Planning a wedding is very overwhelming, there are so many things to consider. 4YaParty is the only business you should consider for wedding/event decoration and styling. I’m still lost for words and it’s been over a week. The attention to detail, care and consideration that is given is beyond anything I could have imagined. There comes a point before your wedding when you realise you actually have no idea what everything will really look like in the end. When we had returned from taking photos, we walked in to our reception venue not knowing what to expect. We were simply blown away. It was so unbelievably beautiful, and classic and breathtaking. I would highly recommend a thousand times! Mercedes decorated our wedding on the 27th July and did the upmost amazing job ever. The amount of times I changed things leading up to the wedding and she was so patient and understanding. The decor was exactly how I imagined it and had so many compliments from our guests. Hopefully we can use her again one day, we are planning a 1 year anniversary party!

From the first phone call I had with Zeleka, her confidence and experience shone through. Straight away she gave me connections for suppliers I had not found yet such as catering and production. Also advice on timeline and logistics. I trusted Zeleka with the vision of the wedding and knew that it was in very safe hands. Before the wedding we had numerous phone calls and a site visit. I felt very comfortable relaying my vision and what I wanted. Zeleka was also a great sound board and when it came to things that wouldn’t work aswell. The wedding day was a success and completely stress free for us as the Bride and Groom. Zeleka handled everything and we could truly enjoy our special day. Words can’t express how grateful we are to Zeleka for all her hard work in making the day so great! Our guests have all commented on how amazing and efficient the co-ordination team were. They were on hand to help all guests, and in particular saved the day when a guest lost an earring back. It’s details like this that my guests will remember! They not only did a spectacular job but they also look the part too! Best decision I ever made was hiring Zeleka and her team! Will 100% recommend as a necessity to all wedding couples!

Zeleka, Maria and the team made our wedding so special and easy from the minute we contacted them. A huge thank you to Zeleka and the team for all their help with our wedding day. From our first phone call Zeleka was kind, helpful, professional and informative and I knew we were in good hands. I toed and froed for a while about the need for wedding day coordination from a budget perspective and given we had a good venue booked, but it was honestly the best money we spent in the end and I'm so glad we went for TWC- I can’t imagine now how it would have gone without them and I would recommend to all who are a bit type A (!) and want to feel all eventualities are accounted for. The stress she alleviated in the lead up to the wedding by liasing with all suppliers was absolutely invaluable. As soon as I saw emails going through to our vendors one by one, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders and I could focus on looking forward to my big day. And then the day came! I had wanted no stress on the day for me or my close ones, and whilst a bit of this was inevitable, Zeleka really left me largely worry free. She came with a fantastic team (also looking fabulous might I add!) and I didn't even know what was going on in the background for the course of the day- they were that smooth! Smashed it!! Found grand affairs on the Eid festival at Westfield Stratford, was so glad I came across them! Alhamdulilah I won a free mehndi stage on the Eid festival and after seeing their work on instagram I knew I had to cancel the company I originally booked with for my wedding day and go with grand affairs. Rohim’s Bhai hospitality was incredible. He really makes sure that his clients are always happy with their service, especially on the day he walks around making sure everything is running smoothly. My parents fell in love with the decor and stage for both events that I had. I will definitely recommend them for any friends and families wedding thank you so much grand affairs!

We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Every detail was beautiful, she is so creative, organised, warm and professional. Nothing was too much trouble - she coordinated the most beautiful flowers and venue as well as creative extras like gift bags and a creche for children, coffee and mimosa bars - even luggage tag favours / place-cards. Sadly some beloved family could not make it at the last minute, and she helped me sort a projector for a speech recording which was so special. Above all, on the day she made everything run so smoothly that we could just relax and have a great time. It says quite a lot that when we gave thanks to our family and guests, we gave a shout out to Rebecca and everyone cheered despite them having only met her that day! Do yourself a favour if you are planning a wedding, hire Rebecca!

I used AR signature for my wedding decor and they did an amazing job. I used them as they did my brothers wedding 6 years ago and did an incredible job. They are super supportive and are very well versed in their trade. When I went to the meeting they recommended me all the best stuff they could provide me within my budget and how and why they would set everything up. Alamin was so helpful and responsive and made all all requests easy to communicate with him and make it all happen. We got continuous praise for the decor and how nice it was.

We used AR Signature for our wedding in July at Chigwell Marquees. The process from start to end was seamless. I knew exactly what I was getting and the team were very clear about the process. As for the wedding day itself, they executed everything on time, I didn’t need to be called or worry about anything and they went above and beyond to help where they could and I don’t think I’ve experienced that level of support from decor company. The decor was one thing that was heavily complimented by our guests on that day and we can only thank the team at AR Signature for that. We highly recommend them!

I booked ARSignatures after being recommended them by my sister in law who had used them for previous weddings. Even though I’m based in Wales, they were happy to travel & made the whole experience so easy. Every single query was answered, every single detail was thought about by the team & going ahead with them was the best decision. They worked with my budget as much as they could and were transparent with me when things wouldn’t work. The team transformed the venue, even managing to set up majority the night before to make it smooth! Not many people in Wales venture out with wedding vendors, but I’m so glad I did. We attended a dinner and awards evening recently held by a local women's charity Kirans support services and had the most amazing experience at Eternity Hall. We entered into a gallery at Eternity which was a lovely surprise , a space where artwork made by service users were hung on display, drinks flowed in reception by attentive and professional staff as well as delicious appetisers to wet our appetite for what was to come. Once the networking was , entered into another space where there was a photography exhibition, the hall was decorated very tastefully and had an opplulent feel. We then moved to the main dining area, and beautifully decorated stage with projector set up. Out three course meal was piping hot and absolutely delicious. The staff made sure food and drinks were topped up and I was also able to order a cheeky diet coke as it was not in the menu and I wanted a sugar free drinks option. After desert we had after dinner mint teas which were much needed after a very indulgent meal. The awards were amazing with prominent female. Anna the project manager was very friendly and attentive to our needs. I have to add, the prayer space downstairs really made it for me, being mindful to those who fasted and those who needed to pray their Salah was a lovely touch. A huge thanks to Magz and Anna from Eternity hall who executed this event to perfection.

The venue is very good. First time attending the venue for a wedding and is very spacious. Good amount of parking available too. Deco is very modern and very pleasant. There is issue with some chairs being unstable however other chairs were provided.

Having recently had the opportunity to photograph an event at Eternity Hall Venue, which boasts a unique combination of a balcony garden and the Peter May Sports Centre adjacent football and cricket pitches, I'm excited to share my insights on this venue.
