Kamen did roofing repairs for us in 2018 and then in another property shortly after we moved house in 2020. Part of the 2020 repair came loose recently and I emailed to ask if he would consider fixing it under the 10 yr guarantee. Without any fuss his team had everything sorted within a couple of days. Kamen responded promptly and helpfully to an emergency request for assistance to fix tiles lost and damaged in a recent storm. This must have been a busy time for his company but he made sure to comment on our photos of the damage and arrange to come and inspect within 24 hours given the possibility of further tiles falling.

Henry and his team installed new flat roof. Communication with Henry was excellent and he was very helpful in talking through our options for repair. On further inspection damage was more extensive and Henry was able to immediately schedule a new flat roof installation. The team were polite, respectful and cleared up their mess.

After 10 years of roofing troubles (leaks) with about and about half a dozen roofers later, I finally met Henry. Firstly, very polite and very professional - a rarity in the industry. Secondly, fantastic expertise and a great mindset to work. He does not like to cut corners and will take full responsibility for things he does. Again, not commonly found with others. As an investment landlord, I could not be happier to have met Henry / High Range, who I would happily refer to family and friends, my personal property and any roofing issue I have. Henry called and paid for a plumber to come to provide a second opinion on my roof because of the diagnostic complexity - that was some unexpected service. I contacted Patrick to help sort out a leaky ceiling in my kitchen that was due to an issue with the upstairs deck, and I'm so happy I did. We used Roofise for a full replacement of our pitched (using natural slates), flat roof (using felt) and replacing two velux windows for a terraced house in Fulham (SW6). We had suffered a lot in the past from a roofer who did not know what he was doing - word of caution for everyone to please not use any random ones as we suffered mental and financial damage from it. Marlon and his team are very professional (always came on time, cleaned up after etc) and took ownership of the work to ensure they delivery quality. They are also a part of the competent scheme so they can self certify installations as of March 2024. I have recommended them to friends and will use them again if required.

Rob was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He visited the property promptly and provided a competitive quote and completed the work quickly, which was much appreciated. On the day of the job Rob let us know about an additional issue which he and his team worked hard to complete in order to avoid the need for a return visit. Phoned Rob a few weeks ago as had a leak in the living room. He visited promptly and diagnosed the issue to from the cracked membrane on in the valley on roof. Work was booked in for 3 days later and completed to a high standard. Leak has subsequently stopped and issue resolved. Would recommend Roofer in Tooting and would use again.
