Albert of Bioactive Pest Control has been to my house on a number of occasion to help with a mouse problem, some years apart, but both infestations successfully dealt with - more recently he visited as we thought there might be a bedbug problem, brought in by a visitor to the house. Happily on this occasion he could find no evidence of bedbugs (thank goodness). He very kindly spent time explaining the lifecycle of bedbugs and what he would have expected to see. He even suggested that he would be happy to visit the visitors house to see if there was an ongoing problem there. I cannot more highly recommend these guys. From the very helpful Ewa in the office to the lovely, calm Albert, you could do no better than to use this company, especially when you are under stress and dealing with things you don’t really want to deal with!!

Oscar came to help us with a pest problem in the mid-autumn and proceeded to come back every week until the start of spring until it was fully dealt with, showing great diligence and care as he did so. He was very nice to deal with and he was clearly working hard for us and a number of clients. Can’t recommend him enough.

Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. He also quoted the best price of all the pest companies I contacted as well as offering the earliest appointment.

We had an issue with bedbugs in our flat in Bethnal Green. Sahid came out the next day and dealt with the issue swiftly, returning for free around a week later when a few of the bugs came back. I really appreciated Sahid's targeted approach, taking his time to locate the nest and exterminate, rather than fumigating the entire flat (as other pest control people were recommending). We managed to avoid washing all our fabrics unnecessarily and so far have been bug free. Sahid was really friendly, offered good advice, and was very knowledgeable. Incredible service from Joe and Ben ! We called many different pest companies to help us get rid of our pigeon problem. Simply the pest were by far the most professional, competent and reasonably priced. They built us a net on our rooftop to keep the pigeons out.
