Mark and Darren did a fantastic job completing my roof installation, including soffits, fascias, guttering and replacing a rafter, finishing everything in a week. Mark kept me fully informed of the daily progress, and the next steps, which gave me peace of mind. They were a pleasure to work with, always tidied up after themselves, and even went the extra mile by helping to repair some wall cracks caused by the leak damage. Mark and Darren did a range of roofing work for us after moving house (new fascias/soffits/guttering/downpipe, porch roof, weatherproofing work on chimneys). Everything was completed neatly and to a high standard, Mark was very good at keeping me informed before and during the works at each stage, explaining what they were doing next and how/why, and they were able to fit in some extra work we discovered we needed doing. Left the place neat and tidy.

Joseph and the team provided a fast and efficient service. The problem with our roof was diagnosed quickly (Joseph being the only roofer to actually climb onto the roof to view the damage), a price agreed and the work carried out when promised and to a high standard. Joseph and the entire team at Teddington and Richmond Roofing are great to work with and have exceeded my expectations on both occasions that I have used them. We have used the team twice over the last two years, firstly for a cracked tile which was causing a leak and then for the insulation of our roof. On each occasion the team were punctual and did high quality work. Rob and his team worked tirelessly to pressure wash my roof in advance of more complex work being carried out. Prior to the work commencing, Rob conducted a thorough survey and ensured it was clear what exactly needing doing and why. Having roof works isn’t easy. It’s a big job, it can be noisy and you can’t hide it from neighbours! But Rob and his team did everything they could to be considerate, and all the neighbours commented on their work ethic and what a great job they did.

December 2024 A relative of mine needed their roof extension addressed due to recommendations in a survey report. I got in contact with I.L roofing ltd. Names Ian and Lenny. They came and rectified the previous owners works, as there was no expansion gaps on the roof, they cleaned & fixed the leaking gutters, took the moss off the main roof and cleaned up thoroughly. The roof is guaranteed for 20 years. I found that Ian and Lenny took pride in their work, they were honest and professional, and their team were hardworking and respectful. John from Front Line Roofing went over and above and beyond during my roof repair. It transpired that the condition of the roof was worse than initially anticipated and essentially needs replacing which we don’t have the financing to do yet. John was understanding and his team spent the day working hard to repair and protect it to hopefully give us a few more months. He was transparent, providing clear explanations of the issues along with detailed video documentation. They also discovered some other smaller problems such as missing tiles which they repaired at no cost.

Frontline recently installed a new roof on my mid-terrace home. I am really happy with the result and also with the way John communicated with me throughout the process. I had regular discussions, explanations and photographs as the work progressed. The team of men were considerate and courteous and the work was completed quickly. The clean up work was meticulous (something I always worry about) and they made good on some minor repairs that occurred during the process. Having a new roof is a major expense and knowing which company to engage is quite daunting but I am more than happy to recommend Frontline as they have been brilliant all along the way. And my new roof looks amazing too!
