Great, professional service from JKP Electrical Services. I contacted Julian to carry out an electrical inspection of my rental flat. He was efficient booking the job in and very polite to deal with. The report concluded that some remedial work was required for which Julian provided a thorough and detailed quote in a timely manner and subsequently carried out the work to a very high standard. Overall, Julian provided an excellent service, great communications, is prompt and knowledgeable with very reasonable rates. Highly recommended.

Dritan came at very short notice to replace a fusebox and add bonding to the gas meter and boiler pipes. He arrived on time and did the work to a high quality. He was responsive to my requests (for specific trunking and cabling) and completed the job efficiently. He also explained his work and had a competitive rate. I would highly recommend.

They’re lightning fast, work super hard, and are extremely professional and polite. Just a joy to have around. Amy is very clear with her pricing, no surprise costs. I had a leak from my toilet which affected my smoke alarms. I was lucky to find Trusted Electrical, they were so professional and organised. They fixed my smoke alarms and painted my ceiling downstairs where there was damp. I'm already planning to use them again to move my electric board as the whole experience of dealing with them was so positive. Daniel did a great job fitting a new boiler in quite a challenging domestic environment. The old boiler and flue arrangement created obstacles which he overcame. He also managed to fit the new boiler in a very tight cupboard in a brand new utility room without creating any visible signs. He then encountered several issues which not of his doing but were a legacy of the old system. He stuck to getting the job done returning to ensure everything was done properly. We now have a working system and a warm house throughout which we never had before. Daniel was respectful and courteous. Highly recommended.
