columbia Rd clinic opened as, for me, so much more convenient. From the moment you enter you are greeted with a friendly smile, care & attention and an obvious love of animals. I cannot recommend Hello Vet enough and I know Gus will be taken care of in the best possible way should he need anything. I'm very very happy.

I went there just for a routine check and vaccination and really enjoyed the place! The vet was super nice, treated my cat Leon really well too. I also visited their London Fields branch and had an equal positive experience- the clinic is very modern and the vets are really caring and good too.

I took my dog here as she was still poorly having visited our own vet the day before. They were helpful friendly and a vet who cared about Maisie and actually looked at her injury which my own vet didn't bother doing. Well done I will definitely return.

We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. Great service all round!

We we referred to another practice by our vets and it was appalling. Pushy vets demanding extra treatment on our poorly cat who just needed a CT scan so we could see what was happening and plan her surgery. This other vets tried to charge us £3000 and wouldn’t budge and we wouldn’t have been able to afford her much needed surgery, so we took the cat and left. It was very stressful. I found Streatham Hill via google and called up and it was a 5* experience from start to finish. The call center lady Yolida sorted everything out for me within five mins and we booked a CT scan for the next day. She was very kind, reassuring and knowledgeable. We took our cat in and they did the scan and took care of her well. The lovely vet Mia called me with an update straight away and made she was stable before we picked her up later that day. Now she can potentially have her life saving surgery and have a long life. Something another practice was denying her but luckily I came across Streatham Hill and they are amazing. And all this for less than half the cost the other vets tried to charge me. Thank you to Streatham Hill who genuinely care about animals.

The best vet in south London by far. I had my last pet in their care up to the end which was dealt with the utmost dignity and loving care. My new companion is of course also registered with them. All staff are amazing without exception. Keep up the amazing work and thank you for being there to care for our loved ones when we need your support. Thomas and Toffee

I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. Well done guys, a massive Pat on the back to you guys for being so so thoughtful. Can’t thank you enough for making my mums day. I really do appreciate everything you’ve done then and today. Can’t recommend you guys enough. Rachel

A beautiful Soul. Thank you so much to the other staff too including the hospital vet who was also amazing & the front desk staff. Blessings to you all from Nour the cat & family.

Great vet brilliant care and treatment of my pet. The vet was open and transparent regarding my pets health treatment and costs and was very approachable friendly and professional. They're been superb at putting my pet and me as her owner at ease and gave me confidence Lilly was in safe hands. They entirely removed any idea that they might in any way be treating for treating sake they only did what was needed and they did it well. I was highly impressed

This isn’t our usual vet - which is 150 miles away - but am now registered for when we are in London with our Tibetan, Ted. I am extremely glad we found such an excellent practice. Our 12 year old dog became ill suddenly and it was very worrying. Everyone I interacted with on the phone and at the practice was lovely & Jill, the vet was thorough and very reassuring. Thank you.

Our cat became unexpectedly unwell on a Sunday, an emergency home visit was arranged with Veteris, Artemis arrived with us within 90 minutes and gave our cat excellent care and attention. Our cat actually needed to visit for an overnight stay the following day where she was cared for and we were given updates. We were provided with information on costings, and the bill actually came in less than the initial deposit I paid and I was refunded the difference within two days. The practice is clean and the staff were very friendly, the triage team on the phone when you initially call are extremely helpful. Very happy to know that there is access to an emergency vet hospital and out of hours home visits close to us.

Almost a month ago, our 16 years old cat Nala, who is our greatest love, was dying at the end stage of pancreatitis. My husband and I called Veteris to give her an injection as she was screaming in pain. The vets who came visited her and told us she was in critical conditions but that we could try to do 1 night in intensive care and see what happened. If we did not do anything she would have died anyway by morning, injection or not. Obviously having one little hope we sent her to the hospital with them and after 3 days of intensive care, our Nala started her recovery which was miraculous! She is now doing great and my husband and I are counting every day the extra day that these incredible people have given us with our little love. The care and professionality that I have seen in that place was outstanding and it was the best spent money of my life. From the person answering the phone who was sweet and empathetic to the amazing Emeline that was so great in suggesting us what to do at such difficult moment, to the wonderful team at the hospital Vanessa above all. Thank you thank you! What you have done meant the world to us and this will be indeed a very merry Christmas.

Even down to the aftercare of Ruby being taken to be cremated was done with so much ease and thoughtfulness and nothing was a problem for our great vet ! .I really and truly can’t thank you enough for all the help you gave Ruby and the care you gave to us as a family .

Today one of the hardest things happened. I lost my darling guinea pig and best friend Thumbelina due to a fast acting gastrointestinal issue. The staff here at this vet were so helpful and so kind to both me and my baby whilst she was going through this. The treatment and care here was beyond phenomenal and I couldn’t recommend this vet enough. The photo shows Thumbelina in her prime to remember her as she was before the illness. Thank you to the incredible team that helped us both today 🤍🤍

Took a cat my sister found wandering late last night in Palmeston Rd. These vets could not have been more helpful. Lovely calm atmosphere, and they went above and beyond to trace the cat's owner from the unregistered chip, as well as checking her over, feeding her, and settling her into their cattery whilst they wait to hear from her owner, via the vet that chipped her. Really very impressed with their care. Am considering moving from my own vets to these vets. First class.

We originally came to Pawvet in an emergency, because of their out-of-hours service, when our dog broke her toe. We were in a total state, but Rinat and her team really took care of Luna, and us, both during the immediate event and throughout the long recovery period. We switched to them as our regular vet, and we couldn't be more happy with the care they offer. Everyone who works at Pawvet is calm and kind, and they really get to know the animals they look after. We totally trust them to look after Luna, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

A huge thank you to all the team! This morning my dog had some blood in his urine and when I called the Elizabeth street veterinary clinic, they were very helpful and found an appointment for me very quickly. When I came in, everyone was absolutely lovely and nice. The vet I met with took time to understand what was going on, asking a lot of questions and not jumping into conclusions. She took some time to reassure me and explain the next steps in order for my dog to receive the proper care. Thank you so so much! I am very grateful!

Have been with the practice for 4 years. Nara, our Shiba Inu, has been looked after really well through joint issues, infections, allergy diagnosis, vaccinations & Animal Health Check Certificates. The team have been thorough, helpful and personable. There is always useful advice made available and it is explained in a simple way (for example the animal health check certificate process was well explained in person and followed up over email with the courier for our dog when travelling to Spain) It has always been straightforward to access medical records and make insurance claims. We have been very satisfied with our experience at the vets. There's a handy shop inside too should you need anything from hypoallergenic food, to toys and puppy training gear. Thanks team, one happy pooch (and owner)

I had to find vet in emergency. Elizabeth st were great. The vet I saw was kind and caring and did a great job. Prices were really reasonable compared to other emergency vet’s. I would recommend this practice. Only one negative point. They took ages to fill in my simple insurance form over 5 weeks. Way too long . And although promised call backs I never got them. This needs addressing.

I feel that my cats get the best care here. I was previously with another Vets, when one of my cats had an emergency and was referred to Elizabeth Street. The care and attention was amazing. I felt well informed with the regular calls and emails I received not only whilst he was there, but also when he returned home. I feel that I can contact them at anytime with any concerns and I will get advice. There is a great team here. Thank you guys

Honestly I came across this vet today on a Saturday afternoon as an emergency as my 18 year old cat was not well at all. I previously took him to Bluecross Victoria & they were no good and was telling me I had to leave my cat overnight for scan and that he might not make it the night. I called this place and they said they were able to do a scan straight away after a vet examined him. They then discussed with us that my cat was very weak and had too many health issues and me and my sisters just decided to put him out of his missery. This vet honestly I will sing its praise out loud I’m so grateful I came across you lovely people and so happy that my baby was able to have peaceful sleep and can finally put to rest. Thankyou guys so much we really appreciate you !!!!!!

I was able to get an appointment at short notice. The vet didn't sugar-coat anything and told me exactly how concerned she was. She explained everything clearly, I ended up needing to leave my cat at the Epping branch for more tests and a transfusion over the next few days. They kept me fully informed on her status throughout all those days and answered all my questions. Really great communication meant that I wasn't left constantly worrying

Yes I have read many one star review here today. I believe that was the past. Understand the clinic got refurbished recently and reopened in May 2024. Today I walked in to a nice and clean clinic for my 1st time. Being a new client, my cat gets a free health check which was brilliant! My cat visited to get microchipped as required by law now. The front desk staff is friendly. The vet is very patience and gentle with my cat. I gave a 5 star for this. Highly recommended 👌 Thank you for everything. There is free parking for shoppers around the area just so anyone needs to know.

I cannot fault the superstars that work at this practice. They gave our Chihuahua Loki the highest level of care. Our vet in particular was so gentle and always supportive, arming us with all the information for us to make informed decisions when Loki lost his sight suddenly 7 months ago. You can learn through education but a kind heart and gentle bedside manner cannot be taught - we appreciated her kindness so much. Sadly we had to say cheerio to Loki yesterday and I cannot thank all the staff enough for making what was the hardest day for us so peaceful and perfect for our boy. We miss him terribly but take solace at the fact he had the best care from you all. Thank you for everything x
