I would like to say big thank you to Mr Singh for his high quality of service from pre, during and after work was carried out. I had a blackout due to accidentally drilled through the main cable. I called multiple other companies and they said they couldn’t come out which caused me to panic. When I called Heyworth and spoke to Mr Singh, he knew exactly what needed to be done. He came very quickly. It was a hard job but he did it and save my day. Then he explained in detail of what is the next step. Thereafter, he kept me updated with the progress. He came back few days later to renew the main cable. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service and would recommend him to everyone.

Sent me the quote on time and did the job and sent me after and before photos. 5. Gave me the certificate and informed to the council about the electrical works done in my property which is an added credit towards my property. 6. Sent invoice and I paid . Amazing service, absolutely knowledgeable and very trustworthy. Things we normally wouldn't say about many traders in London, but Mizan has been brilliant. Embarrassingly, I managed to short out our entire mains during a DIY project that went wrong. On a public holiday. Late in the afternoon. Yeah, I wasn't proud of myself, thankfully the wife was out. But called up Ideal and Mizan was professional and sympathetic, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and explained to me what went wrong. As part of a safety test he also discovered some deeper faults in some other electrical work that I'd hired some cowboys to fix in my kid's recently renovated bedroom. Again, he diagnosed, patiently explained and fixed the problem with a professionalism that is rare these days. Above and beyond the call of duty as it was getting late. And he fixed it all before the wife returned so I could pretend things weren't as bad as they actually were! I'd call Ideal again in a flash for my electrical needs, I was super impressed!
