It’s pretty rare that I’m so impressed with the service I’ve received but I would whole-heartedly recommend Nick - I’ve been singing his praises to people who don’t even have any pest issues! We had a problem with mice and had spent hours reading reviews of various companies online and just couldn’t find any with consistently good reviews. We were feeling totally hopeless until some local friends recommended Nick and we are so grateful they did - he managed to fit us in the next day, did a really thorough job very quickly and has been back twice to double-check the issue has been fixed. On top of doing an excellent job he is perhaps the nicest man I’ve ever met, and so friendly and polite. Really good value compared to most of the other companies we found, too. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Without question use Nick - I called Nick and admittedly was a little far from him but he still came and worked on our garden and the rat(s) for 3 visits. Nick is an absolute gentleman - prompt every time, excellent levels of communication and really thorough. Will definitely use again and recommend others to do so too.

Nick is extremely friendly and professional. Have had an ongoing issue with carpet beetles and moths and last year Nick helped tremendously in our efforts to eradicate. I cannot recommend Saxon Pest Management highly enough! We first called Ahmed in an emergency situation and he earned himself a new contract with the service he provided on that first visit. We had a squirrel problem in a domestic roof. We contacted Craig at Pestforce, who arranged a visit time to assess the situation. On arrival, recommendations were made, and after setting traps, he managed to remove the squirrels with no fuss and at a reasonable rate. I've been dealing with Mo about an ongoing issue in my house and Mo has been nothing but amazing. Friendly, helpful and even speaking to me over Whatsapp to help me understand what is going on. He's an absolute asset to the business and have been grateful to have him make the situation a lot less stressful!

Fantastic service and experience with Bugwise, specifically Mo. We moved into our property and because the previous owners had pet cats and rats we had a really bad flea infestation. Mo quoted very reasonably but more importantly he was incredibly helpful and friendly going above and beyond, helping to prepare the house for the spray and fumigation. He was very quick to offer helpful advice on any other potential pest issues, checked for evidence of mice and rats in the eaves and attic just for free. The flea treatment got rid of the problem within 2 days, not seen a flea since whatsoever. We then hired him to investigate and deal with scratching sounds we could hear above our bedroom window. Mo found the source immediately and since closing the hole in our roof we've had no issues. My fiance mentioned offhand an issue in the garden with all the local cats using it as a litterbox and he was so quick to recommend all the materials and solutions explaining how we could sort the problem. A great experience start to finish and would highly recommend.
