I always find my experience here welcoming and extremely friendly. If I have had to have work done, everything is explained throughly. Great customer service with lovely receptionists too.

I am very nervous with regards to visiting the dentist and was treated with kindness. The receptionist Maggie was supportive and reassured me as did the lovely dentist. Can highly recommend especially if you are nervous !

Best dentist I've ever been to. They staff were really friendly and really took the time for our treatments. I had some fillings replaced and had a clean up. They also gave great recommendations for general dental care too which is so helpful.

So pleased. Josh saved my tooth. A previous dentist in another surgery told me I would need to have two teeth extracted. One cracked and the one next to it had an abscess. I went to Valley Dental Practice for a second opinion. Josh saved the cracked tooth by doing a root canal and crown. And advised the other tooth was fine. So very pleased my tooth was saved.

Just an all-round brilliant service. I'd had a mishap - dropped and snapped my lower palate. Looked this place up, visited and left with a perfectly repaired bottom set. Excellent customer service and a great customer experience. Well done you lot!!!! And thanks.

Updated: Thank goodness for Jo! Following the unhelpful response I called and then revisited. This time speaking directly to the source, who took the time to work through the issue and now I have a perfectly fitting retainer. *************************************************************** The service was friendly and quick but the retainer does not fit. The replacement was for the current retainer that is discoloured - exactly the same mould and fits perfectly. Now left with a replacement that can't be used as it only fits one side and not the other.

I lost two teeth of my top denture and my daughter phoned Chingford Dental Laboratories to make an appointment for me but was told, no appointment needed, just turn up. I turned up the next day and was seen immediately, no waiting time and was told to either wait in their nice waiting room or come back in an hour. I chose to come back and in just over an hour I picked up perfectly repaired dentures, at a very reasonable price I highly recommend this place should you need an emergency repair at a fair cost. I needed a tooth extraction and Mandeep Shukla made the whole experience straighforward and effortless. I'm not the keenest dentist goer and this was my first visit to White House so I was extra nervous. The waiting area was clutter free and super calming and I was greeted by the high energy reception staff with what felt like genuinely warmth and empathy. Mandeep explained the actual procedure beforehand with absolute simplicity so there were no surprises and it was quite possibly the best experience I have ever had with any dentist (minus the pain once the local anaesthetic wore off!). I was recommended by a fried so glad it was a positive experience for me. I am very excited that I've now joined White House and believe it or not, actually looking forward to seeing the hygenist!

At 38, it came as quite a shock to be told that I had a year before my natural teeth would fall out. Due to the loss of bone supporting my teeth, I was advised that i had a very short window of time to act and that the best solution was dental implants. 6 months after my initial appointment, Dr Shukla performed the operation to save my smile, and I can't thank him enough for his skill and professionalism. The operation was pain-free, and I had zero pain in the days after the procedure. Or at least nothing that the odd paracetamol and ibuprofen couldn't take care of. I've had more pain after a filling than having all my teeth pulled and 11 implants installed on the same day. You'd think you would be suffering in the days after, but quite literally, i was pain-free. Dr Shukla, I can't thank you enough for giving me back my smile, my confidence and a new lease of life as I had suffered for so long with dental pain and loss of confidence due to my smile being so hideous. It's the best thing that's happened to me, and I can't recommend enough to anyone who's considering having implants. You will not be disappointed with the results, and the aftercare is top-notch. Expect to be well looked after and feeling very satisfied with your new smile.

I would highly recommend this practice in Buckhurst Hill. Dr Shukla took the time to explain all the treatment options in detail. I never felt rushed and have complete confidence in his clinical excellence. Dr Shukla has a calm reassuring manner and makes my visits a pleasant experience. The practice is clean and hygienic. Tas the receptionist is always a welcoming, friendly member of the team. Always cheerful, polite and professional and a real asset to the practice. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful on the phone. A gold crown that had been placed by this dental centre many years ago and that had lasted well fell out unexpectedly at lunchtime. I was seen at an emergency appointment at 3:30 pm the same day, only hours later. Hannah the dentist was reassuring and performed the procedure of cementing the crown to the tooth again very efficiently and gave time to make sure that I was happy with the result. A great service, provided at NHS minimal cost price.

Before I found Dr. Mani, I was terrified of going to the dentist and would put off appointments for as long as possible. But from the very first visit, he completely changed my perspective. I have been seeing Dr Sharma for ten months now for my orthodontic treatment. I couldn't have chosen a better dentist!
