Sheena is a wonderful teacher!! She really helped my son improve his writing skills. My son enjoyed the lessons and was motivated to work harder. And so managed to pass the Sutton stage 2 exam for all 3 schools.

I met Sheena through a friend. She became an English tutor for my daughter who was about to sit her GCSE exams. In the few weeks our young person was learning English as a second language with Hafeez he made incredible progress. He enjoyed going to his lessons and regularly communicated to us that “teacher nice”! Hafeez always communicated with us, was extremely warm, helpful and a truly lovely guy. Hafeez started tutoring my daughter at the beginning of September, she really struggles but he was so kind and supportive and just so lovely that she loved it and was so positive afterwards. I cannot thank him enough. My daughter thinks he’s brilliant and so do we.

It has been a great pleasure to work with Sir Mo. Under his guidance, my daughter has gone from being shy and indifferent to Maths to being a great fan of the subject and looking forward to doing it each day at school. I really enjoyed having lessons with Mr Moyo. I was getting less than level 5's in most of my tests prior to my GCSE. As a result, I tried many tutors in order to raise my results, but to no avail. Moyo helped me to achieve a level 7 by teaching me the basics, such as checking my work, doing past papers and to just be meticulous when showing my working out. Putting my children in this centre has to be one of the best decisions I’ve made for them. I have a son and a child who is looked after going to this centre. When I say they have supported me with them and helped me when I needed it. They are a friendly team of staff that work together to keep the smooth running of the centre. They always greet us with a smile and know all the children’s names when they enter. I have recently had issues with my children’s school and talking to Carroll and Zehra has helped me be able to find the strength to move my kids to a better school. They are not just a tutor setting for me and my boys but a support network too. Hiba is the boys main tutor and she is amazing with both boys. She is calm and have a welcoming nature which helps the boys relax. She makes sure they believe in themself to achieve what she knows they should. They enjoy working with her.

I would recommend exploring learning to any parents. My children got to learn maths and English independently on computers. It gave my children a chance to re-enforce the learning from school. Also it means an hour or so away from online/mobile games. I feel that both my children have benefited from extra tuition and get in the habit of homework, extra work etc... The school system nowadays are very test based so the more practice they get the better they are prepared for GCSE, A'levels and beyond. The staff at explore learning are very dedicated to the children's learning and support parents wherever they can.

Excellent tutoring skills and brilliant understanding of how each individual student struggles with a certain topic. Resolving with special techniques to help students master areas they are vulnerable in. Although in situations such as covid where tutoring can be difficult for tutors which is why i think there should be a more variety of subject tutors!

I enjoy working at House of Tutors. I find that it is a very conducive environment to work in and that we tutors can closely monitor the progress of our students. The small class sizes allow me to create a 1:1 rapport with each student so that I can identify their strengths and weaknesses. I had a lengthy introduction to the centre with Mr Shahid, who explained everything really well and made me feel confident, as I was anxious having left a previous tutor who was not much help in communicating my sons progress throughout 1 whole year. So it was time I left her and moved on. Since last September, my son is much more attached to his learning here, and I am really happy with the reception staff who are ALWAYS at hand to answer any queries before or after lessons. Mr Khan is such a great inspiration for pointing you in the right direction for your childs learning targets. I love the fact that he sets regular mock tests. The books are all provided within the fee considering they are expensive books. Now, fingers crossed and hope my son passes in September. Year 5 student's mum.

Excellent! I'm really happy and please with the progress my son has been making. My son has been going since he was in year 8 and is now in year 9. My has been getting achievement points at school on a constant basis and his science teacher has been called home several times to how please he is with my son. Dont know how Mr Khalid does it but he's BRILLIANT!
