Staff arrived punctually, gave a very accurate time estimate (it was fixed price for the flat beforehand) of how long it would and it was bang on. They completed all the items on their checklist and did a very good clean of the oven and carpet. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a EoT deep clean.

End of tenancy deep cleaning. I received a quote fairly quickly following my enquiry. They helped me filling the online booking over the phone and even gave me a small discount to have the carpets steam cleaned. They cleaned all appliances, cupboards, window sills, floors, bathroom etc, to a very high standard. Even my landlord was so impressed that he asked me for their details. The place looked absolutely immaculate after they left. Also, I needed their service urgently and they managed to fit me in, at short notice, for the next morning. Got our full deposit back, with the caveat that our flat was already pretty clean, so can’t complain. Good responsive communication was appreciated. The cleaning team itself was slightly amateur and had to be shown the ropes a bit, but the “management” team I was dealing with on the phone ensured that the cleaning team complied with all instructions and the job was done to my satisfaction.
