Quick response to our initial request and a very professional job. After the carpet had dried another stain appeared (possibly an old stain 'reactivated' - it wasn't apparent when they had completed the job). Deep Clean were happy to come straight back the next day and re-clean the area which is now clear of stains. Highly recommended!

I am most happy with Riverside Cleaning. Speed, efficiency and ultra polite are the words I'd use to describe them. I was able to send pictures of a chair, bench cushion and sofa bed that needed cleaning in order to get a quote, which saved a lot of time. As a result, I was given an appointment within less than 3 days to do the job. Sean was not only most pleasant but also very knowledgeable and very very honest explaining that steam cleaning my sofa bed would do more damage than good because of the type of fabric. He gave me some alternatives to get a few more years out of my sofa bed despite the not so bright looking fabric, which was very kind of him. He was a delight to deal with: very polite, patient and discreet. Chair and bench cushion which he was able to clean came out great. I am very happy and will definitely reach out to them again. Adam was polite and friendly while being quick at responding and giving me a quote straight away with pictures as guidance. Shaun came today and was very polite, friendly and efficient, he done an amazing job on my front room carpet, stairs and landing. I honestly thought my front room carpet was beyond saveable with two toddlers, a new puppy and an adult cat. As well with my partner who is a recent amputee and struggles to take his shoe off his prosthetic leg which means he is wearing dirty shoes round the house. The carpet looks and smells amazing. It looks almost brand new again, I am now excited to put our Christmas tree up and have guests round knowing that the carpets are fresh and clean and no longer embarrassing to look at! No doubt I will be seeing them again in the future. The service was spectacular and the price was very reasonable. I am beyond impressed. Thank you!

Recently contacted Scrubs Cleaning for an end of tenancy clean. Scrubs came back with a quote and date which exceeded everyone else at being the best value. Not only this, they mentioned that they had worked with our letting agency (Foxtons). On the day itself, the cleaners came in a timely manner and within 2 hours they had already cleaned the place. Our end of tenancy clean included an oven clean which when they had finished, we were shocked at how clean they managed to get the oven. Of course, the whole place was also immaculate. I booked an End of Tenancy Clean for my bathroom and kitchen and the whole process from start to end was extremely smooth. I was quite worried that I wouldn't be able to find anyone to clean the flat as it was right after the Christmas period, but Jonathan was extremely responsive and booked me in very quickly. The cleaners were very punctual, professional and very friendly.
