I am a bride that needed a wedding planner that would help me take care of everything on my wedding day, so I meticulously shortlisted 7 wedding planners and EOW came out right on top! From the very beginning, Elsie’s quick response to my email, and the heartfelt call we scheduled afterwards, made it a match made in heaven. She not only is super funny, she was able to give me peace of mind about our special day. Being that my husband is from the US and I’m from the UK planning the wedding together meant we needed a planner that would be understanding of the time differences and unorthodox meeting times, Elsie was so understanding and had actually done a wedding that had similar challenges so it made it so easy for us to move forward with her. Our wedding went from 350 people to 500 whilst planning with Elsie ( my mum wanted it to be 1000 haha) but Elsie helped us through every change of plan and gave us the most important thing PEACE OF MIND🙏🏾 Being British Nigerian meant needing to have 3 dress changes, dance routines and dealing with big personalities, but Elsie and her team ensured that everything on the day was on time and that I was not stressed at all. From find the perfect venue to the right accommodation for our guests flying in from around the world , Elsie stepped in and helped in every way; even with finding the right photographer, videographer, food vendor and decorator she used her network to not only find us the perfect team but the best deals and discounts because of her history with them! It’s now been 4 months since our wedding and Elsie is still showing us so much love and support, we are so blessed to have worked with her and her amazing team . There is so much I can say about the amazing events on wheels service!! First and foremost Elsie is such a joy to work with! Pre wedding, Elsie went above and beyond to make sure that the process and proceedings of the wedding day was to our liking. This was made sure by the regular catch up calls that Elsie booked. Now for the wedding day Elsie and her lovely team done such a job that there was no worries regarding all the other vendors that we had booked. Our wedding was running slightly behind planned timing but nobody noticed due to the perfect coordination and contingency set in place by Events on wheels. We can happy say we thoroughly enjoyed our wedding day. Post wedding we learnt about the fires Elsie and her team were putting out during the wedding day which says a lot about the amount of work Events on wheels handle to make sure the couple and guests enjoy a day to remember. Ezra events transformed my venue and made it even more magical than I ever expected. Delia was on hand from the very beginning answering any questions I had and working closely alongside her to bring my dream into a reality. She was so friendly, attentive, had good communication and gave honest opinions when brainstorming ideas which I really valued. All my guests said the set up was unreal. It's been a month since our wedding and I'm still so over the moon with the service I received from Ezra events. From the first initial contact to the meetings we had and emails exchanged, they've been nothing short of amazing and helpful. I'd like to personally shout out Delia who was so helpful and kind no matter how many emails I spammed her with, the level of professionalism was outstanding. Ceylan is probably one of God's greatest gifts, she truly cares to make your day special and will go above and beyond to help you. The attention to detail is insane, all my family commented how lovely she was and attended to every small thing. I still look at pictures of how my venue was decorated, it was so beautiful. I highly recommend getting your catering with Ezra events! One month later and guests are still telling me how full they were on the day and how beautifully the lamb shank was cooked. We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Every detail was beautiful, she is so creative, organised, warm and professional. Nothing was too much trouble - she coordinated the most beautiful flowers and venue as well as creative extras like gift bags and a creche for children, coffee and mimosa bars - even luggage tag favours / place-cards. Sadly some beloved family could not make it at the last minute, and she helped me sort a projector for a speech recording which was so special. Above all, on the day she made everything run so smoothly that we could just relax and have a great time. It says quite a lot that when we gave thanks to our family and guests, we gave a shout out to Rebecca and everyone cheered despite them having only met her that day! Amazing work. They made a dump look like an actual venue. VIP was literally the centrepiece on the wedding day. The guests said it was amazing. The stage looked amazing. And their top quality furniture they use for decor. They are the best in terms of value for money and quality of work and will bring your vision to life. Where other event management companies have failed in being honest with finance VIP have always been open and honest with every number. Even during the covid pandemic when their sector were hit hardest they were honest throughout to their customers and trustworthy. I booked VIP for stages and some decorations during my first sisters wedding and for stages decoration and food for my second sisters wedding. Both times VIP has offered an excellent service and gone over and above to deliver and help ensure everything went to plan. Food and service is organised and very tasty and the stages are beautiful and the owners are transparent with costs and details. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish the customer service was excellent. We had some issues with the marquee company we used but VIP Event Management went above and beyond to help fix our problem stress free. We had such a great experience with Bloom Events! They were attentive, easy to work with and highly professional. It was a tough time during the emergence from the pandemic, and they provided us with anything we needed even though we chose to keep it very simple. I worked with Bloom Events they had planned a Traditional Nigerian wedding for 400 guests in the heart of central London. Teju the planner from bloom had worked with the couple to source and plan the entire day. From the venue,outfits, deco and the caterer. I was helping with the cocktails. We work with many planners and event companies. I found Bloom to be very good before and during the event. The communication and coordination was all very clear and concise. I would recommend them to all of my clients.

Amazing service! Even though our wedding was supposed to have been in April 2020 and had to be rescheduled 3 times until we eventually got married in July 2021, she made sure to stay in touch with us and check up on us throughout the whole 15 months of not knowing what’s going on. Although she could have been left to her own devices she went over and above and made sure that I was happy with everything and gave her honest and valued opinion on some of my requests to make it better for us. 10/10 would recommend .

I can’t recommend the Wedding Arrangers enough. They helped suggest amazing suppliers that made our day, answered questions before we’d thought of them and made the day run so smoothly. Chris’s calm approach to wedding planning made us fee totally at ease, and he recommended some of the most incredible suppliers. Emma waseamazing. She handled changeable weather with such grace and really helped the whole planning process feel easy. The day felt effortless and smooth despite requiring several room transitions.

I should have posted this much sooner after our October 2021 wedding but hopefully better late than never. If you're aiming to have a wedding in a "dry venue" which provides the space but the rest is largely up to you, then drop everything and get The Wedding Arrangers onto the case - you will not regret it! It's a year ago this weekend since we had our first call with Chris, when he explained that the three most important aspects of the wedding as far as he was concerned were the food, the booze and the music. We came off that first call energised and excited whereas up to that we'd been a bit nervous and daunted about what lay ahead. That began a journey that was to take us to our wedding day in the beautiful Shoreditch Studios with Chris and his team supporting us all the way. On the big day itself I cannot think of a single thing I wish had gone differently, it really was a perfect day thanks to Chris and the team. All day I heard so many great comments about how smooth everything was running. The food was wonderful and so was the service. Any of the things I’d been worrying about in the run up were all addressed and never became an issue. I can’t tell you enough how much that meant we were able to just enjoy our special day and we had a ball. TWA's revenue model means you know where you stand from the start as they are very clear about what they charge you for - it's based on a percentage of your budget rather than on an hourly basis, so you won't getting any nasty surprises at the end. Next to getting hitched itself, it'll probably be the best decision you make!

Emma and Chris and the team were utterly brilliant! Emma made the whole wedding so special, every time I freaked out, just speaking to her clamed me down, she is so brilliantly organized and like the best friend you didn't know you needed just sorting stuff in the background. Our wedding looked amazing, every detail was made to ensure our guests had the best time and more importantly, we felt like special guests at our wedding because the team just made it all happen! My partner and I decided to get married five months after getting engaged, which many people told us was a wild idea. We hit the ground running but realised the dry hire route that we wanted required professional guidance. Along came the Wedding Arrangers. From the initial meet-up with Chris and Emma, they instilled calm and excitement in us that the wedding we were after was possible even with our narrow time frame. Their extensive network of caterers, drink offerings, room decorations and music options brought to life the day we had envisaged but thought improbable. The food and drink throughout the day was beautiful and has had people raving about since. The on the day organisation was fantastic. At all points was either Chris or Emma close by to ensure the day flowed smoothly and all pressure was removed from us. It was our special day and we honestly wouldn't change any of it. Events by MK provided wonderful service for a funeral reception. The event was large with hover 200 people and they were able to decorate with the required specification in time to a high standard. They are competitively priced and I would recommend this company. I found the staff to be respectful of the occasion, thorough and hard working. So i got scammed by another marquee company that stopped all communication on the day of my daughter’s party. I contacted MK events on the day of the party and they were amazing! They confirmed they could help me at such short notice and set up a marquee in my garden in an hour! Professional, punctual and go above and beyond for a customer. I will only be using them from Now on. They really know what they are doing and have everything you need for any event. Please do not Use anyone apart from them! 10 stars !!!

Brilliant service by Mk from initial point of contact to the very end, nothing seemed like it was too much. I initially got in touch as we wanted to arrange a mehndi party and needed a venue, MK went out of his way to find us the perfect venue for our party size and needs and also did the best stage set up for us, even some of the vendors we used loved it! We were so impressed with Mk we hired him to do some home wedding decorations which were just beautiful without being over the top. Very impressed and grateful to have found you! Lucy and her team are absolutely amazing, from start to finish they made my wedding process and wedding day so easy for me. I hired Lucy to help me with the whole process of my wedding which was one year of planning. The main reasons why I loved working with Lucy was because I told her exactly what I wanted and she come back to me with three or four options matching my criteria and I chose from them. As a mum of two young children, this just made my life so much easier. Also, the coordination on the day was seamless, I just needed to be present and I didn’t have to worry about time management or vendors. I have been to weddings before where there is no coordinator and I highly recommend having a coordinator on the day which Lucy offers. Overall lovely experience of working with her, would recommend her to plan any event, especially weddings.

We worked with Lucy for around a year planning our wedding which took place at our family home last weekend and she was hands down our best decision of the whole wedding. Her knowledge and expertise was unmatched and we would not have been able to have the wedding that we did without her involvement. From the very first meeting she came up with the idea for our wedding favours which were one of the biggest successes of the day and from then on provided us with so many great ideas & insight throughout down to every little detail. She helped steer us in the right direction on so many different elements from tableware, crockery, lighting & decor as well as detailed timings on the day and making sure not one thing went wrong, which it didn't! She was a brilliant sounding board, always kept very calm and a sense of humour throughout which made the whole experience fun for us the whole way through. We recently hired this decor company for our Mayoun, and the experience was fantastic. Jas provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was always available to answer our questions, offered helpful suggestions, and really took the time to understand our vision. In addition to the beautiful decor, we also opted for a Dholki and Chimta, which Jas arranged for us, and it really added an extra special touch to the event.
