Today was the second time we've used The Gutter Brothers to fix a number of issues with our gutters. Similar to the first time, the process was extremely easy to arrange, the quote was entire reasonable, and the work carried out was first class. Our 'Gutter Brother', Dan, was friendly, professional, explained exactly what he was going to do, did more than the quote, and was diligent about cleaning up and repairing small dents the ladders caused in our grass. In short, an absolutely top ambassador for the company. The Gutter Brothers are a superb outfit and I have no hesitation in recommending them for any gutter work.

Quick response and the job was done next day! I had one missing tile and a couple of loose tiles which needed attention but it was difficult to get there to fix the problem because of the flatroof below which I didn't wanted it to be used for an access point to fix the roof tiles. Tomas reassured me that they would be using their own prefabricated platform to access to the roof area. His team Michael and John arrived next day and they repaired the roof tiles. Michael and John are very professional. They were polite, respected my property and left the place clean after they finished the work. I will definitely recommend this company and I will use their service if I need it again.

Having tried 4 roofing companies over 2 weeks; 3 of which responded but didn't show up to arranged viewing, Thomas from Universal Roofing was the only one to reply, book to view, quote & get the work completed... all within 5 days! Job was single bay window flat roof in need of repair. Less than 24 hours of quote, 3 workmen had attended, replaced felt, metal flashing (better standard materials used than originally) etc. to make all secure & tidied away. Front Line Roofing repaired my chimney flashings, cement pointing and adjacent ridge tiles. They attended when they said they were going to and provided a fast, efficient and stress-free service. They took photographs before and after so I could see, close up, the work they’d done, and the workmanship quality. Scaffolding went up and came down quickly and all rubbish removed. Good job all round.

Frontline recently installed a new roof on my mid-terrace home. I am really happy with the result and also with the way John communicated with me throughout the process. I had regular discussions, explanations and photographs as the work progressed. The team of men were considerate and courteous and the work was completed quickly. The clean up work was meticulous (something I always worry about) and they made good on some minor repairs that occurred during the process. Having a new roof is a major expense and knowing which company to engage is quite daunting but I am more than happy to recommend Frontline as they have been brilliant all along the way. And my new roof looks amazing too!

John from Front Line Roofing went over and above and beyond during my roof repair. It transpired that the condition of the roof was worse than initially anticipated and essentially needs replacing which we don’t have the financing to do yet. John was understanding and his team spent the day working hard to repair and protect it to hopefully give us a few more months. He was transparent, providing clear explanations of the issues along with detailed video documentation. They also discovered some other smaller problems such as missing tiles which they repaired at no cost.

Thanks to Frontline for replacing my leaky flat roof. John got the work started quickly and with a minimum of fuss with good communication throughout. I got photos and videos as the work progressed so I can be confident in the quality of the work

Responded very quickly to my weekend emergency call out and stopped the leak before returning the very next day (on a Sunday!) to completely replace the roof. Lovely guys and we would be happy to use their services again (although I hope we don’t have to!).

Mark and Darren did a range of roofing work for us after moving house (new fascias/soffits/guttering/downpipe, porch roof, weatherproofing work on chimneys). Everything was completed neatly and to a high standard, Mark was very good at keeping me informed before and during the works at each stage, explaining what they were doing next and how/why, and they were able to fit in some extra work we discovered we needed doing. Left the place neat and tidy.

I noticed some damp on my bedroom wall, I got 3 quotes which where all very competitive but decided to go with alpha roofing and guttering ltd, Mike and his team arrived on time and did a excellent job. December 2024 A relative of mine needed their roof extension addressed due to recommendations in a survey report. I got in contact with I.L roofing ltd. Names Ian and Lenny. They came and rectified the previous owners works, as there was no expansion gaps on the roof, they cleaned & fixed the leaking gutters, took the moss off the main roof and cleaned up thoroughly.
