Riverside, performance was excellent. The architect had made a few errors in the design that would have not been approved by VMZinc, and therefore the warranty and guarantee would not have been issued. Thiago, worked with us and VMZinc to correct the errors. On site the workmanship was excellent, and help other trades working on the building. Would I recommend Riverside, the answer is simply yes, if only all subcontractors were so co operative, professional and will to help others. Kamen responded promptly and helpfully to an emergency request for assistance to fix tiles lost and damaged in a recent storm. This must have been a busy time for his company but he made sure to comment on our photos of the damage and arrange to come and inspect within 24 hours given the possibility of further tiles falling.

We used Roofise for a full replacement of our pitched (using natural slates), flat roof (using felt) and replacing two velux windows for a terraced house in Fulham (SW6). We had suffered a lot in the past from a roofer who did not know what he was doing - word of caution for everyone to please not use any random ones as we suffered mental and financial damage from it.
