I'm very happy with the work that was done. I had down nights added into ceilings and the consumer box changed. The work was done efficiently and the team were great. I can't recommend Jema Electrical (Jeremy) enough. We had 4 electricians in before him, 2 of of which were fully certified. With all due respect to the 4 of them, we through loads of money in the bin and the issue never got sorted, sadly. Jeremy knows his stuff and breaks it down in such an easy way to understand... not to mention he DID sort our electricity out faster than any of others with their time spent in our flat trying. Best electrician we had helping us, hands down. Thank you Jeremy.

I have called on Certified Electricians London Ltd three times now and I couldn't be more impressed with the service! From the moment I contacted them, the communication was prompt, professional, and clear. After sending photos or short videos via text message or WhatsApp to help diagnose my issues, they scheduled an appointment quickly and arrived on time on each occasion. I saw their van on my way to work one morning and took a photo of their contact details painted on the side. What fortunate serendipity that has proved to be! Marlowe, my electrician on all three occasions, was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and efficient, quickly diagnosing and resolving the electrical issue I had on the first two occasions. The first visit was from David and he got part of the lighting working for us within two hours; however, due to time constraints a return visit was planned for 8am the following day. The second visit was by Marlowe and he spent 4 hours fault finding and rectifying the issues. Marlowe was very thorough and got the lighting working properly for the first time since we moved in 7 years ago. This is the second time we have used this company and I will definitely use them again. The service is prompt, they are always on time and they just do the job in the most efficient and cost effective way.

Overall, Paul provided a professional and personable installation service of the Fusebox (18th edition). Persistent and meticulous in his electrical diagnostics, he was eventually able to locate the faulty wiring, and replace the cables and socket plates. We’d highly recommend Electrofy. We hired them to do a full rewire of our 4-bed Victorian semi. After an initial visit, they set out a clear plan for the work and quoted a reasonable price. They were neat and put in extra effort to minimise damage to the original features of the house. The rewire took 3 weeks and they finished on time as promised. They had great comms - even setting up a WhatsApp group to share photos and videos of progress during the job and ask how we wanted to proceed when unexpected issues arose. They arranged for the house to be cleaned after they’d finished (although we still needed to do some additional cleaning afterwards). And they happily returned a week later to sort out some small remaining snags. Overall Electrofy were excellent and we’d definitely recommend them for this type of job.
