Quick response to our initial request and a very professional job. After the carpet had dried another stain appeared (possibly an old stain 'reactivated' - it wasn't apparent when they had completed the job). Deep Clean were happy to come straight back the next day and re-clean the area which is now clear of stains. Highly recommended!

We recently used Scrubs for an end-of-tenancy clean for our flat, and the entire process—from quotation to the job itself—was incredibly efficient and pleasant. The staff were super friendly, polite, and very attentive, ensuring we were satisfied with the results and returning if not. The cleaning was carried out to an excellent standard, with all areas of the property thoroughly cleaned—tackling spots we wouldn’t have managed ourselves. Recently contacted Scrubs Cleaning for an end of tenancy clean. Scrubs came back with a quote and date which exceeded everyone else at being the best value. Not only this, they mentioned that they had worked with our letting agency (Foxtons). On the day itself, the cleaners came in a timely manner and within 2 hours they had already cleaned the place. Our end of tenancy clean included an oven clean which when they had finished, we were shocked at how clean they managed to get the oven. Of course, the whole place was also immaculate. I am most happy with Riverside Cleaning. Speed, efficiency and ultra polite are the words I'd use to describe them. I was able to send pictures of a chair, bench cushion and sofa bed that needed cleaning in order to get a quote, which saved a lot of time. As a result, I was given an appointment within less than 3 days to do the job. Sean was not only most pleasant but also very knowledgeable and very very honest explaining that steam cleaning my sofa bed would do more damage than good because of the type of fabric. He gave me some alternatives to get a few more years out of my sofa bed despite the not so bright looking fabric, which was very kind of him. He was a delight to deal with: very polite, patient and discreet. Chair and bench cushion which he was able to clean came out great. I am very happy and will definitely reach out to them again. Adam was polite and friendly while being quick at responding and giving me a quote straight away with pictures as guidance. Shaun came today and was very polite, friendly and efficient, he done an amazing job on my front room carpet, stairs and landing. I honestly thought my front room carpet was beyond saveable with two toddlers, a new puppy and an adult cat. As well with my partner who is a recent amputee and struggles to take his shoe off his prosthetic leg which means he is wearing dirty shoes round the house. The carpet looks and smells amazing. It looks almost brand new again, I am now excited to put our Christmas tree up and have guests round knowing that the carpets are fresh and clean and no longer embarrassing to look at! No doubt I will be seeing them again in the future. The service was spectacular and the price was very reasonable. I am beyond impressed. Thank you!

I would definitely recommend SKF Cleaning!! I have use them for a very long time. They clean my fathers house on a regular basis and always leave the house shining. I cannot thank Raj enough for the amazing job he did on my wedding dress and other attire! My dress was incredibly intricate with tons of beading and delicate details, and I was nervous about trusting anyone to clean it. Raj handled it with absolute care and expertise. I’ve been going to Crisp N Clean for a few years now. Although Raj and the team have always done a great job, he went above and beyond with a more complex material item I had purchased from Lululemon. Many other owners of the item had complained it stained easily, and the item ruined after wash, and I had shared all this with Raj. He went above and beyond to give the item extra care, hand washing and separating from other clothes. Going through an arduous manual drying process, all to ensure he kept my item (trousers!) in perfect condition and shape. Can’t both thank him and recommend him enough. Highly recommend as your go to regular dry cleaner (or for complex dry cleaning) and someone that will take care of your clothing 👏🏽
