They did all the calls and scheduled what needed to be scheduled. All they asked me to do was send them an email of my schedule so that can schedule everything else around my schedule. I loved that they were so accommodating! They literally took care of everything. They were very helpful and were always available to speak when I wanted an update. They are great at what they do! They're definitely not the cheapest bid out there but you get what you pay for. I now have a beautiful small home now that I can either rent out or use as my studio! Smartbuild can be trusted to deliver high quality result using skilled staff. the work undertaken on replacing the bay tiles that were 90 years old was exemplary, and has improved the energy efficiency of my home. I liked the result so much that I have employed them on other projects for my house, the replacement of the guttering and fascias was to a very high standard that will last for many years. they also replaced the brickwork and lead flashing on the garage roof, fixing damage caused by previous "builders". It is hard to find a legitimate builder, but I can recommend them.
