On top of this, they arrange all your viewings for you so you don't have to spend so much time contacting venues. Aneeza in particular who made all my bookings for me was a godsend! She was beyond helpful, always kept me in the loop, was extremely efficient and had a great relationship with all the venues so made the process really smooth!

My partner and I decided to get married five months after getting engaged, which many people told us was a wild idea. I can’t recommend the Wedding Arrangers enough. They helped suggest amazing suppliers that made our day, answered questions before we’d thought of them and made the day run so smoothly. Chris’s calm approach to wedding planning made us fee totally at ease, and he recommended some of the most incredible suppliers. Emma waseamazing. She handled changeable weather with such grace and really helped the whole planning process feel easy. The day felt effortless and smooth despite requiring several room transitions.

I should have posted this much sooner after our October 2021 wedding but hopefully better late than never. If you're aiming to have a wedding in a "dry venue" which provides the space but the rest is largely up to you, then drop everything and get The Wedding Arrangers onto the case - you will not regret it! It's a year ago this weekend since we had our first call with Chris, when he explained that the three most important aspects of the wedding as far as he was concerned were the food, the booze and the music. We came off that first call energised and excited whereas up to that we'd been a bit nervous and daunted about what lay ahead. That began a journey that was to take us to our wedding day in the beautiful Shoreditch Studios with Chris and his team supporting us all the way. On the big day itself I cannot think of a single thing I wish had gone differently, it really was a perfect day thanks to Chris and the team. All day I heard so many great comments about how smooth everything was running. The food was wonderful and so was the service. Any of the things I’d been worrying about in the run up were all addressed and never became an issue. I can’t tell you enough how much that meant we were able to just enjoy our special day and we had a ball. TWA's revenue model means you know where you stand from the start as they are very clear about what they charge you for - it's based on a percentage of your budget rather than on an hourly basis, so you won't getting any nasty surprises at the end. Next to getting hitched itself, it'll probably be the best decision you make!

We used TWA for our daughter's quite large wedding recently - Chris and team are nothing short of amazing! They made super recommendations in the planning stage on venue, caterers, bands - you name it, they had ideas. They very helpfully nudged us along in the early stages and then when we started to get nervous closer to the big day, Chris and team reassured and always came back with reasons to feel secure that the event was in good hands. On the day, they were superb from the early morning start all the way through to the end. We have nothing but immense praise for this talented group of organisers and cannot recommend them highly enough!

I booked VIP for stages and some decorations during my first sisters wedding and for stages decoration and food for my second sisters wedding. Both times VIP has offered an excellent service and gone over and above to deliver and help ensure everything went to plan. Food and service is organised and very tasty and the stages are beautiful and the owners are transparent with costs and details. Would highly recommend.

Amazing work. They made a dump look like an actual venue. VIP was literally the centrepiece on the wedding day. The guests said it was amazing. The stage looked amazing. Events by MK provided wonderful service for a funeral reception. The event was large with hover 200 people and they were able to decorate with the required specification in time to a high standard. Brilliant service by Mk from initial point of contact to the very end, nothing seemed like it was too much. I initially got in touch as we wanted to arrange a mehndi party and needed a venue, MK went out of his way to find us the perfect venue for our party size and needs and also did the best stage set up for us, even some of the vendors we used loved it! We were so impressed with Mk we hired him to do some home wedding decorations which were just beautiful without being over the top. Very impressed and grateful to have found you! So i got scammed by another marquee company that stopped all communication on the day of my daughter’s party. I contacted MK events on the day of the party and they were amazing! They confirmed they could help me at such short notice and set up a marquee in my garden in an hour! Professional, punctual and go above and beyond for a customer. I will only be using them from Now on. They really know what they are doing and have everything you need for any event. Please do not Use anyone apart from them! 10 stars !!!

Ezra events transformed my venue and made it even more magical than I ever expected. Delia was on hand from the very beginning answering any questions I had and working closely alongside her to bring my dream into a reality. Lucy and her team are absolutely amazing, from start to finish they made my wedding process and wedding day so easy for me. I hired Lucy to help me with the whole process of my wedding which was one year of planning. The main reasons why I loved working with Lucy was because I told her exactly what I wanted and she come back to me with three or four options matching my criteria and I chose from them. As a mum of two young children, this just made my life so much easier. Also, the coordination on the day was seamless, I just needed to be present and I didn’t have to worry about time management or vendors. I have been to weddings before where there is no coordinator and I highly recommend having a coordinator on the day which Lucy offers. Overall lovely experience of working with her, would recommend her to plan any event, especially weddings.

We worked with Lucy for around a year planning our wedding which took place at our family home last weekend and she was hands down our best decision of the whole wedding. Her knowledge and expertise was unmatched and we would not have been able to have the wedding that we did without her involvement. From the very first meeting she came up with the idea for our wedding favours which were one of the biggest successes of the day and from then on provided us with so many great ideas & insight throughout down to every little detail. She helped steer us in the right direction on so many different elements from tableware, crockery, lighting & decor as well as detailed timings on the day and making sure not one thing went wrong, which it didn't! We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Amazing service! Even though our wedding was supposed to have been in April 2020 and had to be rescheduled 3 times until we eventually got married in July 2021, she made sure to stay in touch with us and check up on us throughout the whole 15 months of not knowing what’s going on. Although she could have been left to her own devices she went over and above and made sure that I was happy with everything and gave her honest and valued opinion on some of my requests to make it better for us. 10/10 would recommend .

I worked with Bloom Events they had planned a Traditional Nigerian wedding for 400 guests in the heart of central London. Teju the planner from bloom had worked with the couple to source and plan the entire day. From the venue,outfits, deco and the caterer. I was helping with the cocktails.
