Paul and Ola are treasures you'll want to keep. My Treasure Cleaners are amazing! Paul was my assigned cleaner for over seven years and he was always absolutely fantastic - a professional and a family friend now. Paul has helped me with an end of tenancy clean at a rental apartment, regular monthly whole-house cleaning, cleaning before special family events, and deep cleans which included cleaning cooker hob, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Paul and Ola helped me with cleaning my house on move-out day and turned their hands to any and everything I needed help with. What an amazing service! More recently, I was assigned Ola at my new home, and he worked to the same exacting standards as Paul. Ola arrived early and offered to help me with a few chores before getting straight into cleaning as soon as I showed him where the cleaning products were kept. He worked diligently, asked questions when he was unsure of my wishes, and offered to give the balcony a once over, even though it wasn't initially discussed as part of the job. I found that so touching that he saw the need - I was expecting family visitors and he knew we would be using the balcony in the warm weather - and he obviously wanted to do a thorough job. The funny thing is, even when I think I've done well at keeping up with cleaning in-between their visits, Paul and Ola come in, do their magic, and before you know it everything is sparkling clean and fresher than anything I could ever manage. ECSS have been our cleaning service provider for a number of years and we have never had any major issues with them. Being a specialist school we really appreciate how receptive they are to our various and ever changing needs. We have good working relationships with their cleaning operative, management, admin and the director. ECSS have always provided good value for money. Jon and his team have been cleaning my windows for over five years. Always helpful and courteous. Also have done a really good job with some carpets and more recently my car interior. Have equipment to clear gutters and do a good job with this too.

He is the most hardworking, thorough and helpful guy who has a variety of skills and services to offer. He once pitched up on Boxing Day to clean my carpets after my son smashed a whole box of beers down the stairs. I've been using Home Star Cleaning for around 6 years now and have always found them to be excellent. The office is super efficient and always has my correct information and billing details, and takes note of any holiday requests that I don't need a cleaner for diligently. I've had a few different cleaners over this period of time as some have moved off to do other work. They've always been excellent and very professional. They do a really good job and leave my house looking pristine. I occasionally get emails informing me of a price increase, so that the cleaners can be paid a decent wage, which I fully support. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I recommend Home Star Cleaning. We have used them for years. The standard of cleaning is exceptional and we've always been very impressed with the communications from the management. We always get plenty of notice if a cleaner goes on holiday or can't make a certain day. They go out of their way to find cover.

If your dedicated lady is on holiday you would receive notifications well in advance. You'll be offered a cover lady if you wish. Communication is always clear and well timed. We used the service twice in one week on two different sized properties. Exceptional job! Prompt, punctual, courteous and absolutely meticulous! So sweet to my 10 month old and when, like a buffoon, I spilled black coffee on the kitchen counter after it had been cleaned they could not have been more polite or understanding in clearing it up quickly. The second property was busy with movers clearing out the house at the same time as their site visit and must have complicated an already mammoth cleaning job but was all taken in their stride. Excellent service, 5 stars does not feel enough and I wholeheartedly recommend EP Cleaners!

These guys were fantastic. Very helpful on the phone. I don't live near the property that needed a deep clean and they helped me through all the logistics. The property that needed cleaning was in quite a state and the work they did was amazing. (They sent me photos post-cleaning). Very competitive price, very honest about costs upfront. They quoted a price but explained if it takes longer to clean than expected, they would have to charge more - fair enough - but they did the job as quoted even though the flat was quite filthy. I am impressed and would recommend them to anyone. The cleaners must have a super can-do attitude! High-five to them. Thank you.

I contacted EP Cleaners because they had great reviews online and I'd heard horror stories about cheaper companies. They answered all my questions and were very reassuring. They arranged a clean at fairly short notice and on the day the cleaners arrived promptly with all their equipment. The cleaners were absolutely amazing! I was not well prepared so they did a great job working around me and helping me organise my things. After the clean they even helped me with moving back odd bits of furniture into their original position. The check out clerk said that it was one of the best cleans she had seen. I'm so pleased I went with EP Cleaners, I don't know what I would have done without them. Thank you!
