Matthew managed to locate the issue which had baffled a number of other roofers, which was water marks on a chimney breast and wall. After inspecting the roof he said it was the felt and a broken tile. From the quote, to arranging a date for the work, the scaffolding being put up and work done, all went seamlessly. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team.

Matt is a lovely bloke who came round within a couple days after I made contact with him, instantly spotted the issue and was able to come up with a solution that thought outside the box to keep costs down. The work was carried out a couple weeks later and he and his workman worked quickly to get it done. The work was smart and looked better than I thought it could. I am very pleased with the work MP Roofing Services completed. We had a leak through a flat roof which was coming through to the ceiling below. Matthew was responsive to all queries and assessed the job on the same day as my initial call. He has been friendly and professional throughout. I felt that he assessed thr job properly, offering a solution without trying to go for the most expensive option. I had quotes from other companies who either seemed disinterested or who quoted for the most expensive solution without really looking at alternatives. MP Roofing came up with a plan that was reasonably priced but thorough. It's also reassuring that the work is guaranteed for 5 years. I would recommend MP Roofing and would definitely use them again if we have further roofing jobs in the future.

October 2024 I contacted this company to fix the guttering on the back of the house because it was leaking after it was installed last year and was really getting me down. John and Steve checked the guttering and found it had been installed terribly. They also checked my roof and showed me the videos. It was in a really bad state due to wear and tear. I had a new roof installed by the team Steve, John, Paul and Patrick and the other workers. The team were ever so polite, made me feel at ease. I was instructed about every step that they were going to do. They did an amazing job. They also cleared all the debris leaving my yard just as they had found it. I would highly recommend them. I've been using Olseen roofing for various jobs, starting with a garage roof repair, gutters and soffits, then a full dormer roof renovation. Every time the service has been exceptional. Fair accurate quotes every time - everything clearly explained and no niggles. One small snag was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I had a problem with rain falling down the wall instead of down the guttering. I wrote to Olseen Roofing in the morning and by the afternoon they had fixed the problem. Brilliant service and will go back to them for any roofing work.
