Had a broken lock to the Upvc toilet window and AL came on the Friday, part was ordered-delivered and installed on the Tuesday. Excellent communicator over the phone and has given us good advice on future care and adjusting ourselves. Pricing could have been a little clearer but nothing that would stop us recommending and or using again. Now our local goto locksmith!

True local 5 star service. The on-site visit for a non-emergency lock repair arranged within a few hours, provided reasonable estimate and did exactly the required amount of work. There was no pressure to upgrade or change the locks. On the second occasion, two years later, exactly the same great experience: another faulty lock that turned out to be more complicated to fix, required more work and different spare parts, but it was a breeze.

I was locked out of the door and suffering before going to work. Messages and phone calls were responded to very quickly and the problem was quickly resolved as soon as it arrived. They are really professional I want to give 5 star score!!!! I felt stress-free very quickly.

Called early in the morning as snapped a key in the door. Harry answered the call and came to site within an hour, he removed the key and replaced lock as I had no spare key. Also good to support a local business.

Was recommended to Chiswick Security for changing a sticking Yale lock. This was done quickly and efficiently and the locksmith gave us very helpful advice on other issues. We then commissioned Harry to remodel our letterbox - again done promptly and well, and when a slight glitch was discovered remedial action was taken very swiftly. Cannot commend too highly.

Harry did a brilliant job at fixing my emergency lock issue for my balcony door. He quoted a fixed price after asking for a video and arrived 35mins later. He explained what he was doing clearly, fixed the problem and them spent some time trying to help resolve other small problems. Very polite, and he also cleaned up after himself. Colin was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He fitted us in promptly for an assessment and then for the actual work, which was done swiftly and with a minimum of fuss. We needed a general overhaul of our home security and he gave us great advice; we were also considering window bars as we live in a basement flat, but were not keen on the idea of feeling like we were in prison so wanted to make it as attractive a feature as possible. Colin took from designs we liked and from the general look of our place and came up with an original design that we like so much we kind of prefer it to no bars! Definitely not something I'd ever thought I'd be saying. Great company, highly recommend.
