Mark and his team were very helpful. All our questions were answered. The email sent in advance was very useful with lots of information. Having done lots of research their prices were very reasonable and their admin / invoicing was slick and efficient . No one likes spending money on pest control, but I can’t fault the pestgone team. They were knowledgeable, polite, arrived on time and explained all the treatment that was taking place.

I cannot recommend Simply the pest enough, Lee and Joe have both been so professional, kind and considerate to my elderly mum who had a very persistent rat in her house, nothing has been to much trouble for them, they have come out several times and very promptly, they have gone above and beyond to make her feel confident in what they have done and they are so reasonable with their prices. I rang this morning to get a quote for an issue with maggots! I had rang round a load of other company’s and had been quoted roughly £200. Joseph was personable, honest, gave me advice on how to deal with it and said that no spray or product could actually get rid of this issue. That other companies will potentially rip me off for a lot of money! He told me the things I could do in order to wait it out. And he has saved me a lot of money! He said he would send someone out next week if we still had the issue. What incredible service! Thank you!

Having to consider anti pigeon netting for my small 4th floor balcony I was dreading the search for a reliable trader. I saw a Pest Piper van parked near me and decided to try them first. I was very pleased I did from the first contact when I was given a clear quote but was not put under pressure to make a decision. When I did decide to go ahead Shahid dealt with me pleasantly and promptly. The installation was done quickly and well despite some small issues, the finishing touches were completed soon after and there was no urgency to pay before full completion! They were quick to schedule an appointment, and the technician Rupon thoroughly inspected the area and quickly identified where the mice may have entered in from. He took the time to explain his plan in detail, showing me exactly where the problem areas were and then covered up the holes. Mark fitted Pigeon guards to my flat roof house , replacing pigeon guards that had been poorly fitted by someone else only 6 months earlier. He arrived promptly on time, and provided a professional and friendly service. The work was completed very quickly and to a high standard. The pigeon guards even after a recent strong storm are in tact. Excellent workmanship and service.

Absolutely thrilled with the work completed by Mark and team today. My roof was an absolutely mess and now I can be proud of it. No pigeons harmed in the process and the mess was cleared from under the panels and from the gutters! They even threw in a bit of driveway cleaning too. Communication was brilliant and explanation of the process was delivered in detail. Professional, friendly service given at a reasonable price. Moving to a more rural area we knew wildlife ( aka rats) might be on the agenda. Seeing 2 outside wasn’t a problem but then one decided to try our roof space- not so happy with that - being kept awake by gnawing!! The council referred us to AGS and they came in good time, surveyed the area, left disincentives for them. Result no more rats ( for now no doubt) but good advice given on how to deter our unwanted house guests. Very pleased with the service and would recommend every time.

When we had a problem with rats in our house, AGS pest control were very efficient and reasonably priced. Their representative, Dell, was clear on what had to be done and explained his method of dealing with the problem in a pleasant and accessible way. Dell visited us 3 times and checked for signs of rats in the house as well as checking outside for the ways they were getting in and gave us good advice on how to fix it. Happily, AGS solved our problem with rats. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dell and AGS.

We had an issue with bedbugs in our flat in Bethnal Green. Sahid came out the next day and dealt with the issue swiftly, returning for free around a week later when a few of the bugs came back. I really appreciated Sahid's targeted approach, taking his time to locate the nest and exterminate, rather than fumigating the entire flat (as other pest control people were recommending). We managed to avoid washing all our fabrics unnecessarily and so far have been bug free. Sahid was really friendly, offered good advice, and was very knowledgeable.
