Getting ready for your wedding is incredibly stressful and it feels as though, at every corner, you have some form of hard decision to make. We were talking after the dust had settled on the day and both agreed one of the best decisions that we had made was booking them for the entire day. I can’t think of another band that could have seamlessly changed from romantic acoustic music during the ceremony and reception, to creating the atmosphere and getting people on the dance floor in the evening. We had people of all ages who were commenting on what amazing musicians and vocalists they both are, truly something for everyone to enjoy. During the whole process, we communicated with Jim and he made us feel very supported and was there for us for whatever we needed. Whether that was song requests or just a simple checkin before the day, he was always very responsive and helpful. I came across the Duplettes on their Instagram ad and we’re so glad we did! I had been talking to another band for over a month but had to go through their manger each time I wanted to ask a question. As soon I made initial contact, Jim got back to me right away. It was so refreshing talking to someone from the band and within 2 weeks we had booked them as a four-piece band with a sax. Communication with Jim was excellent, and he was always on hand to answers questions and calls. On the day the band were amazing, and our first song was sung so beautifully. All our guests loved the band. The songs they sung were all upbeat and got everyone moving. Thank you so much Duplettes for making our day so special! It's been a month since our wedding and I'm still so over the moon with the service I received from Ezra events. From the first initial contact to the meetings we had and emails exchanged, they've been nothing short of amazing and helpful. I'd like to personally shout out Delia who was so helpful and kind no matter how many emails I spammed her with, the level of professionalism was outstanding. Ezra events transformed my venue and made it even more magical than I ever expected. When planning our wedding, we explored several wedding planners, but SW Events stood out by a mile with their enthusiasm, excitement, and energy. Honestly the best decision we could have made when it came to planning our wedding day! Also both LaToya and Ajay are fantastic and such lovely people to work with. For us, it felt they listened to everything we said, every aspiration and idea and then they made it happen! Planning When we started to think about planning our wedding we were unsure whether we needed a planner, and after speaking to a couple of wedding planners we were put off by limitations some of them imposed, but then we spoke with LaToya. Following our first call with LaToya our minds completed changed. We spoke frankly, we spoke about budgets / expectations and importantly we spoke about what we want our wedding to be like and not what we wanted it to be like. LaToya understood us from the get go and also her energy and enthusiasm is infectious. When meeting Ajay the first time, we saw the balance in his practical thinking, we knew why they work so well as a team. Re-planning We are very grateful for the wedding they created with us, it was beyond our expectations and looked and felt amazing. Their experience in wedding planning shone through when it came to working with suppliers and also the little details of the day - there are far too many examples to give. Even with the pandemic and several iterations of wedding format, guest numbers, restriction requirements, floor planning, etc, LaToya and Ajay kept us calm and more often knew more about what the wedding restriction guidelines meant before others. Partly because how hands on they are in the wedding sector, championing the suppliers in the sector and the bride/grooms. On the day The day ran so smoothly from our perspective, and that of the guests - it was a dream! That was down to SW Events team being so detailed focused and also being so calm on the day (they were probably running around putting out fires in the background, but for everyone involved and our guests it was a stress free event - our guests have commented positively about pretty much every aspect of the day. Ajay, you almost got a variety show, we think the creativity and vision we created for a seated reception was nothing anyone could have expected and it was such a treat for everyone - this is down to both your creativity but also experience with weddings and venues to pull it off. Planning a wedding is very overwhelming, there are so many things to consider. 4YaParty is the only business you should consider for wedding/event decoration and styling. I would highly recommend a thousand times! Mercedes decorated our wedding on the 27th July and did the upmost amazing job ever. I can’t recommend the Wedding Arrangers enough. They helped suggest amazing suppliers that made our day, answered questions before we’d thought of them and made the day run so smoothly. Chris’s calm approach to wedding planning made us fee totally at ease, and he recommended some of the most incredible suppliers. Emma waseamazing. She handled changeable weather with such grace and really helped the whole planning process feel easy. The day felt effortless and smooth despite requiring several room transitions.

My partner and I decided to get married five months after getting engaged, which many people told us was a wild idea. I should have posted this much sooner after our October 2021 wedding but hopefully better late than never. If you're aiming to have a wedding in a "dry venue" which provides the space but the rest is largely up to you, then drop everything and get The Wedding Arrangers onto the case - you will not regret it! It's a year ago this weekend since we had our first call with Chris, when he explained that the three most important aspects of the wedding as far as he was concerned were the food, the booze and the music. We came off that first call energised and excited whereas up to that we'd been a bit nervous and daunted about what lay ahead. That began a journey that was to take us to our wedding day in the beautiful Shoreditch Studios with Chris and his team supporting us all the way. On the big day itself I cannot think of a single thing I wish had gone differently, it really was a perfect day thanks to Chris and the team. All day I heard so many great comments about how smooth everything was running. The food was wonderful and so was the service. Any of the things I’d been worrying about in the run up were all addressed and never became an issue. I can’t tell you enough how much that meant we were able to just enjoy our special day and we had a ball. TWA's revenue model means you know where you stand from the start as they are very clear about what they charge you for - it's based on a percentage of your budget rather than on an hourly basis, so you won't getting any nasty surprises at the end. Next to getting hitched itself, it'll probably be the best decision you make!

I contacted Chenai after my wedding had been postponed due to covid. I had lost all enthusiasm in wedding planning and needed support and advice mainly for styling! The team were on top of everything the whole way through the planning process which meant that we were completely stress-free. Alhamdulilah I won a free mehndi stage on the Eid festival and after seeing their work on instagram I knew I had to cancel the company I originally booked with for my wedding day and go with grand affairs. Rohim’s Bhai hospitality was incredible. He really makes sure that his clients are always happy with their service, especially on the day he walks around making sure everything is running smoothly.
