Martin did a great job getting us back in to our house after the front door lock failed, and then replacing the faulty part. He even made some extra adjustments to the door while he was at it so everything is much smoother now. Before starting the work he explained the possible approaches and potential costs. He realigned a knackered door for me which admittedly was not straightforward and by no means a '5 minute job'. Quick arrival and great professional work! Fitted/ replaced door drive as it was cracked from wear and tear. Also adjusted the door as it was out of line. I would not hesitate to recommend J C Locksmiths. I had reason to call them out, as i could not get the safe open. Jason came over within a couple. of hours. He was ever so efficient, helpful, trustworthy, and professional. He would not give up, even when the safe wouldn't budge!
