Genuinely the best dental practice I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so warm and friendly - they treat you like family. Dr Zaki and his team are great - I’m undergoing teeth straightening treatment (clear aligners) and everything has been great so far. I have a really complex case that I wasn’t sure would be suitable for aligners but the team went out of their way to help me. Also, had an issue with childcare and had to bring my little one along as a last resort yesterday and the practice manager kept him happy and occupied for me. Thank you so much Siobhain! I’ve been a patient at Bromley Dental Practice for over 5 years, and they have always been incredibly trustworthy and professional. Recently, I had composite bonding and tooth contouring done by Dr. Zaki with the assistance of dental nurse Rhonda, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Dr. Zaki did a fantastic job—his attention to detail and skill really exceeded my expectations. All the staff that have been involved with my treatment have been fantastic too and not lead me down a pathway for the most expensive solution but what was right for me. Previously, I tried teeth straightening with a cheap, quick-fix company that unfortunately went bust halfway through my treatment, leaving me without the results I wanted. Thankfully, Bromley Dental Practice has always been there to provide consistent, high-quality care. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone looking for reliable dental work and great results. I am a new patient at All Smiles Dental, this has been the best decision I have made. Not only are the team all highly professional they are so friendly and very caring. For someone that was quite nervous to go to the dentist. This has all changed coming here. My treatment is on going and I’m looking forward to my check up. Not worrying about them. They have the most advance equipment this was one another reason in my decision for getting my implant done here. During my free consultation they spoke to me about everything. Taking the time to really make sure I understood what the procedure was. When I had the extraction and implant I felt comfortable and in very safe hand with Dr Ash. I can’t thank the team enough. I recently had an implant placed with Dr Ash and could not be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final placement, Dr Ash and his team were exceptional, they took the time to explain each step of the process. The procedure itself was smooth and painless (even the injections I was dreading!) and they were frequently ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. I was given clear, helpful aftercare instructions to follow. I highly recommend Dr Ash and his team, they combine professionalism, expertise and compassion - a combination that’s hard to find, oh and they will play your favourite music to make you feel at ease! Dr Ash is arguably the best orthopedic surgeon in London. I had a terrible jet ski accident where I had 3 front teeths knocked out. The reconstruction took place initially in Singapore and thereafter by another surgeon at Harley Street. Most recently, the titanium screw came off and as a result one of the teeth came out. In desperation, I searched for an emergency Orthopedic surgeon and was lucky enough to have found Dr Ash. Not only was I given an emergency appointment the next day but Dr Ash identified the core issues and talked me through the reconstruction plan. I was highly impressed with his credentials, the cutting edge technology (3- D scan) and the most gentle care dispensed. This reinstated my trust and alleviated all my anxieties.This complex reconstruction surgery was done with ease and at a fraction of Harley Street prices. Highly recommended!

Dr Ash and his team provide excellent dental care. I have had a couple of dental implants and fillings at there and am very pleased with the outcomes. I am so glad I changed from my previous dental practice. Dr Ash is meticulous in his work, but uses quality materials and ensures I understand every step of the process. His dental nurse Aziz, is very knowledgeable and helpful too. The hygienists have advised me on how to maintain good oral hygiene. The reception staff are friendly, polite and helpful. I've always been really anxious about the dentist (childhood experiences!) so I'm really fussy about who I will see. Natalie at Caring Dental has been amazing. She's very clear, very kind, very knowledgeable. She puts me at my ease, whether I'm just having a check up or a treatment and discusses what's going on with my teeth really clearly, gives great advice and involves me in decisions. Most importantly, I've had to have a couple of fillings without anxiety or pain. Can't recommend Caring Dental and Natalie enough. The whole team are FAB!

I visited James Dodd at Caring Dental today for a filling. As always he was careful and considerate and took time to ensure that I was comfortable before starting the dental work and kept checking that I was OK during the procedure. Like many other people I imagine, I get a bit anxious about visits to the dentist but I have to say that James and his colleagues at Caring Dental always make it as positive and comfortable an experience as possible. James has also recently carried out complex work on another tooth which has meant that I do not have to have the tooth extracted; for that I am extremely grateful.

From the reception team through to the practitioners, Caring Dental really do live up to their name. My wife has been using this practice since it opened however since we moved out the area, I chose someone more local. I had a problem which did not get resolved well and my wife persuaded me to use Caring. Have not looked back since. A special mention to the reception team, the most friendly and accommodating, I was even offered the use of their home car charger as there is not one in the area !

It's exactly what it says "Caring Dental" I've been coming to this clinic for the past 2 years and I feel the care and the utmost treatment every single time. Chris is professional and he explains all the steps of what the treatment will include before he starts, and he also explains it as he is doing the work. He cares about protecting the original teeth and only recommend fillings if really needed. The before and after image of my teeth is so satisfying. The hygienists as well are all professional, and they do a thorough job. They always gives me tips on how I best look after my teeth and gum.

After my lovely dentist of over ten years moved to a new practice out of the area, and being dissatisfied with her replacement, I have been looking for a new dentist. I was very happy with my first visit to Bromley Smiles yesterday. I am a fairly anxious patient but felt very at ease here. Pedro was great and even fixed an issue that I was unhappy with from a visit to my previous practice. The prices are very good and I especially like the fact that you can book a clean and polish at the same time as your check up, rather than having to make a completely separate appointment with a hygienist. I am very happy to have found a new dentist that I feel comfortable with, and I highly recommend Bromley Smiles.

I am SO happy with the service, results and price for my Invisalign journey at Rochester Lodge. Dr Ali is absolutely fantastic - he really takes time, care and pride with his patients. He thoroughly explained every step of the journey and offered helpful and considered advice when discussing options. I had Invisalign trays for just over 6 months, then opted for teeth whitening and composite bonding to give the desired end result (which by the way, was amazing!). Having had consultations with other Invisalign dentists, I can confidently recommend Dr Ali over other dental surgeries. The reception staff and dental nurses are also amazing - so friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. 5 stars!

Ali is a consummate professional, he knows everything there is to know about his craft and always has a solution suitable for you as a patient, to any dental problem. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Merdol and his fantastic team for some time now and have been into the clinic many times regarding business matters and have always felt welcomed and well looked after. I decided to book in for one of their hygiene cleans and check up with Dr Sara and she was brilliant! She gave my teeth a painless, thorough clean and also told me what further treatment I needed with clear costs and an aftercare pack. There was no pressure from any of the staff to book in the treatment but I was happy to go ahead and do so as Dr. Sara was so honest and clear with what I needed. My treatment included 2 impacted wisdom teeth to be surgically removed and I booked for the extraction to be done with Dr. Sara. I was extremely anxious and also got quite tearful during the procedure but the dental team were calm, gentle and understanding which made me feel at ease, taking their time to listen to my concerns and allowing me to take little breaks during surgery, which I really appreciated. I have recommended Shmile to so many of my family, friends and customers already as good, honest and patient dentists are hard to come by, You won’t find another dental surgery like Shmile.

What can I even say about Dr Ismail. I am the most nervous person when it comes to dentists. Generally I will go once and never go back. On Wednesday I attended and I needed a tooth out, I was petrified! (I will say from the moment you walk in you are greeted by the most friendly people on reception ! All 3 people who have been there when I have gone in were so helpful, warm and friendly!!) Dr Ismail spoke me through the entire procedure and assured me the only small pain I would have would be the needles, and he was right. The lovely dental nurse also reassured me constantly. Both Ismail and the nurse lady made me feel totally at ease! I am a bit over sensitive and paranoid so I have returned to the dentist twice since the procedure just for some reassurance on healing, and from the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed. I wasn't made to feel silly or paranoid, I was treated kindly and the whole team really could not do anymore!! Thank you so much to all of you!! I wish other dentists realised that kindness is key, which is exactly what Shmile radiate....kindness!! Have a wonderful Christmas!!
