We first met with Jenna in 2019, we were due our first baby and knew we needed a wedding planner to support us and help give us our dream wedding. One global pandemic, two babies and three wedding dates later, we finally had our dream wedding in May 2022. It was the best day of our lives and a lot of that lies with Jenna. Jenna not only exceeded expectations in her role as our wedding planner but has also, become our friend, hopefully for life. Jenna spent a lot of time with us discussing the vision we had for our wedding. She has a network of fantastic suppliers who are all professionals and industry experts in their fields. I have to call out the hair and make up team I had who made all of us feel so calm despite the task ahead of them. I can’t emphasise enough how reassuring it is to be supported by Jenna’s trusted suppliers - I know this personally having gone against jenna with my own make up artist…swiftly realising two weeks before the wedding that Jenna’s choice was better and on so many levels. There were a lot of ‘hiccups’ along our journey. The pandemic is undoubtedly one to call out and due to this we probably ended up being one of Jenna’s longest standing clients. It was an emotional time for all of us, jenna helped us navigate our way through the stress of this period and we never felt on our own with our thoughts. This is despite challenges Jenna must have been feeling given the enormous impact covid had on the wedding industry. The wedding day itself is when Jenna’s role really came into her own. The whole day was seamless from start to finish, we never once worried about timings or whether our guests were being looked after. Our only job that day was to enjoy ourselves which we did in style! I cannot recommend Jenna enough. My husband are I were living in the US whilst planning our wedding but we knew we wanted our wedding in the UK. I found Jenna through her instagram and after speaking with her, we knew she was the person we wanted to plan our wedding for us. Jenna is incredibly professional and takes out all the stress from planning. Every supplier she recommended to us were amazing and fit exactly with the original picture of what we wanted for the wedding. I enjoyed our monthly catch ups and she gave us great advice whenever we needed it. Her recommendations and insight on all aspects of the wedding were invaluable. She supported us through changing our wedding due to Covid and we had no issues moving our date and suppliers. On the day, she made everything run so smoothly and her assistant Frances was equally lovely and great at what she does. We could not have had the wedding we had if it were not for Jenna. We used Marsha and team to help plan our wedding and other related events surrounding our big day. It was so nice to work with someone who paid such close attention to detail. She led on the meetings with suppliers and was able to push to ensure that my requests were met. The team also helped to plan the hen party. Choosing Marsha as our wedding coordinator was the best decision we made in ensuring the smooth running of our wedding day and I can't thank her and her team enough for their services. From the first call we had with Marsha, we really felt like she understood us so well as a couple, understood what we wanted from a wedding coordination service and was very personable and professional throughout. Marsha really got to know who we were as people and made sure she provided the service that she knew we wanted. It was so nice to work with someone who paid such close attention to detail. During the lead up to the wedding day (4-5 months ahead of the date) she was on hand to support with all aspects of the wedding, via zoom or phone-call depending on our preference, to discuss elements we had questions on or needed a sounding board for. She would always have a an agenda for us to discuss on these calls and this usually consisted of elements I hadn’t considered or hadn’t even thought of as part of the wedding planning process. She was also very thoughtful of our wedding budget and often suggested ways in which we could make cost savings in a creative way, but still achieve the look and feel we were going for. On the day itself, Marsha and her team were invaluable and I genuinely don’t think our wedding would have run as smoothly as it did without her. My bridesmaids also found her and the team to be extremely helpful throughout the day and I have had similar feedback from some of my immediate family since the wedding too. After the wedding, she reached out to me once I was back from honeymoon to schedule a debrief which I found was a nice way to conclude things and again is another example of her going above and beyond. Marsha’s partial planning service was exactly what we needed to make our dream day happen, we couldn’t have done it without her and her team! From the beginning we had regular meetings with Marsha and she helped us set out themes and realistic expectations according to the budget we had to work with, along with helpful tips to make our money stretch. She gave us the creative control in the process that we wanted and ensured that logistically all of our plans could be made reality. This involved liaising with our venue and multiple vendors, and also carrying out multiple site visits to uncover finer detail. They were incredibly professional and punctual, with one team at the bride's location and another at the groom's, capturing every special moment from both perspectives. Even though it's wedding season, the turnaround time for our online pictures was impressively quick. From the start, they made us feel completely at ease. We’re not naturally camera people and rarely take photos, but they made us feel like absolute professionals in front of the lens. I am one of those girls that loves weddings and had been thinking about and talking about my own wedding since I was little. I was so excited to be a bride, and I am SO SO SO happy I hired Alice. Alice and her team also planned a backyard garden pool party in Greenwich Connecticut that all the Garden Club ladies said felt like a Slim Aarons Photograph. Looking back on my wedding weekend now. Roberta did our wedding this month and everything was absolutely perfect! Through out the whole planning process, she was so kind and so understanding of everything I wanted. Roberta was an absolute blessing for our wedding. Despite the last-minute planning, Roberta handled everything smoothly, including the Italian legal documents, which we couldn't have done without her. The service on the day from Roberta and Serena was so warm and beautiful, and it was so comforting to have them for all four days. Roberta went above and beyond, helping with tasks outside her usual duties. Although I found myself being more hands-on than expected and there were some small communication challenges with the venue, Roberta’s professionalism and attention to detail still made the experience wonderful. Roberta planned our dream weekend destination wedding in Tuscany and working with her was an absolute joy! She found our venue, co-ordinated all our vendors and did the full floristry/decor (which were absolutely breathtaking) for the weekend, her wonderful daughter Ella even acted as our celebrant. We had an amazing time with DJ Callum and Sound Generation at our wedding in January! He's the best wedding DJ we've ever heard, and he tailored the music to our guests so much so that everyone was constantly on the dance floor! All of our guests had an amazing time and told us how much fun they had at the dance party. If we have any other events in the future, we will definitely be using them again!

We first came across the Briggs street players when they played at our friends wedding back in 2021. After hearing their talent live, we asked them to travel out to Ibiza for our own wedding in 2023. The responsiveness and professionalism from James and the team throughout was incredible. I contacted Chenai after my wedding had been postponed due to covid. I had lost all enthusiasm in wedding planning and needed support and advice mainly for styling! Chenai was so supportive and created a design board after listening to my ideas and making some beautiful suggestions.
