We employed Signature Roofs over a period of months to fit a new roof to our property and make some repairs to our outer walls. They were very professional throughout, on hand to reply to calls and messages at any time of the day and went to great lengths to ensure that there was as little disturbance to neighbours as could be. They communicated regularly throughout, updating us with photos along the way. The completed work has been of the highest standard and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Definite recommend - we had a challenge on our hands with being in a conservation area, parking inaccessible location, righting the wrongs of previous builders works and a very wet start to 2024. Glad to have these guys/gals in our corner! Highly experienced with roofing in our area, Dan & Mike understood all the challenges and more importantly how to deal with them (e.g. Like for like slates and box gutters). The weather wasn't on our side and while the project was delayed greatly due to this, when given the chance of a clear spell, the team worked absolutely non stop. Once works were done they were also happy to come back and decorate any interiors that were affected by the roofing works. Not Cowboys, finally!

Invigorate replaced a flat roof, repaired gutters and fixed a problem with the chimney at my home in Whetstone, N20. They also carried out a general overhaul of the rest of the roof, removing moss etc. I am very pleased with the quality of the work carried out by the team. It was good to see the business owner regularly attend the site to oversee the work and ensure his team were working to a high standard. Finally, in this industry communication is often a problem. Invigorate communicated effectively and quickly and I was particularly pleased to receive before and after photos as I was certainly not going to climb onto the roof myself to review the work! I needed someone to repair my lead flashing on a flat roof and called Olseen because they were recommended by people on my local WhatsAp group. They were excellent. A pleasure to deal with. Polite, came and quoted and got the work done on time and on price. Roofers generally don’t have a good reputation but these guys were excellent!!

October 2024 I contacted this company to fix the guttering on the back of the house because it was leaking after it was installed last year and was really getting me down. John and Steve checked the guttering and found it had been installed terribly. They also checked my roof and showed me the videos. It was in a really bad state due to wear and tear. Dudley are the Dream Team! The initial Drone Survey Report was so concise, thorough and detailed as it identified the cause of the leaking roof, in addition to other roof problems. Even for a layman, like me, I understood the photos and video! Dudley carried out all of the major works on my roof (broken tiles and moss cleaning), in addition to replacing all gutters, weatherproofing and repainting the exterior front house. The house now looks absolutely amazing and the quality of workmanship shines through! What a makeover!
