Absolutely stunned by the professionalism of Dr Alex and his assistant. I called in as an emergency appointment booked via the NHS. After an initial diagnosis, Dr Alex seamlessly managed to cure my dental condition. I couldn’t be happier! 🙌👌 Many thanks for that Dr Alex and his assistant ( sorry but I forgot her name 🙈)

Have been using this dentist since it was the neighbourhood dentist & have continued with my check ups with Dr Uzma QazI since their transition to AR Smiles. Today I had a filling & it couldn’t have been a better experience, as always she was friendly & reassuring explaining what she was doing before she did it. I couldn’t even feel the numbing injection or the filling procedure & it was completed before I knew it! Great experience and I’d definitely recommend AR Smiles.

Very quick and easy to book the appointment at the time I needed. Dr Cottam was very friendly and clearly explained my filling options and prices. This is a great dentist in a lovely quiet area of Lee. The service from reception is always friendly and usually minimal waiting for appointments. Clean and comfortable surgery. The dentists & hygienists are very attentive and talk me through all the procedures so I feel comfortable knowing what's going on, and they're always very clear about costs etc. Communication is also good, they always remind me about appointments and send any details I ask for. Definitely one of the best dentists I've been to.

Was able to book my child in to see the dentist very quickly. Was very nicely greeted by Amy at reception then no sooner had we sat down it was time to see Tilly our dentist and Megan the dental nurse. Both were very professional and very nice to my child who was a little nervous. All in all 5 star experience. So great to have such a wonderful dentist practice in the community.

I was in London on vacation from the US and had a terrible toothache. After calling several urgent cares, ER dental offices, and the NHS without any help, I finally found the Dental Surgery. Every single person I encountered at the Dental Surgery was extremely nice and accommodating…from the person that answered the phone, to the receptionist, to the dental assistant, and to the dentist Adam Richardson. Dr. Richardson had an amazing bedside manner and was able to help me with my tooth. He was sympathetic, knowledgeable, and provided immediate relief. I would highly recommend the Dental Surgery to not only local Londoners but to anyone visiting London in need of dental care. 10/10 experience.

I’ve just had an appointment with the lovely hygienist Roxanna. I am SO impressed! From start to finish she was so friendly, bubbly, helpful and made me feel so relaxed! I currently have fixed braces and she told me lots of helpful tips on how to keep my teeth clean etc. I have been a bit worried about cleaning them properly since having the braces on but Roxanna guided me through lots of things to help when cleaning them and reassured me. So grateful and I could tell she really wanted to help me as much as possible. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!

Before I found Dr. Mani, I was terrified of going to the dentist and would put off appointments for as long as possible. But from the very first visit, he completely changed my perspective. Dr. Mani is incredibly kind, gentle, and understanding. He truly listens and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. His expertise and skill are unmatched – I barely felt a thing during my procedures, and he always explains everything in a way that’s clear and reassuring. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best for them. Thanks to Dr. Mani, I no longer dread dental visits. In fact, I actually look forward to seeing him and his wonderful team. If you’re nervous about the dentist, he is the one to go to – I can’t recommend him enough. Truly the best dentist I’ve ever had.

Reception staff are very friendly and helpful on the phone. A gold crown that had been placed by this dental centre many years ago and that had lasted well fell out unexpectedly at lunchtime. I was seen at an emergency appointment at 3:30 pm the same day, only hours later. Hannah the dentist was reassuring and performed the procedure of cementing the crown to the tooth again very efficiently and gave time to make sure that I was happy with the result. A great service, provided at NHS minimal cost price.

Really glad I picked this dental practice. I chose them over another local practice, initially purely based on the receptionists and the fact they have Airflow polish. The receptionists are always super helpful and polite - whether booking an appointment or asking questions in the practice. And a special mention to Ms Cruz who was also always timely with sharing itemised receipts so I can claim on my insurance! The dental work itself I had done with Dr Barbara. I was impressed with her kind demeanour and ability to get full relevant medical history through just having an informal chat. I didn't feel rushed at any point and she was really happy to answer any and all queries. Besides examination had a scale and polish with Dr Barbara since no hygienists were around. I had an amazingly thorough clean with minimal soreness - definitely one of the best cleans I've had in that regard. Subsequently, I also had a medium composite filling done. Fillings are never pleasant of course but again am very happy with the care given by Dr Barbara and her team of nurses. Throughout work done and our chats Dr Barbara has also advised me on other areas, such as orthodontics etc. where the Dr would ask her fellow specialists for advice. I think it's great that the practice has so many different experts under one roof. All in all extremely happy to have this surgery and Dr Barbara as my dentist and would recommend them to anyone looking to get their dental hygiene in order.

SmileUp was my second dentist in 3 day, being a nervous patient unfortunately my first dentist was not symptomatic to my issues, so after reading reviews I booked SmileUp, well in spite of my nerves I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and my dentist Barbara, she quickly put me at ease, even though I did sweat from my eyeballs, and it was only my first appointment :-). I went back for some treatment 2 weeks later, a dreaded filling, I was so nervous, but again Barbara reassured me and everything went well and now I have a lovely white filling instead of a not so pretty Amalgam. I also had scale and polish with Stu, amazing young man, very patient and reassuring and he made sure I was comfortable all the time. I have another appointment in Jan 2025 still nervous, but I know Barbara and her team will look after me. So nervous or not, I truly recommend SmileUp.

We arrived with a few minutes to spare. The clinic is based of the main road. The best bus is 284 but not exclusively. The building is below a bock of new builds The reception area is nicely decorated and puts people at ease, especially children. The consultation rooms are brightly coloured in different colours and gives the appearance if been 'cool'. The consultant was friendly and he quickly welcomed the young patient. He talk all through the procedure which was informative as well as a good distraction. I would highly recommend .
