When we moved in to our new flat, it was in a state and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly for a long time. Kristina and Desislava were available on quite short notice and did a really thorough and amazing job and made the flat look wonderful. They also did an end of tenancy cleaning at our old flat, and the landlord even commented how great it looked when we handed over the keys. The communication was great and their prices are very reasonable, especially considering the excellent service provided! I highly recommend Daisy'D and won’t hesitate to book with them again!

Daisy and her team did an amazing deep clean on a rental house we had moved into which had apparently already been cleaned. They absolutely turned it round for us and made such a difference to the look and cleanliness of the house. They worked incredibly hard and were charming and professional. We decided to get a professional company to clean our house in August this year (2020). I chose Andrea and Harmony House as they were local and had great reviews. What a great decision this turned out to be. Since August they have cleaned my 3 bed house every two weeks and it’s never, in the 20 years we’ve lived here, ever looked and felt this good. My husband was unsure if getting a regular cleaner was necessary, now he’s their biggest fan. We’ve had cleaners in the past that have done an ok job, but nothing in comparison to the professional job, Andrea and in particular Magda do every time they come. Kris has been cleaning my house for a year. She is very good at her work. She is honest and does the full shift. If she has more time than the allocated rooms, she carries on with cleaning other things. Her cleaning is of high quality and I am very happy with her work. Got our full deposit back, with the caveat that our flat was already pretty clean, so can’t complain. Good responsive communication was appreciated. I took in a yellow Timberland jacket I'd bought in a vintage shop about 15 years ago hoping these guys could help - but not knowing how much of a difference they could make on something quite old. All I can say is, wow! The jacket looks phenomenal; so much brighter, like it's 15 years younger, and they turned it around in only a week. Thanks team, amazing work.

I had bought a Gucci leather jacket on ebay, but I didn't like one aspect of its design. The Gucci stripes on the ribbed cuffs were on the INSIDE and so never seen. My wife had had a dress altered recently at Carlton's and they did an excellent job, so I thought I'd ask Carltons if it was possible to remove the cuffs from my learher jacket, reverse them so the stripes were visible and re-attach. Carlton's gave me a very reasonable quote and 5 days later the jacket was ready. It looks incredible, and exactly as the jacket should have looked when made by Gucci. The Gucci design has been IMPROVED! Carlton's did an amazing job - the jacket is worth over £3k and so it was quite a big deal to trust anyone with this job, but I'm 100% happy with the outcome. Highly recommended.
