Enzo is methodical and meticulous; he carefully assessed our flat, filled any holes and laid out deterrents. He explained each step on the way and was ready to answer any question. Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. He also quoted the best price of all the pest companies I contacted as well as offering the earliest appointment.

I ordered two heavy duty screen doors. Beaver Pest Control not only delivered a high quality product but also exceptional customer service. Mick Tierney carried out the initial assessment and managed my customer experience from start to finish. He was extremely professional and pleasant. He was also very understanding of my requirements. He kept in touch throughout and even called on the install day to check that all was going well. It was! Dave called me to arrange a day to fit the doors. He arrived yesterday (12/05) on time and was also professional and very pleasant. He did a great job (photos attached) and was very respectful of my home. I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. Contacted GreenPest for an inspection report at our premises. There were no issues expected but it was good to get the sign off from a professional along with some recommendations for future proofing too. Stephen was an excellent communicator with good timekeeping. He was diligent (which you want from a pest control service) where so many previously have almost sleepwalked through the premises. He took the time to not only make recommendations of possible problem areas but also explain why they could become problematic and how to go about resolving them. Very happy with the service and will be working with him for any future inspections. Highly recommended.

Stephen arrived on time and was very professional. He took the time to explain where the rodents were coming from and what the best solution is to stop them coming back. Since his visit we have not had any unwanted visitors. Would highly recommend.

Mark and his team were very helpful. All our questions were answered. The email sent in advance was very useful with lots of information. Having done lots of research their prices were very reasonable and their admin / invoicing was slick and efficient . No one likes spending money on pest control, but I can’t fault the pestgone team. Incredible service from Joe and Ben ! We called many different pest companies to help us get rid of our pigeon problem. Simply the pest were by far the most professional, competent and reasonably priced. They built us a net on our rooftop to keep the pigeons out. I was so impressed by how well thought through it was and how good it looks!! They went above what was expected to make sure we were happy and nothing was too much trouble. If you have any pest lurking around...London Pest Solutions is the best company to call. I lived in a poorly maintained rental accommodation where the landlord was extremely unhelpful and due to his poorly structured property I had two pest issues. My landlord provided me the number for London Pest Solutions as I had two rats in the property. This of course is distressing and at the time I did not think there was anyway I would get rid of them and if I did it would take a long time as when I was a child we had this issue and used a well known company that could not get rid of them quickly. I first met Alex when he came to take a look and literally within a week we didn't have the problem. I then incurred a second issue which was cockroaches which then breeder really quickly and were everywhere. Alex attended again and within a few days they all disappeared. I then recommended his services to family and friends and my mum used his services for red ants. I have now moved and kept his number and this morning I found drain moth larvae and as I did not know what it was I called Alex in the morning sent him the picture and he said he could be with me within a couple of hours. Alex is always professional and me being so frightened of any pests I will only ever rely on his services because he has always managed to get the job done and quickly. I would highly recommend his services to anyone experiencing this issue as it is the most distressing thing to have in your home and thanks to Alex i feel at ease as I have had the experience of his services before. He always prices reasonably and is the most polite person to come into your home. Will always use his services!

I called Alex after our first spray for bed bugs on 15 October from our housing association. We still had live bed bugs, Alex came on 25 October and sprayed our entire flat. He is professional, affordable and a genuine person. He gave us excellent advice in terms of buying new furniture and re-decorating our flat. I phoned him after the treatment, he still was gave us further advice. Alex is calm, polite and very knowledgeable in his work field. We can't thank him enough. My husband was itching since we moved in our new flat, six months ago then this problem with bed bugs. Since Alex treatment, my husband itching stopped and we highly recommend him. Sani is great. He is reliable and honest person and great professional. His price is absolutely affordable. His time keeping is exceptional. I found him on Google, read his reviews and he did not disappoint. We had roof rat issues and he fixed it promptly. We had not heard about the rats ever since.

We had an issue with mice in some of the flats in our student accommodation and have been using Mr Sani’s services to treat the areas and get rid of the pests.
