I went to hermitage clinic for 3 years and can only say the best. Dr. Ahmed is very detailed and thorough with his work. He documents every step with photos and shows the process. I never had any problems after visiting his clinic and getting work done. He recommends what is necessary in the appropriate time frames and educates around dental hygiene. When I left to move abroad he even gave me a full report of all my treatments. 10/10 ⭐️

Excellent work by Kamil Ahmed in terms of fixing and strengthening my front teeth and then making them consistent with my other teeth. Understood what to do from the start and worked methodically through an agreed process. Very pleased with the outcome.

After 15 years and no longer living in the UK, I am searching for a clinic that will be as good as Ultra Smile....it's proving tough to find....considering travelling back to the UK just to see them!

I recently visited your practice and had a disappointing experience with the dentist (Guilermo?) . Although he may be skilled in his profession, I found his demeanour to be quite rude and lacking in people skills. Overall, I think your practice is excellent, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this particular dentist. Improving his communication with patients could really enhance the experience.

Reception staff are very friendly and helpful on the phone. A gold crown that had been placed by this dental centre many years ago and that had lasted well fell out unexpectedly at lunchtime. I was seen at an emergency appointment at 3:30 pm the same day, only hours later. Hannah the dentist was reassuring and performed the procedure of cementing the crown to the tooth again very efficiently and gave time to make sure that I was happy with the result. A great service, provided at NHS minimal cost price.

I had some very careful and and gentle repair work carried out to a nerve-sensitive broken tooth/crown by Dr Nicole last week. I’m a nervous dental patient and Nicole and her assistant couldn’t have been more supportive and gentle, communicating very clearly at all times. Thank you very much. Highly recommended. Also, a couple of weeks later I had a quite tricky extraction carried out very effectively and caringly by Dr Lillie. Again highly recommended, thank you Lillie.

This is a great dental practice. I regularly see Nicole (dentist) and Sarah (hygienist). Everyone is professional, friendly, informative and importantly for me gentle. I am so impressed that even though I am no longer near the practice I have remained with them as a patient. I would definitely recommend Bishopsgate Dentalcare.
