Absolutely fantastic service, from the very first appointment nothing was to much trouble. We were useless in knowing what we wanted but Diane gave us some fantastic ideas! We ordered and then changed a few things whish was never a problem. We had things moved from our service room to the reception room with no problem at all. What a beautiful and stunning set up Diane from neatly seated provided us with for our wedding day. I cannot thank neatly seated enough for decorating our venue to such high standard and making it such an easy going and special experience. The products neatly seated provide are outstandingly gorgeous and really made our wedding stand out. Many of our wedding guests commented on the decor and it suited our lovely modern wedding in the marquee. I would definitely recommend using neatly seated as an events dresser so thank you so much Diane for everything you have done for me and David.

What a whirlwind we had! My fiancée and I had our wedding plans changed at least three times in as many months and Diane was incredibly accommodating through the whole thing. I was able to contact her when we had to shift our wedding forward five days with just over 24 hours' notice and she was able to provide! The decorations were perfect and my flowers were gorgeous! We honestly couldn't have asked to work with better people to make our day as special as possible!

I recently worked with Donna and her team as a wedding celebrant for her client. From start to finish Donna was a joy to work with, good humoured, straight talking and highly skilled. This woman knows how to pull an amazing, incredible, and insanely complicated wedding together and make it look easy. This particular wedding was the epitome of opulence. Two huge marquees brimming with the most beautiful flowers and greenery, festoon lights everywhere, a real clever use of the space, with a glamping village, staff rest/catering area, gorgeous decorations, and a host of wonderful suppliers. It was a joy to be part of it, and clearly she had brought her clients vision to life, as they had the hugest smiles on their faces the whole day! Great job Donna, can’t wait for the next time! Xx

I could not recommend Donna enough, she was the absolute dream to work with for our wedding. We were one of the many many unlucky couples to have to postpone and rearrange due to Covid, but I can honestly say it couldn't have been simpler with Donna. All of the suppliers know and trust her, so in moving dates there were no requests for more deposits, cancellations, or issues. I spoke with her often over the course of two years, and it really felt like she became a member of my family over that time. On the day everything was taken care of behind the scenes, I had absolutely no worries about anything going wrong and her and her team not being able to handle it. It was also lovely to be able to share the day with her after talking for so long about it! Hannah was absolutely incredible and worth her weight in gold. We had a budget wedding and couldn't of done it without her expertise and her help on the day. She made sure everything ran on time, everyone was happy and that our dream came to life.

Within the first 5 minutes of my consultation with Hannah I knew without a doubt that we needed her expertise and guidance during the lead up to the wedding and at the wedding itself. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for bringing your wedding vision to life is extraordinary. We were able to relax and fully immerse ourselves in the day knowing Hannah had everything under control. Invariably not everything goes exactly to plan on the day and she was a godsend in her quick-thinking, making alternative arrangements and kicking those who needed it into gear! Nothing was too much trouble and every wedding guest sung Hannah’s praises. She will be the best wedding decision you make, I can guarantee it 🤍

Hannah did an incredible job of coordinating our wedding day! We hired a dry hire venue so there was loads to organise, hiring Hannah meant there was so much less stress on the day for us or for any of our wedding party, we all just got to enjoy ourselves and have the perfect day we wanted. She steamed outfits, sewed buttons, set and moved tables, coordinated with all our vendors to be in the right places at the right times, wrangled family members for photos, delivered us a maccies breakfast the next day, and tidied up afterwards! We also had several consultation meetings with her before, which really helped organise our existing plans into one amazing document that mapped out the full day and everything that needed doing in the run up so we could get it all sorted. Hannah became a key member of the wedding, every one of our friends loved her! She is amazing value for money and we would recommend her to anyone getting married! Sam and Maggs xx

Where do I start?! Hannah knows weddings like no one else. She lives and breathes weddings, ours was a particular challenging wedding, given it was a marquee and tipi with near 20 suppliers - there was a lot going on! But Hannah was so organised throughout the whole process and her coordination on the day made our day absolutely perfect. We had multiple 3+ hour meetings with Hannah in the run up to our wedding to go over the fine details which as a bride and groom you would never even think about. She really thinks of everything and will always find something you hadn't considered. The wedding document she provided us with literally became our bible and was so useful in the planning as well as set up and take down of the marquee & tipi. We had some issues with suppliers but Hannah was always on hand to ensure it went as smoothly as humanly possible and that we weren't phased at all on the day, some things she handled that we weren't aware of at all. Hannah stayed until after 2am clearing up after our wedding, organising the decor into boxes so tear down the next day would be easy. She also came back the next day to ensure packing up was going smoothly and to help out. When people say she goes above and beyond, that doesn't even cover it. I don't know how weddings happen without Hannah and every guest at our wedding said the same thing. Hannah really becomes part of the wedding party, she cries with you, holds your hand, I'm pretty sure she'd hold your dress while you go for a wee too! On top of this, they arrange all your viewings for you so you don't have to spend so much time contacting venues. Aneeza in particular who made all my bookings for me was a godsend! She was beyond helpful, always kept me in the loop, was extremely efficient and had a great relationship with all the venues so made the process really smooth!

We booked AG events 2 years ago for our wedding at Charlton Hall, throughout the full booking process the communication has been effortless. We booked dry ice, cold sparks and roll & bowl game for our evening. Alistair went above and beyond to source our evening game for us and nothing was a problem. Overall, AG Events were incredible to work with for our Winter Party in December. Their staff really got involved with ours, encouraging people to enjoy the machines. The feedback from our team has been great, they loved how attentive and interactive the team were and the range of entertainment that was on offer. Where do I even start? i booked the Parlour 4 years ago for my wedding on 26th October and fell in love with the venue straight away. It was a wet and rainy day but the atmosphere of the venue was perfect. Over the years the Parlour has undergone loads of changes all of which I've loved. I've had loads of queries and chopped and changed my mind with things but everyone has been so helpful, supportive and nothing short of brilliant. We had the most perfect day with family and friends saying just how fantastic everything. The food was perfect and have had so many compliments. Special thank you to Naomi for answering the many many questions I've had over the years, Roxanne for getting the venue sorted in the morning and supporting us girls and to Maxine who was just phenomenal on the day at keeping me right and checking that the mascara was staying in place!! The biggest of thank yous ever, I really couldn't have wished for a better venue to host our wedding day. Anyone that is considering the Parlour, 100% book it. I want to do the whole day again and it wouldn't have been perfect if it wasnt for you all! ❤️

Me and my partner were just married here and what a day! I want to start by saying a massive Thankyou to all the staff at the parlour who put together such a wonderful wedding day and helped it run so smoothly! Naomi helped us through the majority of the planning stages and was amazing! Any question I had no matter how small was answered quickly and made me feel so at ease! The food was excellent and my guests gave high compliments to it saying it was the best wedding food they have ever had! We went here for my partners great grandma's birthday, the venue is a beautiful little place with various private cabins. The buffet was extremly good with a selection of quality sandwiches, pies, and pastries both savoury and sweet. The prices at the bar were quite high but then I'd expect that at venue like this, staff were friendly and standards of service were high, well looked after I thought 👍
