Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. He also quoted the best price of all the pest companies I contacted as well as offering the earliest appointment.

I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt okay and knew about the processes and treatments they were doing. They have great customer service as well and are very responsive and happy to answer any questions! The whole experience was way less stressful thanks to their team :)

Beaver Pest Controller agent Darren has been so amazing , and extremely Helpful and efficient, very polite and professional. We had an issue with mice in some of the flats in our student accommodation and have been using Mr Sani’s services to treat the areas and get rid of the pests. I am not exaggerating when I say we will never use anyone else’s services but Mr Sani and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He is able to make time for any job requested even with the shortest of notice, and the quality of his work is excellent, we never get any pests returning after Mr Sani has treated the area, his service is unmatched!

The company is extremely professional in its study, diagnosis, communication, application and execution. I am very happy to recommend them. I can’t speak highly enough of my point of contact Lirian who was very thorough as well as highly efficient in all his undertakings. His communication skills are excellent and he follows through on everything he suggests (a rare commodity these days). Through his efforts he made a very stressful experience manageable and produced the sought-after solution (which was not straight forward). I contacted mercury pest control a few weeks a great as I saw rats coming into my garden. The were very efficient and quick to act. They came over the next day and spent time looking for all the entry points so that they could be as effective as possible. They took there time and did not rush like other companies. They clearly explained the process and after 3 visits the rat problem had gone away. They then proofed all the entry points so that it would be harder for them to try this again. Having done lots of research their prices were very reasonable and their admin / invoicing was slick and efficient . No one likes spending money on pest control, but I can’t fault the pestgone team. We saw a mouse running around about 4 weeks ago, Mohammed came over put down some bait and provided us with an extensive report with all the holes. He came back and filled the holes today and we haven't seen anything since. Great service, very knowledgeable and very thorough! Would recommend him to anyone.

Mohammed responded to my enquiry super quickly and was round the same day. He quickly identified where the rats were getting in and recommended a drains survey (he can’t do this himself). He laid bait which got shot of the current rats and the drains survey subsequently showed the issue which we then had dealt with. He follows up after 3 weeks to check all was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (but hopefully won’t have to!!!)

Had a rat fall into my enclosed basement garden and get trapped. Phoned them up after googling, the call handler explained the process and quoted a fair price. I discovered a wasp nest on Friday evening, contacted Indigo at the weekend - received a prompt reply and by Tuesday afternoon (my choice of slot) everything had been sorted. The technician was on time, polite, friendly, informative and extremely efficient. He made sure that we (and our cat) were safe and left the site tidier than it was when he arrived. Extremely impressed and will definitely use Indigo again.

Imagine my horror when I found mouse droppings in my kitchen. I am so glad I used Indigo as they are wonderful. This simply super young man called Luke visited. He knew exactly what to do, laid poison and three visits later the mice have gone. He was able to work out where they were coming in and blocked up their entrance. Luke was fantastic and his mother should be very proud of him. A lovely person and in my eyes his employer should be glad to have him representing his company. I can not recommend this company more highly.

The service Gabriel offers is second to none in my opinion. He is thorough in his work, polite, respectful and also proactive in his communications. He also came back to the property voluntarily on multiple occasions to check on both his work and previous suppliers' work within and around the property over an extended period of time without costs increasing. Gabriel responded to my initial email and was out treating my property within 24 hours. He was very thorough with his work and there were no further sighting after his initial visit. Absolutely impressed with the service provided and genuinely couldn't have asked for a better service. We had an initial issue of mice running around and discovered we had quite a few holes around the house but managed to find the main hole the mice initially came in and out of. There was an initial consultation where the team had covered the holes but we found that the mice had been biting through the very next day which wasn't a problem because the team had come again, and sealed up the hole and surrounding areas, which was a great sign as the mice had died from eating the sealant used to cover the holes. The team had given us many tips for future-proofing such as traps to use, areas to keep an eye on and signs of mice droppings. Would 100% use the service again and ask for assistance as we've managed to get rid of our mice! Thanks again team!

Mark was able to come out at very short notice to sort our pigeon problem. They'd been roosting for quite some time before we moved into the property and had created quite the mess but Mark cleaned this all up and installed pigeon spikes on all potential pigeon spots for my peace of mind. Absolutely thrilled with the work completed by Mark and team today. My roof was an absolutely mess and now I can be proud of it. No pigeons harmed in the process and the mess was cleared from under the panels and from the gutters! They even threw in a bit of driveway cleaning too. Communication was brilliant and explanation of the process was delivered in detail.
