I had a great experience with Pestocatch! Called on a Saturday regarding mice in our flat and he came around Sunday morning. He did a thorough check under our kitchen cabinets, set up traps and gave advice. Then followed up to close any entry points. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. It made me feel at ease that the issue would be sorted.

Hired the company because a mice showed up at the apartment first time ever! service was great, mice never returned. They came back 2 weeks after to do a second inspection and all was fine. Also 3 month guarantee which is great. Also price is good compare to other companies. 5 starts.

Gabriel is a thorough professional in his trade. He promptly arrived within 24hrs of reaching out to him for a mouse sighting. He resolved the problem and visited after two weeks for a follow up. I’d highly recommend this company for anyone dealing with pests in their home. We’ve had them handle mice, roaches and bedbugs in our flat and each time they’ve eradicated the problems quickly and efficiently. They are really quick to respond when contacted and came as soon as it suited us. Gabriel is very knowledgeable, explains everything clearly and has checked up on us to see if the problems have persisted after treatments. I hope I don’t have to deal with more pests in the future but if I do, I’ll be calling Bon Accord.

We had an issue with bedbugs in our flat in Bethnal Green. Sahid came out the next day and dealt with the issue swiftly, returning for free around a week later when a few of the bugs came back. I really appreciated Sahid's targeted approach, taking his time to locate the nest and exterminate, rather than fumigating the entire flat (as other pest control people were recommending). We managed to avoid washing all our fabrics unnecessarily and so far have been bug free. Sahid was really friendly, offered good advice, and was very knowledgeable. There is not a better service than Mark. He was fantastic from start to finish and very thorough. He was able to make adjustments in terms of timings for me. I haven't had any activity at the house since he has come and he has given us a guarantee as well which is even more wonderful. Had Pigeon problem and needed help and advice. Perry came through recommendation and glad to report did not disappoint. Called him and got a date in the diary. He arrived on time. My wife showed him the affected area. He carried out an inspection,advised on best action and cost. This was very competitive and work was carried out on the same day. If you want to get rid of pests permanently, you should pick the company that is best at taking care of the problem for good. After trying four different exterminators to help us get rid of bed bugs and failing, I tried these guys. They handled everything professionally and smoothly. Incredible service from Joe and Ben ! We called many different pest companies to help us get rid of our pigeon problem. Simply the pest were by far the most professional, competent and reasonably priced. They built us a net on our rooftop to keep the pigeons out. I was so impressed by how well thought through it was and how good it looks!! They went above what was expected to make sure we were happy and nothing was too much trouble. I rang this morning to get a quote for an issue with maggots! I had rang round a load of other company’s and had been quoted roughly £200. Joseph was personable, honest, gave me advice on how to deal with it and said that no spray or product could actually get rid of this issue. That other companies will potentially rip me off for a lot of money! He told me the things I could do in order to wait it out. And he has saved me a lot of money!
