I recently had the pleasure of visiting Oaktree Dental Practice in Croydon for my dental needs, and I must say it was an absolutely outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well-cared for by the entire team. The professionalism and expertise demonstrated by Dr Shah was truly commendable. She took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures and answered all of my questions in a patient and reassuring manner. I felt comfortable and confident throughout my visit, knowing that I was in capable hands. Five stars all the way! Would highly recommend!!

Went in for a crown, fillings and mouth guard, I had an absolutely amazing experience, Shaileen in reception was very kind and accommodating, Nikki my dentist was just simply the best, very knowledgeable and very thoughtful, I felt no pain at all during my procedures, state-of-the-art equipment, the entire team was friendly and professional, lucky and grateful to have them in my area

Today was my third visit to the practise and regardless of me hating the dentist as most people do this has to be my best experience by far! Even before i became a patient i rang the surgery with some concerns and they answered them all with kindness and empathy. My dentist Nikita is amazing.I was anxious before the actual treament but she erased all my fear. Thankyou guys.

I had extractions and dentures made by Dr. Phanse. She is really gentle, she takes the time to explain everything and make sure you are happy with the treatment plan.The nurses and the receptionists are lovely and always helpful. Thank you Oaktre Dental for making me feel reassured and comfortable during the treatment received.

I had to take an emergency appointment due to swelling on my face and bad toothache. When I checked in the google the first dental surgery came up on the screen was Mayfield. I made a call around 7 pm on a Saturday and Dr. Deepali attended the phone call. Due to my condition without any hesitations she was happy to see me on the same day in her clinic and she explained me everything and put me on antibiotics. Soon I recovered and she arranged another appointment to do my dental check and cleaning. As per my request she arranged an emergency tooth extraction with a dental surgeon next to that week. I was so nervous about extraction. But they made me so comfortable and the entire process was completely painless. The overall procedure was finished within 10 minutes. After reaching home I had 2 phone-call to make sure I was ok. All the staffs were extremely helpful and polite including the receptionist. Especially, Dr. Deepali, her friendly conversation made me so comfortable and she was one of best dentist I have ever seen.

I got in touch with Deepali on a Sunday with a dental emergency over the Christmas and New Year break as I was in an unbearable amount of pain. She has such a kind and caring personality and was able to explain to me my options at my appointment, which immediately put me at ease. She was able to proceed with an option I was comfortable with, and I left pain-free and felt really taken care of. Part of this option was a suggestion to receive a referral for a root canal to save my tooth by Deepali’s recommendation. I truly believe that had I not seen Deepali at this point, I have no doubt my tooth would’ve deteriorated at a rapid rate. A huge thank you to Deepali and her team, I’d suggest getting in touch as you’ll feel in the safest hands at Mayfield Dental.

I’ve been going to Mayfield Dental for roughly 5 years now and have always been happy with the service. Friendly and approachable team and nice welcoming feeling. In the past year I’ve had to have 2 fillings and have felt v anxious and uneasy but I was put totally at ease. Great dental surgery and would highly recommend to all.

I’ve been going to Mayfield Dental for the last 4-5 years for regular check ups and complex dental work. Dr Deepali and Maja have been so attentive throughout my treatments. Managed to get a same day appointment as I had a toothache. Was seen by a lovely dentist who was gentle and understanding of my pain. Took x-ray to determine whether infection was tooth or gum and prescribed antibiotics.

On entering Fairfield Dental practice for the first time, both Kiran and Jo were very welcoming and friendly. Kiran discusses treatments and procedures in a professional and caring manner. I had a filling, the first for 14 yrs and was a bit apprehensive, I had a good experience thanks to Kiran and Jo. Kiran was most gentle. I have known Homa (the dental hygienist) for many years here when it was W. Parker Deans practice. She is also friendly, caring and very good. Easy parking. I certainly recommend this practice to everybody.

After my local dental practice had a change of management and promptly went downhill, I started looking around for somewhere else to go, and got a good vibe from the positive reviews on Google for the Fairfield Dental Centre. Having booked an initial appointment, had work subsequently done at a follow-up session and also paid a visit to their dental hygienist, I can confirm that this is a great practice. Kiran is a fine dentist who takes a calm, considered view when it comes to her patient's treatment, taking the time to explain what needs to be done, and carrying it out with great competence. Homa, the practice hygienist is also very good at her job and has really inspired me to look after my teeth better. My move to the practice was only intended to be a temporary one, since I am due to be moving out of the area soon, but I may well make the effort to return to them from 'up north' for my check-ups, so impressed have I been - keep up the good work, ladies!

The treatment I have had at Fairfield Dental Centre has been outstanding. Kira, Jo and the team are always so friendly and polite and Kira explains every procedure required in detail so that it is very easy to understand. I have been a long standing patient at this dental practice and would never go anywhere else for my treatment.

Dr Mish and his team are incredible! I'm a really nervous patient, and I'm Autistic and have ADHD which can make appointments and treatment quite challenging. Dr Mish explained the issue with my gums and my treatment options. I opted to have complete sedation to complete my treatment and was quite anxious on the day but I really couldn't have been in better hands. My partner was equally impressed with the care I received, and as a nervous patient himself would have no qualms in approaching Gentle Dental Care for treatment.

1st round of treatment, Was a little nervous, but the staff were very informative and once numb, I felt nothing so it made me relax even more. Tbh I feel more nervous at my own dentist than going to GDC (maybe because the dentist give you the news.) I'm looking forward to the 2nd round of treatment.

I dislodged a cap on Christmas Day and left a message with Shirley Dental Practice for the earliest possible appointment, They contacted me on their first day back and booked me in for a morning appointment. Shiv replaced the original cap after preparing both tooth and cap. He ensured that it was a comfortable fit and gave me a full account of possible future outcomes. I have no reservations in recommending Whitgift Dental. I have been a patient for over 24 years! Indeed all 3 of my children have been patients through their baby to grown up years. In all this time I have been more than happy with the treatment we have all received. A professional, welcoming, fully equipped, spotlessly clean Practice with attached hygienist service, I have always received good care & advice. You can always book in to see your regular dentist & hygienist one after the other which is great. & on the few occasions I have needed to see a dentist urgently I have always been able to get a very quick appointment. Fees for dental work needed is always very clearly detailed. I have recently relocated to East Sussex & still I continue to make the hour long journey to WD for my checkups & hygienist appointments!

Just had an emergency appointment and it has been dealt with immediately. I've been going to Whitgift Dental Practice for years and have always received top-notch service. This practice has such a lovely atmosphere. The rooms are big, light, and airy, giving it a comfortable and welcoming vibe. The receptionist is incredibly patient, helpful, and sweet, the dental nurse was so cool and chill (which put my nerves to rest), and the dentist was friendly and relaxed. The Gentle Dental Care team are great! I'm really happy with my dentist Humaira and the dental nurse, they are great with me and my kids, always so considerate and friendly. I had a great experience today at the clinic. The staff are really professional and friendly. I’ve been to other clinics before but never had a good experience with the dentist as I felt they rush things to get to the next patient and just unprofessional and rude but my dentist here at Gentle dental care South Croydon was very friendly and professional making sure I was feeling comfortable and discussing every little steps clearly in a nice way without being in rush and preparing you what the next treatment plan would be. I’m a really anxious person but I made the right choice to go to this clinic as they really want to help you and look for a solution. The clinic is very clean and I love the interior design. They also have a little tv above you while they look at your teeth it’s also something to make you relaxed.

Ammar and Helen were like a dream team! They quickly and efficiently secured my back molar from further decay and perhaps needing a root canal! They made me feel comfortable and safe and even threw in a few extra’s, alongside my clean! Very grateful & overall a lovely surgery and a great service!

From the moment I walked into his clinic, I was greeted by his welcoming and friendly team, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. He took the time to carefully explain every step of the procedures I underwent, which included placing a crown on a hard-to-reach tooth (lower 3rd molar), periodic cleansing, and another delicate intervention (central incisor). One of the standout qualities of Dr. Alibhai is his genuine care for his patients. He went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout the treatments, making sure I was relaxed and pain-free. Both my young daughter and I had a 6 month check up appointment with Dr Faisal. We were immediately greeted on entering the Practice and made to feel welcome. Dr Faisal explained the examination he would conduct and put my daughter at ease. The procedure was painless. My daughter was relaxed during our whole appointment. I had a further hygienist appointment and my daughter was allowed to be present. I am grateful to all at Gentle Dental for their care and professionalism.
