There is not a better service than Mark. He was fantastic from start to finish and very thorough. He was able to make adjustments in terms of timings for me. I haven't had any activity at the house since he has come and he has given us a guarantee as well which is even more wonderful. He didn't over charge and to be honest his price was miles better than anywhere else I called. He is amazing at his job and I would recommend any one more than I recommend him!!

Sani came a month ago to sort out a problem with mice in my first floor flat. He did a thorough examination of areas where a mouse could gain entry and explained what he was going to do in a very reassuring way. He laid bait under 2 cupboards in the kitchen and blocked up a couple of small holes, with specially treated material, in the living room and bedroom. I have had no problems since, but he came back today to double-check that all was still well. I found him reliable, professional, and pleasant to deal with. Incredible service from Joe and Ben ! We called many different pest companies to help us get rid of our pigeon problem. Simply the pest were by far the most professional, competent and reasonably priced. They built us a net on our rooftop to keep the pigeons out. I was so impressed by how well thought through it was and how good it looks!! They went above what was expected to make sure we were happy and nothing was too much trouble. Best trade company I’ve ever dealt with. Can’t recommend enough!!!!

I rang this morning to get a quote for an issue with maggots! I had rang round a load of other company’s and had been quoted roughly £200. Joseph was personable, honest, gave me advice on how to deal with it and said that no spray or product could actually get rid of this issue. That other companies will potentially rip me off for a lot of money! He told me the things I could do in order to wait it out. And he has saved me a lot of money! He said he would send someone out next week if we still had the issue. What incredible service! Thank you!

I had a great experience with Pestocatch! Called on a Saturday regarding mice in our flat and he came around Sunday morning. He did a thorough check under our kitchen cabinets, set up traps and gave advice. Then followed up to close any entry points. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I cannot recommend Saxon Pest Management highly enough! We first called Ahmed in an emergency situation and he earned himself a new contract with the service he provided on that first visit. Hamza was exceptional today. I had already booked my two visits with a different company, but after noticing continued activity, I reached out to this company for help. Sonny was so helpful & professional in treating a bed bug infestation I found. He arranged to come round the day after I called, arrived on time, treated my room within an hour, explaining the products he used & how they worked. We scheduled for another treatment a few weeks later, where he had the expertise to use a different insecticide to combat resistance. Having to consider anti pigeon netting for my small 4th floor balcony I was dreading the search for a reliable trader. I saw a Pest Piper van parked near me and decided to try them first. I was very pleased I did from the first contact when I was given a clear quote but was not put under pressure to make a decision. When I did decide to go ahead Shahid dealt with me pleasantly and promptly. Great service - I contacted the company as we’ve had an issue with silverfish over the past year and others were not able to solve. We were advised to go for the fumigation service and the person who came, Matt, was great in explaining where the issue stems from and how we can reduce the chances of it happening in future.
