Overall, Paul provided a professional and personable installation service of the Fusebox (18th edition). Persistent and meticulous in his electrical diagnostics, he was eventually able to locate the faulty wiring, and replace the cables and socket plates. In addition, I was impressed by his post-installation guidance on the monthly testing of surge protection switches. I highly recommend his services.

George completed an EICR report for me and was brilliant. He kept me informed of his expected arrival time and was very polite and thorough in his checks to ensure the safety of the electrics. 5 stars services ! Contacted them to replace a defective electricity socket preventing my fridge to work. Emailed them at night, Ben came next day. Within 5mn, the real issue (which was a more complex issue) was identified and fixed, plus he helped me to put my heavy fridge back up in its place. Fast, efficient and friendly. Aziz was the most experienced technician who visited my house to give me a quote to replace the fuse box and install an RCBO unit along with a cooker switch. He was the only one who noticed my house did not have water or gas electric bonding and explained the risks of not having that. While the job ended being a little bigger than the other quotes, it seemed to me other electricians were offering a lower service job and not really taking into account the whole electric system of the house, given that the works involved something so central as the fuse box . Aziz was also the only one to offered an electric certificate for the house, having tested it throughout. As for the price, his quote was around the same price as the other electricians that visited the house.

I've had two service appointments with these electricians and would highly recommend! They're easy to communicate with, arrive on schedule, polite and courteous when in my home. In addition, they repaired my bathroom fan and it is now working well.

Malik did a great job when moving into a new house, had arranged for him to check out the safety and do an EICR but ended up needing the entire upstairs circuit fault-checked and fixed which was all done in the same appointment. Will be booking again when next needing work!
