Thorough clean all round. Danielle came round to visit the house beforehand to give a firm quote which is better than cleaners that just turn up on the day. They also have their own equipments and cleaning products which again is great. They did a deep clean of my entire house which included the oven and deep carpet cleaning. Had a deep clean done by the team. Very good communication by Nicole and Lucas. Initially my deep clean was going to be rescheduled which caused disappointment however Nicole and Lucas ensured that another team would come out and complete the work on the original date. I always struggle to research companies for our end of tenancy cleans as I'm mega-fussy but think we made a brilliant choice this time with I-Shine! We booked 2 cleans, one for the end of our tenancy and another for the new house we've purchased. I explained in great detail what we required to the owner Lydia and she was so helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. On the cleaning days, Maria and a colleague turned up punctually and took charge of commencing the cleans with utmost efficiently so we could promptly leave them to it. And the results were completely stunning - 2 spotless, sparkling houses with no stone unturned in terms of areas cleaned, which is a rarity. Absolutely amazing job, these ladies work so hard and for so long, it's extremely impressive! End of tenancy cleans are never cheap due to the work, but I-Shine are also very reasonably priced - we were given a discount for two services and it was worth every penny. We would highly recommend the ladies at I-Shine to anyone wanting to make the always-stressful house move process that bit more bearable and pleasant - well done!

High recommend. I took my wedding dress to be dry cleaned and boxed. The skirt of my dress was very dirty after my wedding since I got married in the woods and it rained in the evening the train was covered in dirt. They did a wonderful job of cleaning my wedding dress it looked as good a new! Also provided boxing so can preserve my dress.

Thank you to the Amazing Friends Pro cleaning team for our first one off move in clean. I booked the day before and was so pleased that they had last minute availability as we had just moved homes and the conditions were awful. Ewelina was the best cleaner! She was an absolute ray of sunshine on a stressful moving day for us. She was kind, polite, helpful and understanding and did an absolutely amazing job of the house. We were handing the place back to friends after 3 months subletting and we’ve all commented on how clean and spotless the flat was when they moved back in. Especially as we were working hard to remove cat hair due to a mild allergy. Can’t tell you how relieved we were when we saw that Ewelina’s work was so thorough and excellent. I've been using Home Star Cleaning for around 6 years now and have always found them to be excellent. The office is super efficient and always has my correct information and billing details, and takes note of any holiday requests that I don't need a cleaner for diligently. I've had a few different cleaners over this period of time as some have moved off to do other work. They've always been excellent and very professional. They do a really good job and leave my house looking pristine. I occasionally get emails informing me of a price increase, so that the cleaners can be paid a decent wage, which I fully support. Can't recommend them highly enough.
