I went to KLC from 2007 to 2014. Not only was I taught well with very supportive teachers, the atmosphere was very friendly and fun. There is a very welcoming aura of competitiveness, which in turn motivates us to do well. This also helped me to bond with people that had the same aspirations as me thus aiding me to reach my potential. KLC helped me to pass my 11+ where I then entered Townley Grammar School and have stayed there for sixth form too. I would definitely recommend KLC since it played a key role in getting where I am now.

We are very happy with the centre. The lady who runs the centre, understands well the needs of the kids and sets the right level of tasks. There is a variety of tutors that engage with the kids and provide feedback on their work. The kids are happy to attend Kumon and do the set homework.

Hifas really built up my sons confidence in Maths and Further Maths, and engendered a genuine love for the subject. Hifas has been helping my daughter who is in Year12 and is studying A level maths. We had been looking for a tutor for some time when somebody recommended him to us. My son has been tutored by Hifas since last July. Before having Hifas as a maths tutor, he struggled with his A-level Maths. Mainly because A-levels is a big step up from GCSEs and that he couldn’t quite grasp a thorough understanding with some of the topics. Hifas not only is patient with his students. He explains the topics in detail as well as setting work for the students to do after the tutoring lesson to ensure that they have understood what was explained in the lesson. This has helped my son tremendously, especially with the topics that he didn’t quite understand. My 7 year old son went for his free assessment in November ‘23 as we wanted to do something extra for him to fill in any gaps in his learning, but didn’t want to go down the route of a 1 on 1 tutor just yet. Last year I attended the BMAT Crash Course to be prepared and feel confident. It really showed me everything I needed to know about the BMAT. This year Shaaji contacted me again and offered me to help me ace this year's BMAT. I have had multiple sessions with both Shaaji and TK, going through all the three sections. They are really kind and really motivated to help you. With Shaaji I have mostly looked at the essay questions and the critical thinking ones. TK showed me every trick I needed to know to prepare for the second section. Because of them I passed this year's BMAT and I am really grateful for all the help they have given me.

Jamie is a really excellent maths tutor. He worked with my Year 6 boy who had very low confidence in his maths abilities, and had become really nervous about tackling sums. Such a great experience with JNL. I found them on my local Nextdoor app and decided to give them a go. My son needed a last minute German GCSE tutoring for his German exam that was hapening in 2 weeks time (at that point). I first spoke with Luke. Luke asked relevant questions to understand what is needed for the exam and matched my son with Alisa, one of JNL German tutors. Everything was so well organised and I found it easy to do the payment and for my son to access the online meet. Alisa helped a lot. My son thought that in the short space of time she was able to help him improve his vocabulary, grammar and pronaunciation too. He had his first German exam last week and today he had another 2 and he is over the moon.
