A really good experience from start to finish. We had our flat roof replaced along with other repairs needed. There was excellent communication throughout the project from getting quotes right through to completion. We were promptly sent all the verified certificates. The team were hard working, polite and courteous and Andrew (project manager) is a true gentleman - a person with manners from a different era. I would highly recommend this roofing company for the quality of their work and for the excellent communication.

I have used McDonald Roofing Contractors for three separate roofing jobs on a rather complicated roof - firstly replacing a box gutter and associated drainage, secondly replacing some lead work, and finally replacing half of the roof following my realisation that a previous roofer had only done half of the work paid for. Given all the cowboys out there it is reassuring to know a company who is professional, expert, tidy and efficient. I echo the praise of Kerry in the office, too! Delighted with the service and the end result.

Two architects told me “McDonalds are the best in London” and one local property developer advised “Don’t even think about using anyone else”. They weren’t wrong. Great service all round from John, Kerry, Dave, Josh and the team. John found a great solution to deal with a difficult series of specific problems we encountered. Superb finish on the job overall - “the finest roofing job I’ve seen in years” said my visiting builder family member.

Kasim came out in the pouring rain on a very wet Sunday to help me with a leaky roof. He created a temporary fix which was a great relief. Kasim and his team returned to fix it properly and they were super efficient, courteous and tidied up! We had a range of quotes for the job and after seeking advice from a surveyor decided on K&M, it was a good choice!

Dealt with Kasem from K&M roofing a couple of times for properties in NW10 area, great work, very quick turn around and good value, I’d recommend them.

Kasem of Capital Roofing provided a professional good service. Kasem is competent and easy to communicate with. We had some leak issues from our roof.Kasem attended, identified issues, gave a quote and started work same day, completed well in 3 days. Sent begire & after photos.Did find price more than what others would charge. But Cannot find fault with work. Would use them again & recommend K & M.

I put in an enquiry for a quote for gutter/roof valley cleaning and within 15 mins my query was answered by Scott. Used Scott’s roofing after asking for a few quotes to get new flat roof, repair faulty valley, add lead flashings on all parapet walls among other things. Would definitely strongly recommend, Scott is a very reliable, very efficient roofer and his work has been very good. The key to choosing Scott was that I had the feeling that the work would be done quickly and to a high standard. Other roofing companies never really committed to a start date - efficiency and reliability are an absolute must when you have issues with your roof and Scott really delivers on both fronts. Communication throughout was also very good, lots of photos sent every day. Scott is always available for a quick chat to explain. He also suggested a few other things we had not spotted that needed doing. Scott was very responsive to messages and came next day at the time he said he would to fix gutter end stop that had come off. Scott and his colleague took extra care to use ladder end protectors so not to damage house render when leaning the ladder against it. He also glued the end stop in place for extra security. He’s going to return at a to be agreed time to fix another issue and has already offered dates. Highly satisfied and refreshing to get such great levels of communication. Thanks Scott

I am very pleased with the work MP Roofing Services completed. We had a leak through a flat roof which was coming through to the ceiling below. Matthew was responsive to all queries and assessed the job on the same day as my initial call. He has been friendly and professional throughout. I felt that he assessed thr job properly, offering a solution without trying to go for the most expensive option. I had quotes from other companies who either seemed disinterested or who quoted for the most expensive solution without really looking at alternatives. MP Roofing came up with a plan that was reasonably priced but thorough. It's also reassuring that the work is guaranteed for 5 years. I would recommend MP Roofing and would definitely use them again if we have further roofing jobs in the future.

Matthew managed to locate the issue which had baffled a number of other roofers, which was water marks on a chimney breast and wall. After inspecting the roof he said it was the felt and a broken tile. From the quote, to arranging a date for the work, the scaffolding being put up and work done, all went seamlessly. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team.

Matt is a lovely bloke who came round within a couple days after I made contact with him, instantly spotted the issue and was able to come up with a solution that thought outside the box to keep costs down. The work was carried out a couple weeks later and he and his workman worked quickly to get it done. The work was smart and looked better than I thought it could. Very pleased with the work done by obsidian Roofing. They put a new layer of felt on our back roof, new lead and bead, drippers, and cleaned the gutters. They handled it all seamlessly and the quality of their work is exceptional. They were prompt, professional and efficient. First used Obsidian Roofing in October 2024 for our son’s new roof which they did excellently. So there was no need to consider another company to do our house roof repairs. He quoted fairly for what was supposed to be a minor repair but unfortunately when he started taking off the tiles he found the felt was all rotten and the wood batons were rotten too. We ended up having new membrane and batons for the whole roof. As we live in a conservation area we cannot replace the tiles without planning permission. So Naher managed to find reclamation tiles from a place in Scotland and we live in London but it was no trouble for him to sort it all out. We had been looking for spare tiles for years and no roofer could find any before. He and his team had a massive job on their hands but he organised it perfectly and did the job in 10 days. They worked so hard even using torches as it got dark early so that no rain would come in overnight. And to top it all they jet washed the drive and patio at no extra cost. I am very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.

I highly recommend using Signatureroofsltd - they carried out some roof work for me to stop some persistent leaking. The work was done well and efficiently but due to torrential rain after they’d finished, the sealant didn’t dry and so the leaking continued. They responded to and resolved the Issue immediately at extra time and cost to them, but not incurring any further charges. Very happy to endorse their work and customer care.
