Excellent job, no more roof leaks! Top Rank came to fix a leak in our pitched concrete tile roof - the only company to promise to fix the leak, not just fix some new tiles and hope it solves the problem. During the work the team discovered a tear in the felt and replaced it at no extra charge. One year on, we’ve had no sign of any leaks so I can be confident they solved the problem. Top job.

A year ago, Joe repaired the lead flushing round my chimney. I was really pleased with the job. Joe and his team have just finished repairing my roof. Tiling, lead work and new gullies. The whole process went very smoothly from a quick response to the initial request, quote and started working within a few days. In all five days work was completed to a very high standard. I was kept informed all the time shown pictures of the work and everything explained. Great service and price highly recommended. Most of all reliable.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Louie and the team at LH Roof Services, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, they were an absolute delight to deal with. Louie and his team were incredibly respectful, always arriving on time and being mindful of both noise and our neighbors. What really impressed us was that they left the site spotless and the whole project took them 3 days (1 day to remove the old tiles and 2 days to lay the new tiles and clean up). Louie shared some drone photos with us and you can see that the roof looks immaculate from every angle! It has also made a noticeable difference in reducing our heating costs thanks to the improved insulation. Louie kept us well-informed throughout the project, communicating timelines clearly and handling coordination with other contractors. Absolutely brilliant service would thoroughly recommend Victor. He explained everything that needed doing. Communication was great throughout. He even popped up onto my roof to make sure the loose tiles didn't cause an accident when he came to quote for the job. His work is quality and he was very neat and tidy throughout. M Roofing and Building Limited , were so unlike the ‘fly by night’ contractors that swoop in after a storm and don’t do the job the right way and may not be licensed. Victor Martinez provided professional service with great looking results. Between providing a free estimate to completion of work, it was 10 days. Victor thoroughly explain the damage found via photos and the plan to repair before any work commenced. The work was done on time, and he did a great job with the clean up. I was also shown photos of my both of our roofs (house and flat roof extension), which look so much better and are now watertight. I have would highly recommend Victor. In fact, our neighbors need work done and I have passed them his information which I wouldn’t have done if I wasn’t happy with the results.

We are very happy with the work Victor carried out for us. We discovered we had a small leak around the soil stack in the roof by chance when we were having our bathroom refurbished and Victor fitted us in at short notice. He is a genuine tradesman who knows his trade and takes a pride in what he does. He explained the issue and what needed to be done and his quote was very competitive. Victor did a great job, he was very careful not to damage any roof tiles and left everything neat and tidy. The leak is now fixed. We’re so glad we found him as we were struggling to find someone reliable and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling him out whenever we have any future issues with our roof. M Roofing and Building did a fantastic job on my garage roof! We were always kept informed of what needed repairing and how, given an exact quote before work began. Throughout the repairs, we were told what was going on and most importantly all workmanship was to a very high and professional standard. A skilled tradesman and an absolute perfectionist. All debris was cleared and everything was clean and tidy afterwards. Can’t recommend them enough and if you're in need of a reliable, trustworthy tradesman!

Had a major failure of 9 year old GRP roof done badly by builders. Went to the specialist and Steve came over, figured out the correct roof material (Polyroof) for my needs and got the old roof off and new installed. Everything done on time and within budget agreed. Pleasure to work with and now very happy with my new roof. Highly recommend!

I'm so so glad Steve was involved with our project, which turned out to be trickier than expected. He replaced our existing flat roof which was not only leaky but also suffered from structural defects. Throughout the process, Steve helped arrange scaffolding, liaised with our structural engineer and Building Control, offered options with different price points and was always super responsive. Had Steve & Rob replace a very problematic existing GRP roof and new roof was installed quickly and to a very high standard. They were nothing but professional throughout the process and were very respectful of the family home. Great service starting from detailed quote, removal & disposal of old roof, through to installation of new roof, which is covered by a 10 year guarantee (bonus) giving great peace of mind. Happy to recommend to anyone needed roof works! PS. pay the extra for a specialist and don't let your builder do your roof, otherwise you'll end up with more costly problems later down the line (like me).

Ben had previously done work on the property re-pointing a wall and did an amazing job, so was a no brainer to call him again. Re-pointing of two sides of our 1930's house as well as replacing fascia boards, guttering that was failing and a missing downpipe. Grinded out all the old mortar and replaced. Work done in a timely manner and they cleaned up afterwards and removed rubbish. Could not recommend more highly! Before and after pics included.

Ben attended both the inspection and subsequent repair at the agreed times. Ben was able to locate the water ingress into the loft space, which included striping back a large section of tiles to identify location and spread of water damage. The issue was resolved with repairs to broken tiles and repointing around the chimney stack. The work was completed to my satisfaction and at the original agreed price. Both Ben and Nick kept the area tidy and cleared away all the damaged tiles. Both are really hardworking and polite fellas. Ben sent me the invoice for the work a couple of days after the completed work. I was originally given Ben’s contact details by my brother in law who had used them for a new roof at his property and also my mother in law’s. The various work was completed in the Dartford area. More than happy to recommend Ben and Nick for their workmanship and very reasonable pricing.

Down-pipe Replacement: Communication was good throughout, original quote did not change, the work went ahead and was completed the same day booked. Scaffolding was booked through a different company and stayed up two weeks after the job was completed. Overall: A good experience and happy to recommend.

Pleased to be writing a review for Alltype. We had James, Shane and Albert replacing our flat roof and put in a Velux. All good guys. They know their trade well, and are rightly proud of what they produce. Not something you see too often nowadays, unfortunately. Suppose the best question is would I recommend them to friends and family? Hand-on-heart, yes.
