Jon has been cleaning my windows since 2017. I would not have anyone else, especially as mine are often in a dire state! He is the most hardworking, thorough and helpful guy who has a variety of skills and services to offer. He once pitched up on Boxing Day to clean my carpets after my son smashed a whole box of beers down the stairs. Today he came with the lovely Kanu...a respectful and kind young man who did a great job on my windows. Always great to see Jon and his team. Always glad to recommend!

Had a deep clean done by the team. Very good communication by Nicole and Lucas. Initially my deep clean was going to be rescheduled which caused disappointment however Nicole and Lucas ensured that another team would come out and complete the work on the original date. Great service from 2V cleaning. They were recommended from a Facebook group by so many people so I thought why not! They did a great job on my living room carpet which was very dirty with 4 kids in the house and the stairs too. They managed to get me a slot for when I needed it and did really good. I contacted EP Cleaners because they had great reviews online and I'd heard horror stories about cheaper companies. They answered all my questions and were very reassuring. They arranged a clean at fairly short notice and on the day the cleaners arrived promptly with all their equipment. The cleaners were absolutely amazing! I was not well prepared so they did a great job working around me and helping me organise my things. After the clean they even helped me with moving back odd bits of furniture into their original position. The check out clerk said that it was one of the best cleans she had seen. I'm so pleased I went with EP Cleaners, I don't know what I would have done without them. Thank you!

These guys were fantastic. Very helpful on the phone. I don't live near the property that needed a deep clean and they helped me through all the logistics. The property that needed cleaning was in quite a state and the work they did was amazing. (They sent me photos post-cleaning). Very competitive price, very honest about costs upfront. They quoted a price but explained if it takes longer to clean than expected, they would have to charge more - fair enough - but they did the job as quoted even though the flat was quite filthy. I am impressed and would recommend them to anyone. The cleaners must have a super can-do attitude! High-five to them. Thank you.

We have had cleaners from Friends PRO services for many years and each and every one has been excellent. Work is done to a high standard and quickly. The house is always spotless after their visit. The support and commination ftom the office staff is also very good. Messages are provided quickly and responded to without delay. Substitute cleaners are always offered if our regular person is away. We can absolutely recommend Friends PRO services to anyone. As they say, they really are a PRO service indeed.
