After my local dental practice had a change of management and promptly went downhill, I started looking around for somewhere else to go, and got a good vibe from the positive reviews on Google for the Fairfield Dental Centre. Having booked an initial appointment, had work subsequently done at a follow-up session and also paid a visit to their dental hygienist, I can confirm that this is a great practice. Kiran is a fine dentist who takes a calm, considered view when it comes to her patient's treatment, taking the time to explain what needs to be done, and carrying it out with great competence. Homa, the practice hygienist is also very good at her job and has really inspired me to look after my teeth better. My move to the practice was only intended to be a temporary one, since I am due to be moving out of the area soon, but I may well make the effort to return to them from 'up north' for my check-ups, so impressed have I been - keep up the good work, ladies!

The treatment I have had at Fairfield Dental Centre has been outstanding. Kira, Jo and the team are always so friendly and polite and Kira explains every procedure required in detail so that it is very easy to understand. I have been a long standing patient at this dental practice and would never go anywhere else for my treatment.

I found this place online after not been to the dentist for 10 + years. I didn't know what to expect but I knew this was the right place after seeing how welcoming the staff were. I saw the hygienist and my mouth never felt so clean in my life, Following that, I had a 1 new filling done and replaced an old one, both experienses were pleasant and pain-free. The dentist treated me with such respect I felt like I've been going there for years. I would recommend this place to anyone, plase check them out, you won't regret it. Wish I took a b4 and after picture, but honestly I was so happy with the results I don't want to remember what it looked like b4.

On entering Fairfield Dental practice for the first time, both Kiran and Jo were very welcoming and friendly. Kiran discusses treatments and procedures in a professional and caring manner. I had a filling, the first for 14 yrs and was a bit apprehensive, I had a good experience thanks to Kiran and Jo. Kiran was most gentle. I have known Homa (the dental hygienist) for many years here when it was W. Parker Deans practice. She is also friendly, caring and very good. Easy parking. I certainly recommend this practice to everybody.

My experience at Dental Beauty has been excellent. I have seen the dentist and hygienest recently and during both appointments great care was taken to understand my needs. Managed to get a same day appointment as I had a toothache. Was seen by a lovely dentist who was gentle and understanding of my pain. Took x-ray to determine whether infection was tooth or gum and prescribed antibiotics.

After looking at and reviewing online local dentist practices I came across Gentle Gentle Care. I completed the registration forms on behalf of my children online - this was really easy and user friendly. After this I wanted to ask some further questions so rang the practice, easy to get through. The lovely lady on the phone kindly answered my questions and was very informative and let me know all the steps of registering etc. I shared with the lady on phone (I wish I got her name) that I was quite frightened of the dentist myself and she was so reassuring ! On the day of appointments for my children to have general check up, their first visits to dentist! The practice was really clean and tidy and all staff friendly and welcoming. The ladies at the desk offered me a hot drink. Our appointment was with Dr Simon and Nurse Sonia. I spoke to Nurse Sonia before the children entered the treatment room to let her know I had not taken children to dentist as I was very very nervous - again really kind and reassuring :). Both children were completely at ease and comfortable thanks to the professionalism and kindness of both Dr and Nurse. Dr Simon spoke gently to the kids asking them questions about their eating and teeth hygiene, throughout his treatment he talked through what he was doing and checking and why throughout. We all left feeling really happy and pleased this is where we would be coming for all dental needs. A really great team who are all friendly and approachable ! Thank you!

The Gentle Dental Care team are great! I'm really happy with my dentist Humaira and the dental nurse, they are great with me and my kids, always so considerate and friendly. I had a great experience today at the clinic. The staff are really professional and friendly. I’ve been to other clinics before but never had a good experience with the dentist as I felt they rush things to get to the next patient and just unprofessional and rude but my dentist here at Gentle dental care South Croydon was very friendly and professional making sure I was feeling comfortable and discussing every little steps clearly in a nice way without being in rush and preparing you what the next treatment plan would be. I’m a really anxious person but I made the right choice to go to this clinic as they really want to help you and look for a solution. The clinic is very clean and I love the interior design. They also have a little tv above you while they look at your teeth it’s also something to make you relaxed.

This practice has such a lovely atmosphere. The rooms are big, light, and airy, giving it a comfortable and welcoming vibe. The receptionist is incredibly patient, helpful, and sweet, the dental nurse was so cool and chill (which put my nerves to rest), and the dentist was friendly and relaxed. Who knew going to the dentist could be so enjoyable. Firstly the practice is so aesthetically pleasing so as soon as you walk in it has a spa like atmosphere. The receptionists are always welcoming and high spirited. My dentist is Leah and she is the best dentist I’ve had, she’s informative, kind, professional and evidently loves her job. After all these years it feels good to finally be looking forward to going to the dentist!

Wow, this is no ordinary dental practice, it's beautifully designed inside, all the staff are really friendly and welcoming and put you at ease. They were happy to share extra tips and advice too. I had a hygienist service with Leah, she explained everything step by step which I appreciated and she gave easy instructions for aftercare. Quick and efficient service, my teeth look and feel great. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Very nice team of people from reception to doctors who take great care of you, explain everything, and make sure you are comfortable during the process. Dr. Aisha is a great professional. My teeth look and feel like new, I felt she took extra time and care to make sure many of my fillings/repairs are done to best standards. Leah, the hygienists cleaned all my teeth, a treatment which I never had done but made a massive difference in how my mouth feels, now clean and shiny 😎 Finally, when you walk into the room, it feels like a hotel and not like an operating theatre. You can relax with netflix or some music in the background while you get your treatment done. Overall, the best dentist I've been to so far 🙃 Karol.

I dislodged a cap on Christmas Day and left a message with Shirley Dental Practice for the earliest possible appointment, They contacted me on their first day back and booked me in for a morning appointment. Shiv replaced the original cap after preparing both tooth and cap. He ensured that it was a comfortable fit and gave me a full account of possible future outcomes. Receptionist is super friendly and helpful - the one who sits at the front is usually the one I speak with. The dentist I have had has also been friendly and helpful with any questions I ask. Especially Andriana, I’m always throwing questions her way. She makes you felt comfortable and is reassuring with treatments.

The reception staff are lovely, the waiting area is comfortable. My Dentist is very nice and explains things as she goes along. She also checked how I was feeling several times during my treatment. The only negative is that I am always seen late. I am always early for my appointments.

I’ve been coming to this dental practise for a little while now and in that time I’ve always had a good experience from start to finish. The reception area is clean warm & inviting and the reception team are really welcoming especially Amy who’s always keen and ready to help you with a smile. My dentist Leanne is lovely she always makes me feel welcomed, relaxed and never makes me feel like I’m just a number. Basically she takes her time to listen to any concerns I may have and gives me genuine advise. The dental nurse, Aaliyah is also wonderful, she’s always genuinely happy to see me and take care of me. They make a great team, very efficient and professional too.

I have no reservations in recommending Whitgift Dental. I have been a patient for over 24 years! Indeed all 3 of my children have been patients through their baby to grown up years. In all this time I have been more than happy with the treatment we have all received. A professional, welcoming, fully equipped, spotlessly clean Practice with attached hygienist service, I have always received good care & advice. You can always book in to see your regular dentist & hygienist one after the other which is great. & on the few occasions I have needed to see a dentist urgently I have always been able to get a very quick appointment. Fees for dental work needed is always very clearly detailed. I have recently relocated to East Sussex & still I continue to make the hour long journey to WD for my checkups & hygienist appointments!

I got in touch with Deepali on a Sunday with a dental emergency over the Christmas and New Year break as I was in an unbearable amount of pain. She has such a kind and caring personality and was able to explain to me my options at my appointment, which immediately put me at ease. She was able to proceed with an option I was comfortable with, and I left pain-free and felt really taken care of. Part of this option was a suggestion to receive a referral for a root canal to save my tooth by Deepali’s recommendation. I truly believe that had I not seen Deepali at this point, I have no doubt my tooth would’ve deteriorated at a rapid rate. A huge thank you to Deepali and her team, I’d suggest getting in touch as you’ll feel in the safest hands at Mayfield Dental.

I had to take an emergency appointment due to swelling on my face and bad toothache. When I checked in the google the first dental surgery came up on the screen was Mayfield. I made a call around 7 pm on a Saturday and Dr. Deepali attended the phone call. Due to my condition without any hesitations she was happy to see me on the same day in her clinic and she explained me everything and put me on antibiotics. Soon I recovered and she arranged another appointment to do my dental check and cleaning. As per my request she arranged an emergency tooth extraction with a dental surgeon next to that week. I was so nervous about extraction. But they made me so comfortable and the entire process was completely painless. The overall procedure was finished within 10 minutes. After reaching home I had 2 phone-call to make sure I was ok. All the staffs were extremely helpful and polite including the receptionist. Especially, Dr. Deepali, her friendly conversation made me so comfortable and she was one of best dentist I have ever seen.

I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Ammar Alibhai, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked into his clinic, I was greeted by his welcoming and friendly team, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Dr. Alibhai's professionalism and expertise were evident right from the start. He took the time to carefully explain every step of the procedures I underwent, which included placing a crown on a hard-to-reach tooth (lower 3rd molar), periodic cleansing, and another delicate intervention (central incisor). One of the standout qualities of Dr. Alibhai is his genuine care for his patients. He went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout the treatments, making sure I was relaxed and pain-free. Last week was my 3rd visit, every time I visit I'm greeted and made to feel really welcome. If you are afraid of the dentist come here!! There is so much care from when you first walk in you will immediately be put at ease. I've been for both check ups and the hygienist. Both were exceptional!! Normally I walk away from dentist with my mouth feeling like it has taken a few hits, not here, both were so gentle and their attention to providing every comfort is outstanding. No rough polishing or knocking the teeth with the equipment. So gentle at times I actually thought are they doing anything!! I cannot recommend this dental practice high enough.
