A really positive experience all round, from a good, professional firm. The quote was reasonable (especially compared to others, who wanted to install scaffolding, for a day's work on a single storey extension with steps access), and their suggestion for fixing the leak made the most sense. They were punctual, and hard working, and they seem to enjoy what they do. Tony explained things clearly which was reassuring, as unfortunately it can be difficult for women to deal with some builders. I was a bit jumpy after a series of unpleasant experiences with tradesmen, but they were understanding about this. Jack - Tony's son and apprentice - did most of the fetching and carrying (and there was a lot), and he took great care not to damage anything, and he offered to do a few extra bits of repointing, which was considerate and much appreciated. The work was completed on time and everything left tidy. The roof looks terrific - a massive improvement - but most importantly, it is finally waterproof. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Our roof needed an immediate complete rebuild following damage sustained (5-bedroom semi detached property) Gary and his team were able to assess the roof, provide a quote and start work in a timely fashion. I originally reached out to Tony and the team to get 2nd opinion on a roofing job for my father's property, as I was concerned the first vendor was not trustworthy. Tony came around within two days and advised us of the issue we could encounter as he made us aware that some vendors would pray on the elderly and explained what needed to be done. He got us a quote over and was already saving my father several thousand pounds. Great experience. Gary came around at the agreed time to get details on the quote. He explained things well, sent me the quote details quickly etc. Once booked in, his team turned up promptly (actually, they could do it a day earlier than planned), were courteous, very good at explaining what they had found, working around the issue, and the end result looks great. It hasn't rained yet, but so far the experience has been perfect and much better than with other roofers I've dealt with in the past.

Matthew managed to locate the issue which had baffled a number of other roofers, which was water marks on a chimney breast and wall. After inspecting the roof he said it was the felt and a broken tile. From the quote, to arranging a date for the work, the scaffolding being put up and work done, all went seamlessly. I am very pleased with the work MP Roofing Services completed. We had a leak through a flat roof which was coming through to the ceiling below. Matthew was responsive to all queries and assessed the job on the same day as my initial call. He has been friendly and professional throughout. I felt that he assessed thr job properly, offering a solution without trying to go for the most expensive option. I had quotes from other companies who either seemed disinterested or who quoted for the most expensive solution without really looking at alternatives. MP Roofing came up with a plan that was reasonably priced but thorough. It's also reassuring that the work is guaranteed for 5 years. I would recommend MP Roofing and would definitely use them again if we have further roofing jobs in the future.

Extremely pleased with Miri and team, from initial call, passing to survey damage to the roof, sending estimate and delivering the job. Job included repairing broken tiles on the roof, cleaning gutter around house and garage and clean up. Also fixed another part of the roof, cleaned up moss on roof over front door, cut up branch which caused the damage on roof.

Dudley are the Dream Team! The initial Drone Survey Report was so concise, thorough and detailed as it identified the cause of the leaking roof, in addition to other roof problems. Even for a layman, like me, I understood the photos and video! Dudley carried out all of the major works on my roof (broken tiles and moss cleaning), in addition to replacing all gutters, weatherproofing and repainting the exterior front house. The house now looks absolutely amazing and the quality of workmanship shines through! What a makeover! Based on my whole experience, I can honestly say that Dudley are true Professionals and lived up to their excellent reputation. Pricing was reasonable. Communication with Natalie was prompt! They did all the calls and scheduled what needed to be scheduled. All they asked me to do was send them an email of my schedule so that can schedule everything else around my schedule. I loved that they were so accommodating! They literally took care of everything. They were very helpful and were always available to speak when I wanted an update. They are great at what they do! They're definitely not the cheapest bid out there but you get what you pay for. I now have a beautiful small home now that I can either rent out or use as my studio! Smartbuild can be trusted to deliver high quality result using skilled staff. the work undertaken on replacing the bay tiles that were 90 years old was exemplary, and has improved the energy efficiency of my home. I liked the result so much that I have employed them on other projects for my house, the replacement of the guttering and fascias was to a very high standard that will last for many years. they also replaced the brickwork and lead flashing on the garage roof, fixing damage caused by previous "builders". It is hard to find a legitimate builder, but I can recommend them.
