Very happy with the service. Mr Atif Mir done a brilliant job cleaning my Tommy Hilfiger shoes. I tried other dry cleaners and they claimed they couldn’t do these type of shoes. I would definitely recommend going to Lagoon, he also cleans high quality designer tracksuits/coats which not many other dry cleaners offer. Definitely gonna get delivery next!

I took my white curtains to be cleaned at Lagoon on Chingford mount. My curtains have a blackout lining and they were very careful to tell me that the blackout lining could be damaged in the cleaning process. They did an excellent job though. The curtains came out sparkling white again, and there was no damage to the blackout lining. They also did an excellent job with my old seat cushions - came out like new. I was so impressed by their detailed attention to my items and their lovely customer service. Highly recommended.

Very friendly service from the owner, also very professional. Removed a bad coffee stain from my new white shoes and also the stain was over a month old as i stained them on the first day i wore them. He also took extra care with them in order not to damage them. You can tell they have a big understanding of what they do as i was explained some of the difficulties that come with different materials. I would highly recommend! Also them being eco friendly is a big plus.

I live in Denmark and couldn't find a single tailor there to take in a dress that I needed for a party in London in a 4 day time frame. So I waited until my arrival in London hoping that I could find one to do the job in 24 hours. Annie's did the trick and it was right near where I was staying! They honestly did a fab job for a very cheap price! Couldn't have asked for better service! If I ever need any tailoring done again, I'll definitely come back here.

I found this firm after having a bad first experience hiring cleaners recently elsewhere. I have no choice in my current situation and had to hire out cleaners. Due to my negative experience elsewhere I was hesitant to believe if all google reviews are real on a lot of firms. However, I can safely say the positive reviews are reflecting my own experience today. Started with quick and clear communication with the office and a competitive price quoted. The two cleaners that turned up were friendly, helpful but most importantly did a great job deep cleaning my kitchen which was left dirty by previous tenant. I am glad I took a chance here and would recommend them to others looking for professional cleaners.

We’ve been using IVS for a while, they are very responsive and reliable. We had a few very lovely cleaners, our current cleaner Hrizantema is going above and beyond, she’s very thorough and got so much done in 2 hours! From start to finish, their communication was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. Since I wasn't able to be there in person, they took the initiative to send me videos of their progress, which I greatly appreciated. After having a complete disaster with our landlord and wanting to move out of our property ASAP, the chaps at Good Old Clean ensured we were looked after from start to finish. Not only the exceptional customer service we received but the actual End of Tenancy Clean left the house in far, far better shape than when we moved in. Everything was spotless from all kitchen appliances, to bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, blinds ect. Plenty of other businesses will rip you off with End of Tenancy Cleaning, but with very reasonable pricing along with the friendly and understanding nature of the Jonathan, I can’t recommend these guys enough. I moved from London to Glasgow and the original removal company I booked to move me cancelled last minute due to their van having mechanical problems. I was booked to move first thing in the morning on a Tuesday after a Bank Holiday Monday and my driver cancelled at 2.30pm on the Monday which made things very stressful as I spent ages on the phone and internet trying to find somebody to book short notice who wasn't going to charge me a huge amount of money to drive a full truckload of things to Scotland. Steven was helpful in the phone and luckily managed to do the job for me with less than 24 hours notice. The van was packed well and everything arrived safely in Glasgow. The price was also very reasonable.

We recently used Scrubs for an end-of-tenancy clean for our flat, and the entire process—from quotation to the job itself—was incredibly efficient and pleasant. The staff were super friendly, polite, and very attentive, ensuring we were satisfied with the results and returning if not. The cleaning was carried out to an excellent standard, with all areas of the property thoroughly cleaned—tackling spots we wouldn’t have managed ourselves. We were also kept well-informed throughout the process, thanks to Anca (the cleaning team lead) and the customer service team, who updated us on the booking details and the cleaners’ arrival and completion times. Recently contacted Scrubs Cleaning for an end of tenancy clean. Scrubs came back with a quote and date which exceeded everyone else at being the best value. Not only this, they mentioned that they had worked with our letting agency (Foxtons). On the day itself, the cleaners came in a timely manner and within 2 hours they had already cleaned the place. Our end of tenancy clean included an oven clean which when they had finished, we were shocked at how clean they managed to get the oven. Of course, the whole place was also immaculate. I would highly recommend Scrubs and I will definitely be using them again for my next clean. Thank you to Mary who handled the booking, and the cleaners themselves.
