I recently visited Chem Village Dental Studios, and I have to say, it was a thoroughly positive experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire practice was. The atmosphere was comforting, which immediately put me at ease. The receptionist was lovely—she was chatty and engaging, which made the waiting time fly by. It's not often you find someone who can make you feel welcome and relaxed before a dental appointment, but she did just that. Dr. Krishan Patel, who handled my treatment, was incredibly professional. His soft-spoken nature and calm demeanor were exactly what I needed during the intervention. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure. It’s clear that he cares deeply about his patients and their experience. A special mention must go to Nurse Lilly, who was nothing short of amazing. Her kindness and gentle nature made a world of difference. She noticed when I was feeling a bit anxious and gave my shoulder a calming rub, even holding my hand at times to reassure me. Those little gestures were incredibly comforting and showed the level of care and attention they provide at this practice. Overall, my experience was excellent. As a new patient visiting Keppel for the very first time with a serious dental emergency, the care and treatment I received from everyone at the practice was outstanding! Having recently moved into the area I was not registered with a local dentist, but needed emergency treatment when an infection unexpectedly took hold. I visited Sherwood Park Dental Practice last week, I booked a check up appointment with Dr Pablo. The care I received from the receptionist Joanna and all the team was exceptional. Following his recommendations I booked an appointment with the hygienist Tracy. From the very beginning, she welcomed me with great professionalism and explained everything in detail. She used a product over my teeth and gums and showed me those areas where my toothbrush wasn’t reaching properly. The cleaning was completely painless. The machine she used is called Air Flow, and it left my teeth perfect. Tracy taught me how to follow a proper dental care routine and answered all my questions. She was very kind, patient, and highly professional. I’m delighted with the care and the results!

I'm very happy with Sherwood Park Dental Practice. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, which creates a relaxed atmosphere. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and genuine kindness by Joanna, and all staff that I've met are incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel comfortable and at ease (which is especially important for nervous patients). I have had regular appointments with Pablo (dentist) and Tracy (hygienist) who are both thorough and professional in their approach. My first time going to Love Teeth and it was amazing! I walked in and the reception was lovely and clean, tidy and smelt amazing. I was greeted by Tate who was lovely, bubbly and welcoming. She asked me how i was and i explained about a pain on my gum and she went outback and got me a sensodyn toothpaste. It is staff like that who go above and beyond to make your visit as good as it can be. The girl who i had my hygienist appointment with was also lovely and talked me through each step and made sure everything felt good. I am so happy with my results and will 100% come back!!

I have honestly have the best experience with Dr Sam Cope and Shay. I have composite bonding with Dr Sam and various follow ups. I’m a nervous patient and super conscious of my teeth. Dr Sam has always accommodated my needs and always been so lovely and flexible with my treatment. I am always so impressed the high quality of work he does. He’s always on hand to answer questions and take my needs into account. I’ve signed up to have constant check ups with Dr Sam and I’ll never go anywhere else to have my teeth done. I have recently finished what feels like the most exclusive and best dental treatment in my life with Dr Sam Cope. I have done a large treatment for set of front teeth that were full of unstable fillings and made me uncomfortable for years. The treatment included a combination of crowns and veneers fits, root canal treatment, and a composite bonding. Throughout the treatment Dr Sam was very understanding and approaching. He started off by providing me with a thorough professional consultation and his personal recommendations with plenty of options to choose from and without insisting on anything. Once agreed on the treatment plan Dr Sam planned and carried out the treatment with multiple check up points to ensure I'm comfortable at all stages with the treatment and with the shape and feel of new teeth. Being in the dental clinic for 5-10 times I've never been rushed and always felt almost like I'm exclusive Dr Sam's client. Upon request Dr Sam managed to provide me with additional information to satisfy dental insurance claim. Thanks to LoveTeeth for the additional 10% discount on overall treatment. I cannot recommend LoveTeeth at Sutton and Dr Sam highly enough!

Would recommend for extensive work. Very thorough, you get a detailed plan of action with photos and scans, everything is clearly explained. I have never had as thorough an examination like this. My previous dentist never highlighted ongoing issues or explained everything in detail. Lots of new technology used. It is quite expensive but you can select what you need doing and they have payment options, if needed.

I don’t normally leave dentist reviews but I was so impressed by my experience at Ninety2Detnal. I saw Dr Tanna for a check up and hygiene clean and usually going to the dentist is something I don’t look forward to but her calm and friendly approach made me feel relaxed instantly. Her explanations were professional and clear + I felt I could trust her (in the past I’ve had dentists quote me £1000s of work which I felt unnecessary). I’ll be coming back here yearly now!

This dental practice is brilliant. The experience is always 5-star, from the welcoming reception staff to my dentist, Dr Shah. I've been here a few times and although I moved a few miles away I still go to this dentist. I really like the waiting room with the nice comfy chairs and wooden flooring it feels like someone's front room and is very pleasant also the receptionist I think was Elizabeth or Caroline are very nice they make you feel welcome and talk to you while you're waiting. The actual dentist are great also and always do a great pain free job. I've had some terrible dentists over the years but these guys are great and tread you like a valued customer. Hence I won't be changing to another dentist and it's worth the traveling.

Today I became a customer of this dental clinic and I was thoroughly impressed. Elizabeth (on reception) was meticulous in her attention to maintaining a safe environment duing these times of COVID and wiped down surfaces and handles after each customer. Dr Hennessy himself was also brilliant and for my new patient check up explained what he was doing/checking for at each stage. I went from having no clue about my dental health (previous dentists were not forth coming with information) to suddenly having a plethora of information and he even showed me my x-rays and talked me through the history of the work that I have previously had done. His recommendations for treatment didn't have the fear mongering aspect that I have experienced elsewhere. I usually find the dentist daunting and don't feel like I can ask questions but Dr Hennesy made dialogue easy. Very happy to have found a new home for my dentistry. Thank You.

Had my crowns replaced by Melissa and her work is excellent. The patience, precision and knowledge she holds clearly reflects in her work, she really is in a league of her own.
