Fantastic service and experience with Bugwise, specifically Mo. We moved into our property and because the previous owners had pet cats and rats we had a really bad flea infestation. Mo quoted very reasonably but more importantly he was incredibly helpful and friendly going above and beyond, helping to prepare the house for the spray and fumigation. He was very quick to offer helpful advice on any other potential pest issues, checked for evidence of mice and rats in the eaves and attic just for free. The flea treatment got rid of the problem within 2 days, not seen a flea since whatsoever. We then hired him to investigate and deal with scratching sounds we could hear above our bedroom window. Mo found the source immediately and since closing the hole in our roof we've had no issues. My fiance mentioned offhand an issue in the garden with all the local cats using it as a litterbox and he was so quick to recommend all the materials and solutions explaining how we could sort the problem. A great experience start to finish and would highly recommend.

Nick is extremely friendly and professional. Have had an ongoing issue with carpet beetles and moths and last year Nick helped tremendously in our efforts to eradicate. It’s pretty rare that I’m so impressed with the service I’ve received but I would whole-heartedly recommend Nick - I’ve been singing his praises to people who don’t even have any pest issues! We had a problem with mice and had spent hours reading reviews of various companies online and just couldn’t find any with consistently good reviews. We were feeling totally hopeless until some local friends recommended Nick and we are so grateful they did - he managed to fit us in the next day, did a really thorough job very quickly and has been back twice to double-check the issue has been fixed. On top of doing an excellent job he is perhaps the nicest man I’ve ever met, and so friendly and polite. Really good value compared to most of the other companies we found, too. We had a problem with a squirrel/squirrels getting into our loft, and after searching online we found Steel Guard. Nick came over and evaluated the problem and with his help and advice we no longer have a problem. The rates are good and Nick is very knowledgeable, professional and polite. I would definitely use Nick/Steel Guard Environmental again if needed and can't recommend them highly enough.

I was made aware that a wasp nest had developed in the roof of my Father's property. I live in another area and needed to identify a pest control firm that could deal with the issue. I selected Craig's firm and he responded very promptly, and we soon had arrangements in place. The problem was quickly resolved, and all of the associated communications and administration were handled clearly and effectively.

It was a fast intense visit to deal with our pest problem, obviously only time will tell if was fully effective? Craig was very knowledgeable of the issue and the process used was very professional and dispatched with skill and courtesy.

Liam came to do the first of three moth treatments in my home. He was punctual, polite and extremely helpful in moving some heavy furniture so I could get behind it to vacuum (which he later put back exactly as it was). It was clear he was experienced in the work - he was very helpful and informative about the treatment and what would be most effective. I trusted that he would do a good and thorough job and was very pleased to get a link to about 20 photos he had taken of him treating my flat in all its nooks and crannies. I have another two treatments in a couple of weeks - I hope Liam returns and I hope to be able to give another 5 stars.

I had Environ pest control come out to rat proof my house. I have to say, since their visit which was more than 3 weeks ago, I haven't seen any signs of rats on my property! One of a kind service. Excellent service! I thank Frans for co-ordinating the work and the excellent and friendly pest control man Elijah who successfully disposed of the rodents on his second visit. He also recommend a rat blocker which I have had installed and will prevent future infestation. Environ were able to carry out works even when I was not in the premises. Wish I had consulted them years ago.
