I had a hornets nest in the loft. Muhammad from QC pest control was proactive, knowledgeable & efficient. He had the issue resolved within 15 minutes. His services were also reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. Imagine my horror when I found mouse droppings in my kitchen. I am so glad I used Indigo as they are wonderful. This simply super young man called Luke visited. He knew exactly what to do, laid poison and three visits later the mice have gone. He was able to work out where they were coming in and blocked up their entrance. Luke was fantastic and his mother should be very proud of him. A lovely person and in my eyes his employer should be glad to have him representing his company. I can not recommend this company more highly.

Had a rat fall into my enclosed basement garden and get trapped. Phoned them up after googling, the call handler explained the process and quoted a fair price. The guy turned up an hour and a half later and removed the rat efficiently and quickly. Very professional, friendly, honest and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Liam came to do the first of three moth treatments in my home. He was punctual, polite and extremely helpful in moving some heavy furniture so I could get behind it to vacuum (which he later put back exactly as it was). It was clear he was experienced in the work - he was very helpful and informative about the treatment and what would be most effective. I trusted that he would do a good and thorough job and was very pleased to get a link to about 20 photos he had taken of him treating my flat in all its nooks and crannies. I have another two treatments in a couple of weeks - I hope Liam returns and I hope to be able to give another 5 stars.

Excellent service! I thank Frans for co-ordinating the work and the excellent and friendly pest control man Elijah who successfully disposed of the rodents on his second visit. He also recommend a rat blocker which I have had installed and will prevent future infestation. Environ were able to carry out works even when I was not in the premises.
