John and the team were super helpful and responsive to some issues we had with our roof. The team were really professional and were able to fix some slipped tiles and replace some missing tiles from our very old roof. This is the first winter of owning the property, so it's always the litmus test for seeing the condition of the roof and guttering. They also cleaned our filthy gutters, which looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the house was built! The drone footage at quote stage was also really helpful to demonstrate the issues! Great guys, I asked if they could fix a couple of tiles that had shifted or had fallen entirely. Popped round within 2 days. Fixed them, and cleared the gutters and removed an old sky dish. All part of the service :) Thank you.

October 2024 I contacted this company to fix the guttering on the back of the house because it was leaking after it was installed last year and was really getting me down. John and Steve checked the guttering and found it had been installed terribly. They also checked my roof and showed me the videos. It was in a really bad state due to wear and tear. I had a new roof installed by the team Steve, John, Paul and Patrick and the other workers. The team were ever so polite, made me feel at ease. Dudley are the Dream Team! The initial Drone Survey Report was so concise, thorough and detailed as it identified the cause of the leaking roof, in addition to other roof problems. Even for a layman, like me, I understood the photos and video!
