We recently had the pleasure of working with Louie and the team at LH Roof Services, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, they were an absolute delight to deal with. Louie and his team were incredibly respectful, always arriving on time and being mindful of both noise and our neighbors. What really impressed us was that they left the site spotless and the whole project took them 3 days (1 day to remove the old tiles and 2 days to lay the new tiles and clean up). Louie shared some drone photos with us and you can see that the roof looks immaculate from every angle! It has also made a noticeable difference in reducing our heating costs thanks to the improved insulation. Louie kept us well-informed throughout the project, communicating timelines clearly and handling coordination with other contractors. His professionalism and integrity were the reasons we chose him in the first place, as reflected in the many glowing reviews. William and his team did an excellent job. We took a risk employing this company as they were just starting out, but it paid off. They were professional, kept to time, priced reasonably and did everything to a good standard. The Council's building control inspector was very strict but even he couldn't get over what a fine job they did.

Will and his team were hired to replace a Velux roof window. I had used W H Roofing before to replace some guttering. Will did such an excellent job that I didn’t hesitate to contact him when I wanted the Velux replaced. The guys arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Pleased to be writing a review for Alltype. We had James, Shane and Albert replacing our flat roof and put in a Velux. All good guys. They know their trade well, and are rightly proud of what they produce. Not something you see too often nowadays, unfortunately. Suppose the best question is would I recommend them to friends and family? Hand-on-heart, yes.

Great team, very approachable. Insulation work was carried out in the loft and some work to areas of the roof that needed immediate attention. Pictures of work to the roof was sent. The guys left the front of house spotless.

Down-pipe Replacement: Communication was good throughout, original quote did not change, the work went ahead and was completed the same day booked. Scaffolding was booked through a different company and stayed up two weeks after the job was completed. Overall: A good experience and happy to recommend.

Easy to contact, came when they said, charged exactly how much we agreed, 10/10. Also very polite and professional, and they clearly are very good at what they do. Our roof above the bay window was leaking, and the found some poor workmanship and weird solutions up there, which they undid and fixed properly. They also helped me with other issues on the other side of the house, and I felt like they went the extra mile to help me fix the issue as a whole. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Had Danny and his team arrive today to replace our old flat roof. They turned up on time and worked hard throughout the day. Removed all old felt and boards, guttering and fascias. Replaced insulation, put up new boarding, bonded it and put on 3 layers of roofing felt. Replaced fascia with wood and pvc covering and new guttering. Cleared the rubbish and left our area clean and tidy. Very happy with the end results. Danny and his team are knowledgeable, professional, reliable and courteous. I recently had Daniel come and assess a leak in my roof. Daniel took time to carefully work out where the problem was so as not to charge for unnecessary work, unlike other roofers whom I had look at the leak who all gave different opinions on what the problem was and suggested costly, but potentially unnecessary repairs. In the end, Daniel was able to patch up some roof felt as a hopefully cost-effective measure to prevent further leaks. Daniel was communicative, helpful and his prices were very reasonable. I would definitely use him again if any future work is required.

Ben had previously done work on the property re-pointing a wall and did an amazing job, so was a no brainer to call him again. Re-pointing of two sides of our 1930's house as well as replacing fascia boards, guttering that was failing and a missing downpipe. Grinded out all the old mortar and replaced. Work done in a timely manner and they cleaned up afterwards and removed rubbish. Could not recommend more highly! Before and after pics included.

Ben attended both the inspection and subsequent repair at the agreed times. Ben was able to locate the water ingress into the loft space, which included striping back a large section of tiles to identify location and spread of water damage. The issue was resolved with repairs to broken tiles and repointing around the chimney stack. The work was completed to my satisfaction and at the original agreed price. Both Ben and Nick kept the area tidy and cleared away all the damaged tiles. Both are really hardworking and polite fellas. Ben sent me the invoice for the work a couple of days after the completed work. I was originally given Ben’s contact details by my brother in law who had used them for a new roof at his property and also my mother in law’s. The various work was completed in the Dartford area. More than happy to recommend Ben and Nick for their workmanship and very reasonable pricing.

Our roof & garden fences were damaged due to Storm Eunice. Jake was was extremely swift in arranging a time & date to come over and view the damage. Jake & his team then showed up within the week and sorted everything rapidly. They did a fantastic job, extremely professional, they knew exactly what they were doing. M Roofing and Building Limited , were so unlike the ‘fly by night’ contractors that swoop in after a storm and don’t do the job the right way and may not be licensed. Victor Martinez provided professional service with great looking results. Between providing a free estimate to completion of work, it was 10 days. Victor thoroughly explain the damage found via photos and the plan to repair before any work commenced. The work was done on time, and he did a great job with the clean up. I was also shown photos of my both of our roofs (house and flat roof extension), which look so much better and are now watertight. I have would highly recommend Victor. In fact, our neighbors need work done and I have passed them his information which I wouldn’t have done if I wasn’t happy with the results.

We are very happy with the work Victor carried out for us. We discovered we had a small leak around the soil stack in the roof by chance when we were having our bathroom refurbished and Victor fitted us in at short notice. He is a genuine tradesman who knows his trade and takes a pride in what he does. He explained the issue and what needed to be done and his quote was very competitive.
