I had my windows cleaned three times by Ninja Cleaning Service, and I must say it is the best service I have ever received. The was service was excellent, and he was friendly, got the job done on time while leaving my windows looking brand new. 100% would recommend to anyone looking to get their windows clean by a professional. The price, on the other hand, is fantastic which won't break your bank, unlike my previous window cleaners.

Kye (Ninja cleaning services) has been cleaning our windows for some time now. He is very professional and excellent at his job. The previous window cleaners I used to have wouldn’t clean the frames and window sill which quickly put me off. When Kye came he spend hours cleaning them making sure they are in great condition before he finished his job. Ever since he has been keeping them in the same condition and the glass is always spotless. I can not recommend him highly enough.

Excellent end-of-tenancy cleaning service. The Brazilian cleaning lady looked into the all the details (e.g. corners, areas under furnitures, inside applicants, tiles edges, curtains inside bathroom). One thing I really appreciate is they followed up with me on some small details that i pointed out. Also, my landlord did some painting and refurbishment which made the cleaning service difficult but the cleaning team managed to finish their work with good quality. Also, thanks Lucas for keeping me informed about the schedule of the cleaning team. Even though they came late, I am very satisfied with the quality of their work

Had an end of tenancy +carpet cleaning done. The flat was absolutely spotless by the end. Amazing work and nice to have after reading many nightmare reviews from other providers. Had to be a bit flexible as the carpet cleaning was moved forward by a day and then the guy was an hour late but in the end the outcome made up for it!

Got our full deposit back, with the caveat that our flat was already pretty clean, so can’t complain. Good responsive communication was appreciated. The cleaning team itself was slightly amateur and had to be shown the ropes a bit, but the “management” team I was dealing with on the phone ensured that the cleaning team complied with all instructions and the job was done to my satisfaction.

I found this firm after having a bad first experience hiring cleaners recently elsewhere. I have no choice in my current situation and had to hire out cleaners. Due to my negative experience elsewhere I was hesitant to believe if all google reviews are real on a lot of firms. Another company was supposed to do a deep clean for our house but let us down at the last minute. I contacted The Ultimate Cleaners and spoke to Alex, told him we were in desperate need of a cleaner because we had move out of our house and hand keys back to our estate agents. Alex walked me through the entire process, explained what was included in the moving-out clean, instructed two of their cleaners to clean on such short notice and they did a fantastic job.
